Great hotel that I often stay in when out for work. The staff is really what makes this place — 5 stars for the staff. They know me by name and always have my room card ready to go. Very attentive service and always extremely friendly. The hotel itself would probably be about 3.5 stars. A little out dated but still on the nicer side for Hampton Inn standards. Pretty good workout area again for Hampton standards. Breakfast is hit or miss. It is complimentary so I guess you cannot expect too much. Maybe I’m just sick of the same few items over and over so I just bring my own breakfast usually. Again, a great hotel at a fair price and awesome staff, highly recommended.

Convenient location just east of Hartford off of the I-84 and other major routes. It is easy to get on and off of the highway but far enough that you don’t have excessive road noise. Good $ value. The location has lots of rooms and it is near the mall and other eateries so it is good for the traveler.

The only thing I wasn’t fond of at this hotel was the small tv in the room. It seemed like I need binoculars to see the tv. But realistically the room was very clean, as was the whole hotel. The staff day and night was very friendly. I am a hilton honors member, but the staff treated other people at the desk as they treated me. They have a large indoor pool which looked nice(forgot my suit). The gym is small but it works. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Good price for a good hotel room. Not much more to say. Very nice staff, very clean rooms, everything is well-maintained. It’s probably worth mentioning that staying on the upper floors is better than ground level due to noise in the hallways(from people walking around all the time), but that’s to be expected at any hotel.

I just spent two nights here with family and could not be more pleased with our accommodations. The welcome crew at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room service folks were helpful when we needed items and had an immaculately cleaned room ready for us. A toilet that was running was fixed within twenty minutes by Jerry, their friendly man of all trades! The water was hot right away from all faucets. The free breakfast was complete with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit salad, waffles and all the extras you could imagine. Coffee was available all day. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom large. Our accessible two queen bed room was plenty large to accommodate a full bridal party who dropped by our room in the morning to prepare for a wedding at nearby Wickham Park. Restaurant and stores nearby. Seriously consider coming here first, if you are in the area!

So much to say… simply knew how to take care of you… period. Left Boston in one snowstorm during Valentines Day weekend only to be snowed in in CT… the hotel is nice… REALLY nice! Morgan at the front desk not only had some of the BEST customer service skills on the planet… the manager(Mike Choiniere) was also more than helpful… most hotels would give you a hard time when it comes to being snowed in… dealing with headaches. etc; totally the opposite, catering to our every need! Look, I know what your thinking… this is by NO means a rinky dink establishment… fine. stay away then! More for us! …youd be a fool not to stay here… period…

Love this spot while in town for work, Hampton always has fresh clean rooms top to bottom. The staff here is top notch and are very accommodating. Big comfy rooms for a great price.

I have stayed here quite a few times while on business. I have stated several hotels nearby and this one is definitely my favorite. You cannot go wrong with the complementary breakfast. The staff is incredible courteous and professional. The beds are extremely comfortable. Spacious rooms and nice size bathroom.

Hampton Inns are nothing if not consistent. Friendly front desk, clean rooms, new televisions, spacious bathrooms. This one is no exception.

This hotel had night-of vacancies — woohoo! Check in was swift, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spotless, the bed was very comfy, and the TV was nice. Great complimentary breakfast, tons of parking, and very nice staff. Overall, great experience here!

I am a business traveler and whenever in town always stay this hotel in particular. All the surroundings hotels are either expensive or there service is bad. Hampton Inn meets all criteria for good hotel. Friendly staff, restraunts near by. Also, have gym and pool on facility. I would recommend this hotel to any including friends and family.

Hampton Inns have it down right. Clean rooms, perky staff, coffee all day and free breakfast in the morning, plus you can’t beat the prices and if you are a Hilton Honors member the points for upgrades and free stays add up fast. All good.

For a hotel on the outskirts of a ton of shopping plazas, I-84, and a Hooters, I give this hotel it’s due credit. Staying there for a friend’s wedding, the bride and other bridesmaids and I rented a room for our bridal suite. A large bed, a pull out couch, a separate sink area apart from the bathroom with shower /tub and toilet, and a fridge /microwave /bar area… not too shabby! The linens were crisp and clean, the TV was flat and modern(…sorry, but so many hotels I’ve been too lately still have huge TVs circa 1996. I just enjoy seeing a modern flat screen in my room now…), and room service was prompt. The child in me enjoyed the free breakfast! Froot Loops? A waffle maker? Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa?! I hit the holy grail! I did not get to enjoy many of the other amenities, but I did at least get to stick my feet in the indoor swimming pool; the area was kept immaculately clean. Laundry and business services were also available, along with a small«convenience store» to purchase toiletries and food items. My only complaints, though minimal? Though extremely friendly, the front desk staff that was working upon our arrival was a little… well…“fresh”. They did not know how to make a properly working room access key card. Still! Bless them for trying… five times. Also, when asked for a cot for our room to fit a sixth person, we were told that suites were not allowed to have cots. When asked why, we got a shoulder shrug and told that it was policy.(I felt bad for the bridesmaid that had to sleep on the floor, but she was a trooper!) It would not be my first place to stay in Manchester(…though I have a very distinct feeling I’ll never need to ever spend the night in Manchester ever again…), but for what it was, this was a lovely place to stay and rest my head for a night.
