Burger King

I pass this Burger King everyday driving my girl to school. The playground looks awesome from the street so we stopped in after school for some food and playtime. We went to the playground first and it was FILTHY… my 5 year old asked to go somewhere else, that’s how bad it was! I couldn’t believe how gross it was, we left without eating and will never be back.

As per other customers I agree… THIS LOCATION is quite HORRIBLE! The inside is nasty both at the front and in the kids play area. The floor looks like it has missed many mopping opportunities… the trash is overflowing. The food takes forever to come out and when it does the temperature is not even warm and the freshness level is from two days ago it seems. Management has been placed in the hands of some young teens or early twenties kids that could care less if customer service and satisfaction is achieved. Bottom line is this location sits at a good location that gets lots of traffic and as long as people need convenience foods it will continue to stay in business… Special note I bring my child here just to play because it’s got a good play area… We never eat the food after trying it the first time… Burned once… Lesson learned!

You expect fast food to have bad service. Food is the same as any other BK.
