Went through drive thru repeated my order back to me twice still got it wrong had to go back to fix it they fixed it but my fries were cold when I got home I work in customer service and would have given fresh fries so they could still be hot when the customer got home

Not as bad as other Unilocal reviews of this location. Haven’t had bad service so far, but I don’t eat a lot of McDonalds anyway. My recent visit was satisfactory and the service was courteous when ordering inside of the restaurant.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went through drive thru & ordered a #10: 2 breakfast burritos w a hash brown. Pulled out and opened food, burritos were cardboard like & rock hard. I waited BACK through drive thru & asked if they could please make the food fresh. Guy hands me the bag and it’s missing the hash brown. Asked him where it was & he said the manager (Elsa, who is a complete bi$@? By the way) said I only asked for fresh burritos, not hash brown. Got into a heated argument over this principal and ended up asking for my money back. She was literally laughing & giggling while handing me back my money. They obviously get a rise out of screwing with customers & making them mad. I will never IN MY LIFE go to McDonalds again because of this. Filing a formal complaint with the franchise owner now as well…

The worst service ever at night in the morning is fine but how ever owns that shop needs to stop scamming off the top. They put taxes on every thing.

You hit it on the head! They can’t speak English that well and we’re very rude! They talk in Spanish right in front of me like I’m not even there! While I’m placing an order. The manager is a total scumbag who did the highering. Why hire someone to work as a cashier if the can speak English clearly and can’t explain what comes on the sausage McMuffin? When I asked her if egg came on it, she replied «OK, you want a combo.»

Grabbed some hazlenut iced coffee… More like sock coffee. It had no cream no taste of coffee or hazlenut. If you can’t make coffee then this job isn’t for you

Order large got medium meal the fries are cold they did not have anything to drink except no carbonic soda … Rip off

If you speak Spanish only, and prefer rude service, this place is for you. You want what you ordered? Haha. That’s funny. How about if I take your order, then take my break? That’s the pace of this disgustingly, unclean place.

This was a terrible experience at this McD’s. I was trapped in the drive through without that many cars in front of me. I was the 2^nd car from ordering. Somehow I was stuck in this line for over 15 min! I complained but the woman half heartedly apologized and handed me my food finally. The fries were cold by the time she handed them to me but I just wanted out of there. Very disapointed.

Stopped by to grab some breakfast before heading into work. Big mistake. Got stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes. My iced coffee tasted overly sweet plus no napkins! Will avoid this location.

Again the drive thru screwed up. I asked them if all condiments are in the bag. With a smile she says yes. We ordered deluxe breakfast and got NO syrup or butter. When I called she said to bring back the food — all I wanted was our pancakes to be refunded. The manager actually said I could get a refund on only one of them… Really? I paid for 2 u should refund for 2. This is my go to mcdonalds which is why I want to give it a 3 but with customer service skills of Juanita I am only giving one star. I will now wait in drive thru line and look through bag before leaving. I don’t care how long it will take…
Waiting for corporate to call me back and make this better. Rant over…

This McDonald’s in tiny. Careful when trying to walk in because you have to cross the drive-​thru at a point where driver’s have just picked up their order. So they might be checking their bag for fries while rolling forward and run over your toes.

Today, The McLean Deluxe
The McLean Deluxe was another one of McDonald’s earlier efforts to be perceived as more health-​conscious. It was more a cousin to its predecessor the McDLT than the similarly-​named Arch Deluxe which appeared half a decade later.
Introduced in 1991, the burger was advertised as 91% fat-​free, but what doomed the McLean Deluxe was what McDonald’s did to get it that way.
McDonald’s replaced much of the fat with water and injected carrageenan (seaweed) in order to get the patty to stay together. It performed well in initial taste tests, but it didn’t sell well once it went live.

I’m finding myself addicted to reviewing everything on Unilocal, now including different franchises and store locations of fast food restaurants…
This McDonald’s is like any others, for the most part, ‘tho the drive through is a bit of a circle, so if you have a large vehicle, drive with caution, and whether you’re driving or dining in, the FRONT DOOR is ill positioned right in front of where the Drive Through window is where customers pay and pick up their food and drive out… SO… on both counts, if you’re doing the Drive Through or going in or out of the restaurant… LOOK BOTH WAYS before you proceed, this is a tragic accident waiting to happen…
The parking lot is decent sized, the inside has okay spacing, not huge ‘tho.
The soda fountain for drinks is self-​service, so is conveniently located.
The food is standard, ‘tho, I have had issues with placing «special orders» in the past where I asked for «No Cheese» on Drive Through «to go» orders, only to go home and find it with cheese… nothing’s worst than that !!! So, my advice is, always to check the orders, and not a verbal check with them, but a physical check yourself.
The other tip I have generally for fast food is, if you want the freshest food possible, usually make a special order or slight modification (light onions, no cheese, no pickle, an extra this or less of that) and then they have to make the special order for you and it’s fresh as opposed to something sitting around for a while (‘tho they do turn around the food quickly I’m sure).
I did find out from a friend of mine, they add extra salt to everything, so you can actually order the fries and the burgers «without salt» (and the burgers are already with high sodium but why add more unnecessarily), it sounds odd, but they do that.
Also, if you like a double hambuger, you can order the double cheeseburger without cheese, and it’s only $ 1, so a better bargain than eating 2 hamburger (less carbs through less bun bread too) — — interestingly, at one «Burger King» location, they had the idiotic policy not to allow you to order their double cheesebuger without cheese and would charge you for a more expensive double hamburger off the menu… so stupid, ‘cuz they’re saving money without having the costs of the cheese… that’s why McDonald’s is much better than Burger King on almost every level (the only thing BK does better is their Chicken Sandwich and their Fish Filet Sandwich).
Of course, I had the mandatory McDonald’s French Fries… always a good thing… you burn calories SMILING :)

McDonalds is still McDonalds.
Came here before seeing a show at the Redondo Performing Arts Center to get some food.
I now know where all the vagrants of the beach cities come to hang out.
I’d say get your food and go to the park to eat it.

Yeah, another fast food chain restaurant that sucks in my books. The drive thru is horrible, long and tedious journey through the drive thru just to get your damn food. They don’t listen, hence they forget. They take to damn long to give you the food, which is hard to understand when you’re the only car there… Otherwise food is good like always… or like any other McDonalds.

One of the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Went into drive thru and ordered one Mc Rib Meal, one Angus Mushroom Burger Extra Value meal, one 4-​pc Chicken Mc Nuggets Happy Meal and two Apple Pies. There is a promotion for a free Coke Glass if you order a Extra Value meal. When we picked up the food, there was no Coke Glass. After arguing over the glass, the clerk grabbed the manager who said we only asked for a large drink and not an Extra Value meal. They said we can upgrade but at that point, we said forget it. Don’t understand why it was not clear when we said «EXTRA VALUE MEAL». And then, when we got home, they didn’t put in the two Apple Pies but they charged us for them.

Came here for the cheeseburger that I was in dire need for. Unlike the prior reviewer, I did not get food poisoning here. Pretty average McD (plus a 24 hour drive thru).

WARNING Toxic Food Poison!
I have a cast iron stomach and it takes a lot to get me sick.
I’ve eaten at this particular Mickey D’s several times without a problem but recently I ate one double cheese burger and I’ve never been so sick in my life. I had the Hershey Squirts so bad and so long (4 days) that I had blood coming out of that end. I was really worried, a lesser man would have died!
I swear that if I survived I will never eat at that Mickey D’s again. Barf!
