Seriously, you could die ten times waiting in the line in this store. There is NEVER not a 5, 10, or(way) more, minute wait to pay. Ever. I’ve been here literally hundreds of times over many years and this never changes. One cashier, two, max, frequent customer problems at the registers, exhausted blasé employees(usually polite if you’re super polite yourself), but often joking among themselves. No management here. For Heaven’s sake, Rite Aid, HIRE some employees, get the line MOVING. I now avoid this place unless there’s no option, for this one reason. Over and over you see customers in line plopping down their intended purchases and leaving in exasperation.

The selection of products they carry seems inadequate. The time I stepped in the other night unfortunately hit their delivery time. I would not gripe over them but it was inconvenient for shoppers to walk between those oddly huge number of workers carrying huge containers in rolling carts and it never seemed to end. I was rather discouraged when my search was half way through and left without purchasing any. The daytime could be better, maybe.

Called early(6am) trying to source an important part for medical equipment for a friend. The first gent that answered claimed to be the only one working and that there was nobody on the floor so he could look. I asked him if he could put me on hold to check. Two seconds later a different employee picked up the phone, proving the first man to be a liar along with unhelpful. I only have two stars because the second guy was courteous and quick to help. The staff need to learn how to put calls on hold properly also, I didn’t really care to hear about their after work plans of whether to go gaming with friends or not.

My daughter and I stopped in for some stuff. My kid needed to use the restroom so we got permission to go in the back. She knocked on the door to check if it was occupied. The employee who was in there yelled at us for knocking and continued to speak harshly to us when she came out. Another employee stood by and laughed. This was completely inappropriate. I don’t recommend this location.

Rude delivery man! I was standing in front of the Amazon Locker near the entrance, as I was searching for my pickup code(which never came — shame on you, Amazon and Lasership). The guy delivering pallets told me, «you shouldn’t stand there.» He then told me snidely, «we’re delivering pallets.» You could ask politely instead of lecturing me. They had palettes stacked up by the entrance, blocking access to the Amazon Locker. They also stacked up boxes in one of the aisles, again impeding browsing. Given that Lasership doesn’t allow you to pick up your packages, the locker at his Rite-Aid is useless.

This particular Rite Aid has recently gone through renovations, so it’s one of the only Drugstores in the neighborhood, that is up to par with the rest of the city. I really enjoy the well-lit space and the neat, well-organized aisles. They have the typical drugstore cosmetics brands, but they also carry the popular French line, La Roche Posay, which has done wonders to my skin. I highly recommend this brand to anyone and everyone. They also have a set of Amazon Prime lockers right at the entrance.

Store #4195 Staff including cashiers are unhelpful and oblivious to the news of recent ongoing phone scams by GreenDot Money Pak. It was here that I became a victim. They do not post warning alerts by the New York Police Dept. nor from the real IRS. The only positive of this Rite Aid location is that it operates 24⁄7 @ 365. Ironically, their competitor CVS lies adjacent visibly across the street.

This store has recently been renovated, therefore by default clean and ordered. There is always a good range of stock. The weekly sales are great and the prices for many items are well below most competitors. The wait to checkout at this location is far too long. It is the reason that many times I have gone to CVS across the road.

I was in here yesterday because I lost yet another pair of clip on shades. Thankfully this location had some available. As for the cashier I think more visible signage needs to be there to show people where the line starts. Thankfully, the guy who didn’t know and was about to jump ahead of me took it well when I let him know I was in line.,

An ok Rite-Aid location, and definitely a good place to go and warm up on a cold night. Browse the aisles and marvel at the high prices.

Nice place to come in from the cold but the prices are spectacularly high & it’s not the nicest one I’ve been in. They are also open 24 hours.

They sell bra’s here lol… No place to try it on tho, oh well. I’ll try it on in the isle ;) 24 hour how can you beat it, if they don’t have what you need go to the cvs right across the street. This rite aid isn’t the biggest.

Three things always come to mind when I think of this Rite Aid: 1 — Well, at least it’s clean(ish). 2– But they’re always understocked(I usually have to head over to CVS down the street to complete my shopping list). 3 — And great googaly moogaly are they understaffed(I’ve never been here and waited less than 10 minutes in line to check out due to never having seen more then two cashiers at the registers… and that fluke was only because we’d been in line for 20 minutes before the manager hopped on to a register)! But the pharmacy peops are really cool and efficient. They went out of their way to find me an affordable alternative to my costly prescription and filled the order quickly. The woman at drop-off counter saw how much pain I was in and made sure I knew that there was seating available in case I needed to rest while my prescription was being filled. If the entire store could be run like the pharmacy, this would be a stellar shopping option.

The shift supervisor at this Rite Aid on Sunday evenings is very rude and racist. She referred to me as «you people» and assumed that«all you Chinese people want is free stuff» when I handed over some coupons to use with my transaction. She threw them back at me when I wanted to cancel my purchase because she would not scan them. How can you be a supervisor when you don’t even treat your customers with respect? Never will I be a customer to this particular store again. Beware!

This Rite Aid is the understocked, somewhat discombobulated cousin of the CVS across the street. It’s a strange business model having two drug stores across the street from each other, and it’s even stranger since they both became 24 hour stores. That being said, if I can’t find something at CVS, I’m usually able to cross the street to Rite Aid and snag it, so it’s not totally useless…
