Best dive bar in town. It’s mostly after work beer drinking regulars with some old timers mixed in. Friendly people and staff.
Just a FYI, It’s cash only and the kitchen is no long available. (Only snacks and hot dogs available).

Best bar in town! The food is awesome and the service is even better! Only bottled beer and liquor, but who cares? The prices are great and the atmosphere is like that small town pub that you always wanted to be a regular at.

I’m a fan of the Regent, but it’s most definitely a hard drinking type of bar. If you know this in advance, you can have a good time. If you are expecting anything more, you probably will not have a good time. Drinks are very strong, there is a pool table, but the hours seem to be a mystery– I’ve seen them open until past midnight, and I’ve seen them closed at 9 PM. I’ve seen them very busy and I’ve been the only customer on a Friday night. It’s a very «townie» type of bar, but the people have always been friendly. They only accept cash, if I am not mistaken. If you’ve had a bad day and just want a few strong drinks, or a cheap start to a long night, this is a good starting place.
