Stephenie’s Manhattan

Went there for an introductory massage. The little space is warm, homey and personal feeling. I have a lot of physical challenges and unfortunately this is on a second floor without an elevator. So even though the massage practitioner was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, sweet and used hot towels (A wonderful surprise!) I can’t do the stairs.

Stephenie did the most amazing job on my brows and lips. It was the first time I had ever had permanent make up so I was a little nervous. But Stephenie is a professsional make up artist and she really knows her stuff. She knew instinctively how to maximize my looks, literally taking about 10 years off my face just by reshaping and redefining my brows and lips. I’ve had tons of unsolicited, flattering comments starting on the first day when a waitress just couldn’t get over my brows! It’s been amazing. Thanks Stephenie!

I went to Stephenies for eyeliner and Stephenie recommended correcting my eyebrows. Wow! What a huge difference ! I love love love them. I didn’t realize what a difference my eyebrows made to my face. I love the shape and color. Just perfect! I’m even being told my eyebrows make me look younger. Thank you so much Stephenie! I being asked where I got my brows done and highly recommend Stephenies.

I am SO happy I found this place! The owner was really nice & she even had my shade of blonde of the Halo Couture hair extension piece in stock! I walked out with the extensions, facial products, mascara, lip stuff, etc feeling like I stole it! Great prices! My new favorite salon! A+!

I reviewed this place over a year ago. Where did it go? I’m not retyping it again. Suffice to say I was NOT happy with the work on my eyebrows.

Fantastic! Had my brows done years ago and it was so painful, I vowed never to do it again. But with time, memories (and brows) fade so I decided to give Stephenie a try! BEST decision ever! Very professional, virtually pain free (think mosquito bite/​itch), friendly, informative, attentive and helpful. Very thorough on the after care, made sure I knew what to do at home and had follow ups to make sure all was going well with the healing process.
«Permanent Make Up» is a tattoo! Just like permanent hair dye, you will need to touch up (but years later) as it may fade a little without proper care. However, if you follow her instructions/​advice, you’ll be happy with the long lasting results! Also, she is not pushy. She’ll give you her professional opinion or suggestion but if you don’t want something, it’s cool.
Highly recommend if you want fast and easy, get up and go in the morning! Cuts my morning routine time more than half!

Stephenie is great. I love my permanent makeup. She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I have told all my friends and family about her, and definitely will be coming back. If you are looking for someone professional, courteous, and funny stephenie is your girl. Definitiely worth a 5 star rating!

I highly recommend this to everyone! If you want a day of pampering or some quick relaxation, Stephenie’s is the place to go! She treated me like a queen and took away all the stress I had! I got a massage first which was AMAZING and then got a vitamin peel. Stephenie made sure that I was happy every step of the way. She is so sweet and a great hostess to all her customers. One day i stopped in before i had a date and stephenie trimmed and curled my hair so i was ready to go! I haven’t gotten permanent make up done by her but everyone I have seen– looks amazing! Might be my next calling. Trust me this is your one stop show for all the beauty you need!

I have had permanent make up 2x here. loved both times! Stephenie’s does the best job the 1^st time. She clearly outlines expectations and accommodates my crazy schedule! Imagine waking up with eyes and going to the gym and feeling confident after a good sweat!

Stephenie did a fabulous job of my permanent make up. She also tints my eyelashes and waxing my eyebrows. She was professional and friendly. I couldn’t be happier. See my picture for proof!

I had «permanent» eyeliner makeup done here 6 years ago. Now, when I hear permanent, I think permanent. Stephenie compared it to a tattoo. After about a year or so it started to fade. After two years it was gone. This was for $ 350! (plus tip).
She said to me that my eyebrows needed to be shaped and started shaping them. Then I got charged $ 20 for something I really didn’t want.

I think her work is overpriced and she is NOT the best. Do not know how she has a two star rating. Fortunately I was able to find Elizabeth Hanratty in Beverly Hills to correct what Stephenie had done to my eyebrows and at a much better price!

Now it’s been a while and my eyeliner still looks AMAZING. I am so happy. Again, Miss Stephenie is a quirky lady — and very beautiful, too, so don’t be intimidated. Above all else, she knows her stuff. I followed her after-​care RELIGIOUSLY and I am thrilled. I look like a goddess when I wake up — eyeliner forevers and evers!
