Sears at Chesterfield Mall did not have two of the Kenmore appliances I wanted to see, so they called this store to ensure both appliances were available to view.
And they put me on the phone with the guy for directions, so I knew where I was going.
I was the only customer in the store, and was attended to promptly and courteously.
I had my list out, was shown both appliances, asked a few questions, was told the appliances would be on sale only through Sunday, and I was on my merry way — having met — in person — the appliances I was considering.

Don was a very nice, helpful, and patient gentleman. I would’ve loved to buy the refrigerator from him but coincidently I had a coupon that made it slightly cheaper somewhere else. However, you can rest assured that this Sears probably has the best priced appliances in the St. Louis area. The price I found on this particular fridge, I could not even beat by going to their outlet store.
