Extremely horrible service!!! I called to have a car key made and there was a guy by the name of Josh who worked on my car. He said it would take 30 to 45, so I left him to work. It took almost 2 hours, I am a very patient person. The fact of the matter is, he didn’t get it done. He came to my door and told me he couldn’t do it. He said there was something wrong with my car. I wasn’t charged but he said he’ll be back in a couple of hours or he’ll give me a call. He never showed up nor did he call. I called another service two hours later. When I stepped outside I seen that my door was cracked open. He broke my entire door panel! My handle was caved in, the screws was no where to be found, and the door could not even shut (which left my interior lights on)! This caused my battery to die along with my hope. I was not only without a new key for my car but now I had to fix my door! When my boyfriend and I called Bruce, the owner, he told us he would come and look at it like 2 – 3 times and never show up! We left messages that weren’t returned and even threatened court. In no way was I looking to get compensation, I WANTED MY CAR BACK THE WAY IT WAS! Anywho, I decided that I’d let it go. I’d leave this review instead. Having said that, this company is rotten. I would suggest «Ramirez pick n save mobile locksmith» because they jumpstarted my car and fixed my door panel (all things they didn’t even have to do)! Plus, they are cheaper! They also MADE MY KEY!!! BEWARE of Bruce’s company! … Rotten people.

I used Bruce’s recently, I was totally impressed. Needed to change locks at a rental that was just being occupied, the tenants were just moving in. I had called a couple of days in advance to check on availability, they told me just call a day in advance, quoted prices which seemed quite reasonable. I called, he came at the time I requested, even contacted me when he was on his way. He was fast, efficient, clean, and was great with the tenants who were there. Bruce even offered good observations and suggestions. His charges were exactly as quoted. Could have asked for nothing more and I will use him again.
