Best kept secret in Manhattan! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I feel so lucky to have found her. Jitka is not only widely skilled and trained in skincare and make-​up, she is also a lovely woman to spend time with. I am committed to seeing her on a regular basis, coming in from Brooklyn, because she makes me feel and look good.

She is an absolute sweetheart who knew how to care for my skin immediately… She looked at me and knew right away that all my problems stem from food, I have severe gluten and sugar intolerances that have created terrible issues for my skin. I am so happy to have found her. I’m committed to seeing her at least every 6 weeks, she made me realize how important it is to keep up the health of our skin through really deep cleaning. I saw a difference immediately. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been going to Jitka since I was 16 in Maplewood and Millburn, NJ and all over the city. I follow her wherever she goes. She has finally opened up her own place in the New Yorker Hotel. She gives the best facials I have ever received in my entire life.
She can tell what my skin needs at the moment she looks at it. In fact, I just let her do what she sees necessary. I have gotten peels a few times and they are great.
She also is the only person I let touch my eyebrows. I have random people come up to me all the time to ask where I get my eyebrows done. They are perfect each and every time she works on them. I go to her every month for a facial and eyebrows. Her space is just a room so don’t confuse it with a spa. it’s cozy, but she is so good I don’t care about the atmosphere. It’s better than a spa because she gives personalized attention and she is so detailed and meticulous in her work. I’m 29 now so trust me I know someone after 13 years and wouldn’t be traveling around the world for her. I love her.
She is also a trained makeup artist and is excellent. She often works with photographers on shoots for editorials or print ads.

Jitka is the absolute best. She has been taking care of my skin for 15 years. She has an extensive knowledge on every skin type. I’m very happy that she opened her own business. She has flexible hours of operation and her place is very intimate and cozy. Works with high end products and makes sure whatever you need is available for you.

I work in the garment district and was really lucky to have found Jitka’s skincare, her location is super convenient for anyone working in midtown.
I have to be honest that I was a little skeptical at first since her office is inside the New Yorker hotel and not the typical storefront spa that I am used to. The room is simple but very clean and with soothing music playing. Jitka is very nice and made me felt comfortable right away. I was so happy with the facial she gave me, which included a much needed deep extraction, her facial massage was gentle yet firm when needed and I loved the products that she used on me! I also loved the personal attention that she gave me, nothing was rushed… She talked to me very thoroughly about my skin type and care regiment. This lady really knows her stuff and gave me a lot of good knowledge and great tips to help me improve my skin, which is something that I’ve never gotten from a lot of the spas I’ve been to for facials before. I will definitely be going back to her for more facials!
