They always refuse to make the coffee the way I ask for it. These has happened more than twice.

I come here all the time with my family and they consistently provide great doughnuts and coffee. I usually order a Boston Cream doughnut. It is in the middle of Manhasset on Plandome Road with a parking lot in the back. It is clean and was renovated 3 years ago. It is your average DD.

The people that run it are nice, the line is fast, there is a back door for parking in the back lot, front door for street parking.

A very small location on Plandome Rd. that is easy to miss. They don’t have the full selection of donuts/​sandwiches/​drinks, but what they do have is decently good, which is not a surprise since it is DD. However the employees do not seem very professional at all. They do not want to work there and it shows. They can be quite rude, slow and horse around with each other more than they work.

The coffee is excellent once you get it. However, you can assume that they will mess up your order, so watch them carefully. Be very clear about your instructions. There is chaos among the staff at all times. They talk over each other, speaking simultaneously, and confuse things. Sometimes 3 people will be involved in your order even if you are just getting a cup of coffee and one donut. I once ordered a muffin with butter on it — it arrived with a pat of butter on top! So I decided that the next time I would order butter on the side – it came with the butter spread around the outside! But the coffee is excellent!
