Round Table Pizza

Family game night buffet on a Tuesday was a joke. The quality of service was horrible and the buffet was a complete mess. I came in with two of my friends and we had to wait forever to get some slices and all the back staff (girls) seemed careless when I had to ask multiple times about different missing items such as a fork. Shout out to the guy, Chris, I think is his name that was working his butt off cleaning and managing the place. I understand it’s buffet night, but to wait around for some slices, to get ranch or even a garlic twist is ridiculous. Better staff, cleanliness, and a little customer service goes a long way. Won’t be back.

We are sitting in a booth waiting for our medium half pepperoni half Hawaiian freezing our ass off! I asked if the would raise the heat and the waitress said she did but it sure doesn’t feel like it! Ordered pizza, 1 drink and one salad for a total of $ 32.08. It just doesn’t add up… I doubt if we come back… prices are too damn high! $ 20.99 for a 8 slice pizza is Bs! $ 6.49 for lettuce and $ 2.09 for a soda. We are on a fixed income and $ 16/​head is out of line.

This place sucks (Y). Placed an order for delivery. What do we get? A sloppy, caked with veggies pizza. Veggies let out all of its water leaving us with soggy cold slices.

I have been here before numerous times. I was lied to about a price of a pizza by one person compared to another and don’t appreciate that. I have been ripped off before here just be careful here

Moved to Manteca3 days ago ordered delivery and to find out a hour or so later that they had the wrong address. Urs they did comp the food but common lets get it right everytime

If I could give zero I would — Paid $$$ for pizzas and when we got home the dough was mushy and the sausage uncooked — yuck

Thanks to the employees smoking their vape pens and messing up our ONLINE order after softball tonight we walked out without our order. We ordered early and were 20 minutes behind to pick up and they still messed it up. By messed up I mean they «forgot» to make half of the order. They shouldn’t be smoking in there. They probably ate our other half. Their excuse «we are about to close» so they wouldn’t make the other half. Next time I’ll eat at BLD.

Have eaten here twice both times the available tables were piled high with dirty plates and cups. Pizza is okay but won’t be back. It seems that there aren’t enough staff working to accommodate teams coming from nearby sports complex.

I order my pizza while I went on break and did an online order, i selected future time so i picked the time i was going on lunch which was around 9:30.I walked in around 9:34 and there was an employee cleaning up. He came to ring me up, asked if I did an online order I said yes. He asked for my name I gave it to him. Grabbed my pizza opened the box looked at it and gave it to me. I paid for it went back to my work so I could eat my lunch. I opened my box of pizza and one of the employees took a bite of my pizza!!! I called and they answered and hung up. So I called again and told them what happened and they apologized and told me that they were going to give me a free pizza and my refund back. But that is just disgusting the employee opened my box of pizza looked at it and gave it to me. Like did he not see that someone took a bite of my pizza!!! I wish I would have got his name but he was not wearing a name tag at the time. So thank you round table hope my pizza was good.

Came into roundtable to 80% of the tables dirty with most staff members laughing and joking behind the counter and music being played loudly. Manager also allowing un uniformed people behind the counters.
Get together Roundtable. I will be contacting corporate to see if this type action in such a large food chain is acceptable.
Don’t bother with corporate they won’t do anything my suggestion is to go here! Pizza Place in Ripon better pizza and ran by high school kids that are more professional than the staff at this big so called franchise.

I had a great experience at this fine establishment Armando david and Andrea. Have great customer service.

We had guests over last and we decided to order two large pizzas. The wait time itself was an hour, which we were fine with. But the pizza was terrible! Looks like the delivery person moved the boxes around because all the cheese and veggies slid to one side. Also, the pizza looked under cooked. It was soggy and gross. Called the restaurant and the supervisor was giving attitude.
Won’t be going back to this place ever again. With customer service like that, I’d rather drive extra miles and get pizza.

