Long story short– My laptop took ONEWHOLE month for it to get fixed; to be exact 27 days. There were some days where they would pick up the phone with the rudest attitude when I called. On top of that: on their official website, it states that they accept Paypal, which they don’t accept And the discounts on Unilocal is extremely misleading, because they do not accept that either. From the unprofessional customer service I’ve received, it seems like they don’t care about their business image, reputation either. But who knows, your experience may be better than mine but please take my review into consideration, and find a different repair shop if you have time.

My issue wasn’t complex and if I were more patient/had the time/willing to learn I maybe could have done it myself and screwed it up, but these guys literary did in 25mins what Tekserve said would take 4 – 7 days at 400% more of the cost. Definitely worth a look if you have a device in need of repair.

Update! After posting my initial review, I got attention from BNY Tech/Apple Medic(Still unsure of the actual company name). They took my computer back and did the work I initially requested for no added cost. That was very nice. I am happy with the work they did. One thing I did not mention in my first review– I printed out the $ 10 coupon that was advertised on Unilocal.I did not realize I would be told I could only use the coupon if I posted a good review on Unilocal.I didn’t think this was right. It was not professional and it made me very uncomfortable. Ever since the work has been done, the company has been calling one or two times a week(from a different number each time), and emailing once a week to ask me to take down the review. Although I was happy with the work, I am still not happy with the service and professionalism.
