I’ve been going to the 14^st location for almost a year and a half now. It’s always clean, the staff are courteous and professional. The wait is very short. They also routinely have amazing packages and deals. Sign up for their email to get the dates/​locations/​details of the discounts. I’ve been to the new location at Grand Central. It was hard to find at first but it’s just as nice as the 14^th st location. The machine they use is great, i’ve def noticed a huge difference and i’ll never wax again!

Satori Laser is the best laser hair removal in NYC! All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. My first experience to laser hair removal and everyone made me feel comfortable. Rachel at the front desk is very professional and courteous. The staff is super nice, attentive and the environment is great. My technician was Tsira and she was sweet, gentle and friendly. I went in expecting to be in a lot of pain, but I was surprised by how painless the laser was. I been doing Brazilian waxing for years and this was less painful (at least for me). I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I love this place! It was my first time to do laser hair removal and I’m pretty skeptical in the beginning but everyone made me feel comfortable. From the receptionist and technicians they’re all friendly and knowledgeable. My technician was Tsira and she’s the sweetest. She’s very gentle and very thorough. I will definitely recommend this place!

Satori Laser took care of all my unwanted hair. I had ingrown hairs from shaving and waxing and now it’s all gone thank to them. This place has the best package price, they will work on your budget. They offer reasonable price and provide excellent service. All the girls are nice but my favorite is Anna. She’s very friendly. I’m on my 4^th session and I will starting my legs and arms now. I highly recommend coming here for any hair laser removal! I have gotten laser done before at a bunch of other places but have never experienced this kind of laser. Its less painful and way easier. The staff is super nice, knows what they are doing and do it well.

I just completed my fifth session of underarm laser at Satori’s. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Each time I see a different esthetician and they all have been very nice.

I was referred to Satori by a friend. They had a great Black Friday deal and so I bought a couple packages for laser treatment. When I got there, they were very nice and welcomed me. Anna did the consultation and service and was very sweet. She was very professional and attentive while doing the treatment. I will definitely go back to continue using their services and thought it was very affordable as well!

I love Satori Laser! I came across them through Groupon and bought a package of 6 for underarms. The entrance always makes me feel a bit hesitant as it looks a bit questionable; nevertheless, getting past, everything else is fantastic. The place is pristine, quiet, and welcoming.
The staff and technicians are always pleasant and willing to help you be as comfortable as possible. And they do their job fast and efficiently! As far as I’ve observed, their equipment is top notch and they explain the procedure to you thoroughly before they begin. Every session there lasted no more than 5 minutes (for me), with the least pain there is. I have actually stopped shaving after session 3, and I still had 3 sessions to go at that time. It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you Satori and staff!

I have never been so impressed! Jen at the desk is so organized and courteous, kind and welcoming. I always see Sherine who is incredible, but she was out so I saw Anna, she’s new to the salon but tells me she is a seasoned vet. She was AMAZING! Ps, all the women at Satori are amazing. I have been to two different Dermotoligist for hair removal and left each appointment unsatisfied. Ever since then I was pretty skeptic about doing laser hair removal again, quite traumatized I must say. I decided to give it another try and found this amazing place. Masha is thee absolute best at what she does and such a sweetheart. I had let her know my incidents with my previous experiences and she was such a doll to talk me through it. I am now on my 5^th treatment and I couldn’t be any happier every time i leave. I would highly recommend her!

I was introduced to Satori by a friend, who’s had treatments done here in the past. I’d never had any laser treatments done before and wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience here was really nice and very pleasant. They even offered me complimentary espresso while I waited, which I appreciated.
The staff was very friendly, and the technician who performed my procedure was extremely knowledgeable. She told me about the machines at Satori and how it uses cryogenic technology to numb the area where the lasers zap the follicles that reduces pain; and then explained how other machines use compressed cold air instead, that makes it a more painful experience.
The clinic itself is very clean, and well maintained, so I know I’m covered in that regard. It was also nice to see signed pictures of all the models who use their services and who wrote positively about them.
The procedures are done in installments, so I’ll have to return every 5 weeks for follow up, but the sessions are very quick and well worth the time. The prices are pretty reasonable, they have a great check in deal for under arms, and judging from other reviews, it looks like they have living social/​Groupon deals to offset the costs, as well.
I had a great first experience, I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Love the new Satori Laser facility on 8^th Ave. As always they are professional fast and take walk in on a Sunday. All of which are fantastic in my book.

Soooo I’ve gone to Satori twice so far. I’ve never been keen to hair removal procedures (I’ve only gotten a wax once before). But I got a great deal on Groupon for small area removal.
This location is pretty and clean — don’t be intimidated by the pictures of models on the wall! And my appointmend lasted about 15 mins (including checking in and making another appt).
Melissa and Allison really made sure my comfort was a priority. Each time, they answered all my questions thoroughly and offered me suggestions and opionions. I really love coming to this place. I was nervous about the pain… And it doesn’t hurt much! It took me one visit to get used to the blasts and smell of my hair burning. Now I’m like, «yeahhhh burn baby burn!»
I have one more appt with my groupon deal, and I bought another 3 session package for $ 69.
So yeah, I’m on the bandwagon now. Holla!

I have several painful laser hair removal experiences in New York city until I tried Satori. Introduced by a friend from the fashion industry, I discovered how well the treatment goes and how reasonable the price tagged. No wonder they work with a dozen model agencies, I am like getting the services models get for an affordable price.
Satori laser technician Angela helped me with armpit hair removal at their Long island location, with the better machine they are using, the discomfort level is fairly low, definitely less pain than other laser treatment. The result is seen after first treatment. Angela also recommended aftercare methods which is very helpful and caring of her.
I think a big difference between Satori laser and other laser services is that Satori is more transparent of their pricing. You can find out all the prices on their website, which seems pretty consistent, some laser center just changes their prices all the time, not good surprises most of the time though.
I am going back there for leg hair removal and I already recommended this place to a friend.

I’ve been to a few other laser places so I have a pretty good idea what to expect. I give this place five stars in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, price, and effectiveness. There was hardly any wait time.
I’ll be back.