This place has gotta be the worst staffed restaurant in Manteca. Been coming here for years because my family likes Round Table’s pizza and it used to be pretty well run but it’s all gone to hell over there now. As I type I am waiting 20 minutes for the food I ordered online that wasn’t ready upon scheduled pick up time because their machine isn’t printing out orders, an issue that the person in front of me in line also was dealing with. As a former food service employee who is very familiar with online ordered systems I can’t believe they wouldn’t notify the service so they could close online orders, but that just goes to show how little the employees here care and how absolutely garbage their performance is.
If this were an isolated incident I’d perhaps be a little kinder but there is no getting around their complete and total incompetence. Have arrived to multiple orders of mine just going in at scheduled times, have gotten totally uncooked chicken wings, have gotten totally different pizzas in my order. These people just suck at running a business in every way anyone possibly could. Total fucking trash.
Update: When they made the 2 pizzas I ordered for me after I showed up they made one fucking wrong. If I hadn’t sat inside waiting for half an hour that would have been the moment they reached a comic level of being fucking stupid, but I had been sitting inside for half an hour, so instead it just pissed me off (even more, somehow)

I’ve been coming to this place for years, my family and myself have spent a ton of money here «it use to be good» after the old manager passed away, the place has been on a complete down hill spiral. The breadsticks suck, the pizza is always ½ cooked, so expect to take it home and bake it (FIRE THE GUY THAT RUNS THE OVEN) he has a tattoo on his face. Im a real pizza lover and I’m so done with this place even though it’s only 5mins away I rather drive 30mins to Stockton and get a damn good pizza than waste my money on anymore of this garbage. After tonight I hope round table franchise shuts this location down or brings in a whole new crew AND TRAINS THEM PROPERLY.

This is the worse Round Table Pizza I have ever been to in my life. It needs to close it gives Round Table a bad name.

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. Go to pickup my pizza, they had no idea that I had even placed it. Trashy lady at the front counter didn’t give a damn about me. Not even a sorry. This Round table is a sad excuse for a restaurant. Thumbs down.

Terrible experience with this place…
We ordered online at around 6:30pm. Confirmation page and email said the «fulfillment time» was 7:11pm. So we waited…7:11 came and went… then 7:20…then 7:30. By 7:40 I’m telling my boyfriend to call to find out what the heck was going on… I didn’t want to make the call myself cause at that point I was hangry. He was on another call so he called Round Table at 7:52. It was a female that answered. She was apologetic and told my boyfriend that the driver left at 7:12…he left a minute after our order should have arrived. Mind you also that we only live about a 5 minute drive from this place and we’re now 40 minutes after his departure time. My boyfriend asked did he walk or take a bike to deliver it because those are the only 2 scenarios that would make sense. By the end of their conversation the woman says she would refund our money and the order would be free.
Cool free pizza… awesome right? We expected for our food to be a little lukewarm, but it’s not like we’ve never eaten cold pizza before. Well I was so wrong… not cool or awesome at all. What was delivered was a cold over cooked pizza and flatbread that was more like cardboard because it too was well done. The only thing semi edible were the twists we ordered, but they definitely weren’t great enough to make up for anything else.
We usually drive to Ripon for our pizza. Pizza Plus has by far the best pizza around and their service is great. We thought this one night we’d be lazy… lesson learned! Never again… find some where else people! Little Ceaser’s $ 8 deep dish tops this Round Table’s garbage.

I came on Unilocal to write a bad review and I am going to write it anyway but after glancing through other customer reviews I don’t think it will matter as this place has so many bad reviews.
This round table is the only one in town that we can order for delivery the other has to be pick up. I have ordered from here several times as we love their twists. Tonight was the third time in a row that they have forgot the ranch dipping sauce and most of the time we pay for extra. Our pizza was cold and almost not done. We waited almost 1 ½ hours for our pizza when I called they told me it should be here in a moment and it was almost 30 minutes later. We called after the delivery driver left to inform them of the cold pizza and the missing ranch and were put on hold for almost 10 minutes. They said well he is a new driver. Does this mean he doesn’t have to his job? They offered a small discount on the order but were rude about it. I don’t know if we will order from them again

Make sure you plan to bake your own pizza if you order from this franchise. Not sure about food safety when the pizza is not cooked! Papa Murphy’s does a much better job! ½ cooked pizza is disgusting!

Unprofessional staff of teenagers desperately in need of adult guidance. When I arrived it was nearly five minutes before anyone came to the front counter (this was at 6pm on a friday night and everyone was hiding/​busy in the back of the restaurant). They were not just oblivious to customers waiting to be helped, they also did not notice the pizzas coming out of the oven were literally piling up on each other (see photo).
Great ingredients but minimal toppings used. Mountain Mike’s on Louise Ave is far more generous with toppings and do not charge as much.
My family will be using the more professional Tracy location from now on.
