Dr. Georgekutty is smart and personable.
But the nurse staff is not. I always feel like I’m cattle being herded in and out of there. Desk Staff are hit and miss with personality as well. Customer service is a thing. Try it. Be nice. Not everyone is going to try and take advantage of you or try to ruin your day with a question. Like your job, or find one you can. It is SO unfortunate when people have jobs they don’t find pride and purpose in. What a wasted opportunity to live in some joy.
