Jet’s Pizza

I recently just heard of this pizza spot, and been wanting to try it ever since when I heard they have deep dish. That in itself was all my boyfriend needed to hear to want to try it asap.
I ordered it online and called and the employee was very helpful one thing I guess I misunderstood was I ordered online and used a $ 5 off coupon I thought it was just a coupon code but when I arrived there to pick it up he asked me for the coupon, so my price went up when I got up when I got there so that was upsetting!
I ordered a large deep dish I think it came with 10 pieces it was very tasty.
This location isn’t near my place so I won’t order often but it was good even the next day for leftovers.

Love their pizza, Fast delivery and always fresh and delicious. Love the eight sided crust.

I’ve always driven by Jet’s Pizza and always curious as to how good they are. Recently over the weekend I decided to check them out for lunch. Since it was just me ordering/​eating I went for something that can feed one person I tried out Jet’s Boat. $ 6.49 for a lunch special wasn’t bad at all granted the +$ 1.00 per additional topping had me wondering about the quality.
When I opened the box after I got home the only thing I could think was damn that thing was huge. The Jet’s Boat dwarfs Pizza Hut’s p-​zone by a considerable margin.
This monster, and I mean it in a good way, was both delicious and filling to where I had to save the rest for later. I’ve never done that when Pizza Hut had their p-​zones and I think I found a replacement that surpasses it.
As for the pizzeria itself the venue was clean, the staff was cool and casual, and overall I can see myself ordering from them in the future. I more than got my money’s worth on my order and they don’t skip on the quality. You get exactly what you pay for, a good meal at a good price!

Pizza was great, toppings were generous, service was prompt, honest and very polite. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone.

was my fault ordering this nasty food. Too much sauce and not tasty at all. Texas needs a Round table or Godfathers pizza from California. Now these are pizza personified. i dont recommend Jets.

Ok, so let me start by saying that I’m a big fan of Jets pizza. Even had Jets in Detroit. So I was excited to see that there were several Jets franchises in the area. So the most convenient Jets for me was the one in Bedford. So I tried it. And quite honestly it was the worst Jets I’ve ever had. I even spoke with a manager to inquire about the lack of quality of the pizza to which he felt it was up to par. This experience nearly made me give up on Jets in the area. But I decided to give it one more try with the location with the best ranking, the one in Mansfield.
Boy am I glad that I tried the Mansfield location. The pizza was absolutely fabulous. The sauce was extremely tasty and plentiful. It was cooked perfectly with the crunchy edges and topped with high quality mozzarella cheese. The toppings also tasted fresh and were plentiful. All in all, the pizza was up there with some of the best Jets I’ve had. If you ever have a fix for Jets, do yourself a favor, make the trip to this one. It’s worth it.

I love the pizza here! I ordered a large new york style with veggie topping and it was warm, fresh and delicious. I’d say it’s the best pizza place in Mansfield/​Arlington area.

This is my go to pizza provider. Really tasty and good quality. AKA as Marcos, franchise maintains high standards nation wide. I visited brother in Ann Arbor and service and quality was the same.

Great pizza… At least their deep dish is great. They’re very generous with their toppings and their delivery time is pretty much on par with the other pizza delivery chains. Ordering is pretty simple and painless with their online ordering. I gave them only 3 stars because i’ve never been in their store and I have never met any of the staff except their delivery drivers, who just seem interested in doing their jobs, get in and get out. That and the overall cost of their pizza is a bit up there, but good and cheap don’t always go together.
Plus back in Feb ’15 the owner of this Jet’s location had a pretty funny interaction via social media that went viral. Good to see people that don’t put up with a whiny ass bitch. That’s actually how I learned of this location as well.(that got the 4^th star back)

The Good: dont let the interior of this place fool you. Although it looks pretty cookie cutter therr is something special about this place. The owner is a real cool guy. He comes off like he really cares about your pizza experience. He can to talk to me twice when I was there. The pizza crust was awesome. I would highly recommend the pan crust. It’s super thick and is nice and fry/​crunchy. And you can’t fault them for their amount of toppings, it was pretty spot on.
The Bad: This place looks pretty late 90’s generic inside. It doesn’t scream «this is my new favorite hipster joint». Its a small space, there are only 3 – 4 seats against the wall if someone wants to eat there. The pizza itself was tasty however like the business itself, the toppings seemed pretty cookie cutter. Like when you go to a Italian restraint that has the same pizza boxes as the italian place down the street — they all get their ingredients from the same distributor. I understand the financial benifit of this but it definenatly cheapens the quality of what started out as a pretty killer pizza.
All in all it was a good pizza. I would have gone 3 star but the owner bumped it up one more with his customer interaction. This could easily be a 5 star place — get bigger location with dine in, upgrade your toppings, keep that excellent customer service.

Against my diet judgement went back here on Tuesday. It was actually better than the first time. Met the owner Rob who was a very professional and dedicated guy. Just with my order he knew that i had done a review three days prior. Not wanting to thank me for the good review but inquire more as to what was right and what COULD be better. The food was hot because we ordered there but as a cook myself… you cant satisfy other pallets if you dont have the passion to do so. Good Job!!!

First time trying Jets Pizza tonight. Staff was friendly, took the time to go over styles and options, made recommendations, and had our order ready in about 10 minutes take out. Pizza was excellent and will definitely visit again. Recommend.

Jets pizza does not deliver to our home because we live on the other side of the highway, but the pizza is so great and the service is so awesome, I Drive all the way across town to pick it up! The food is always ready when they say it will be, hot and fresh and the staff is so nice! They have even brought the food out to my car because my kids were in the car with me! After eating at jets I won’t eat pizza anywhere else!

The pizza was good, but customer service overall was terrible. I felt rushed when I waited for my pizza. This first time experience is making me second think whether I should go again.

Tried this place for the first time this week. It was surprisingly good. I got a deep dish pepperoni and it was amazing. Came out very hot and fresh. And tasted great!

Mmmm… mmmm. good! We ordered pizza again from Jet’s last night. I had just gotten off work and called it in for pick up. I ordered the deep dish Jets 10 and an order of boneless chicken wings (mild). They told me around 15 minutes and it would be ready. I came in and paid for my pizza used my five star card to rack up those points. I got to talk to the manager, a very sweet man. He thanked me for my kind comments on Unilocal and I told him that we loved their pizza and were pretty much addicted, lol! Got home and we attacked the pizza and wings, after a few photos. It was very good as usual. If you haven’t tried the Jets 10 and love a pizza loaded with everything then this is definitely the pizza for you! The wings were covered with mild sauce. The mild sauce isn’t spicy which was good I didn’t want my mouth on fire. Both were very good! Needless to say we were stuffed and all had happy tummies. If you haven’t tried Jet’s give them a try. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, and management that cares about their customers as well as the quality of food they are sending out the door!

This is my daughter’s favorite pizza place. She recently ordered online and somehow they never received the order. To compensate, they delivered her a free pizza. Also, any time she has ordered individual slices, they always throw in a few extra. I love the flavored crust they have. The pizza to me was ok. Nothing to write home about. The customer service here, however is outstanding.

Free flavoring to your crust you can’t beat that! Don’t eat a regular chains give this small business owner a shot!
