Dealing with this medical office for a short period of time has been an unbelievably frustrating experience. After having agreed with Dr. Lilly to call her on or around the 23^rd of every month to have my prescription re-​filled (before I run out), it is now the 4^th day of the following month and I am still trying.
I’ve called the office about five times to get the run-​around from four different receptionists. Dr. Lilly has no intention of calling back which shows a complete lack of care when a patient is dissatisfied. Each receptionist also has different information which shows what kind of internal communication takes place here. The bottom line is that we agreed to have an arrangement which Dr. Lilly (and her entire staff) seems to have completely forgotten about.
Two days ago I finally got a receptionist to agree to put the prescription in the mail (which should have happened on the 23^rd … as agreed). It still has not arrived and I am all out.
Dr. Lilly: no amount of superficial charm can compensate for a highly IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTOR with an even less responsible staff. Good luck.

Dr. Lilly is great. She is empathetic, caring, and really listens. She’ll actually ask about things going on in your life, too. She has a wide scope of knowledge and is very professional.
Her staff is… not great. It’s really easy to see the office is completely stressed and strapped for time. Full disclosure: sometimes you’ll need to call 2, 3, or even 4 times to just get test results.
Dr. Lilly is great if you’re really healthy and need a good PCP just for checkups and such, but if you have more complex health issues that require some referrals– it’s probably not a good fit.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Sarah Lilly! I’ve been going to her for a year and a half and she’s the perfect doctor. My first examination was very thorough. Dr. Lilly spent a lot of time with me and asked me lots of questions and seemed generally interested in getting to know me. The second time I saw her I went just for a physical and she seemed to be in a little bit of a rush, but still paid attention to me. The office runs on schedule –I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Lilly is also really good about responding to phone calls if you have an urgent question about something. The nurses are very sweet, too! Definitely recommend Dr. Lilly!

Finally! An internist that seems to have such a great wide scope of knowledge. She takes the time to listen to my endless list of questions and really knows her stuff. Very pleased about wait times and bedside manner. A very sweet and smart woman.
