Starbucks

I only came to this Starbucks because it was on the way to where I needed to go. For the first time ever, they messed up my order. I was in a rush so I couldn’t even ask them to make it over. This is a pretty small sized location located adjacent/​in Macy’s. I wouldn’t come here to study– and I would definitely not come to meet my friends. The tables have almost no «personal space» in between each so I can imagine that to become quite uncomfortable after a short period of time. The workers all seemed pretty sweet, but obviously are not experienced as employees at other locations. (I realized that this seems to be a thing for Starbucks that are located in bigger stores) but you can still order everything and anything off the menu that you’d find at any other Starbucks location.
TLDR; there’s about 4 other Starbucks within a 3 mile radius. Go to someplace else unless you’re just trying to quickly grab a drink. Since this location is located inside Macy’s, you’re provided with a whole lot of parking space.

On a daily basis I come to Starbucks. I choose the Starbucks in particular because of the proximity to my office. Today however I figured, I’d take advantage of the rewards card, seeing as happy hour Frappuccinos are extended for one hour until 6 p.m. As it states on the Starbucks website Frappuccinos are extended till 6 p.m. for rewards members. As I was in this Starbucks location they did not allow me to receive My Rewards member half price Frappuccino stating that it’s only for Gold members. However on the website as you can see from the picture doesn’t make any mention of it. For someone who comes here every day and not honor what is on their website is beyond ridiculous and there was no customer service, just simple saying that it is what it is and that it’s something that they would honor. Even though they have different rules, quote on quote at their location, they should have honored it (they have no signs saying they dont follow the rules of starbucks). at right there has made me not want to ever return here! I will go the extra 5 minutes to avoid this Starbucks. Now they will lose their $ 6 to $ 20 daily purchase at this Starbucks.

I went to this Starbucks in a macys department store. If I wasn’t in desperate need for a hot cup of coffee, I would have walked out. This place was so messy and dirty. Had to wait a while for my coffee too. There were 3 people behind the counter. Disappointed in this location. At least the coffee was good.

For the most part, this ‘bucks is OK. Same food/​drink offerings as most locations and standard service. Where they lose points, is its location, size and its oh so poor internet. There are 3 tables inside and a few bar stools to sit at, so it’s tight. The location is odd, too. It’s in the far corner of a Macy’s and only immediately visible from one entrance. Lastly, the net. Ohhhh, boy. Part of the appeal of the ‘bucks is that you know you can kill some time, do some work, whatever you need, bc you’ll always get some solid wifi. Not here! You can only connect to the Macy’s wifi (who knew) and its very, very slow. It also thinks every webpage is a security threat, so good luck getting a anything done. If you need a quick cup of joe or a muffin while you shop, do it up! For getting work done or wasting time, find the next coffee shop down the road.

This Starbucks always seems to mess up the iced coffee. We thought it was maybe just that one time but when we returned the second time… same thing. It’s extremely watered down and when we asked for more coffee or for them to remake it… we got a slight attitude and it tasted even worse. Starbucks iced coffee always has the «kick». That’s what separates them from Dunkin. The iced coffee at this location tastes more like Dunkin (bleh).

Today, as I was helping my wife shop for handbags, I learned that you can access this Starbucks from inside Macy’s. A thankless job that but it did help me uncover this find, so all was not lost.
This café was clean, the selection of prepackaged goodies was plentiful enough, and the staff were pleasant.
Nice to know this it’s here for the next time I’m shopping at Macy’s. Also worth stopping by if you’re in the area and even if you’re not shopping at Macy’s.

Tucked away in the corner of Macy’s in manhasset this small Starbucks doesn’t disappoint. Convenient and with great ambiance.
Clean, and well run, the baristas are very attentive.
There is also a really cool outside sitting area which I would love to see more Starbucks have. The more I come here the more I appreciate the outdoor seating. This is as close as the feeling of a European café as I have been able to come here in manhasset.
If your looking to take a little vacation in the middle of your day and hide away from the crowds come here. Not the worst place to bring friends or even a date in the summer to chart and sip a cup of joe.
Also the outdoor are has this cool awning that’s technically part of Macy’s that I find beautiful.
Also, parking is crazy plentiful.

This small Starbucks is not really noticeable on the outside and definitely not noticeable in the inside of the large Macy’s.
Liked the barista who made my Caffe Americano! It was extremely strong. Kept me awake!
Need a break from shopping, stop by this Starbucks for a quick refreshment!

Look at this a Starbucks tucked into a corner near Macy’s I would have never found it except for their big board on the street saying they were open on New Year’s Day
