Pentecost Sprinkler Service

We finally resolved an outdoor sprinkler system problem of over a year with this company by hiring another company to diagnose the problem they kept insisting was not their oversight. Even at the very start, they said there was no leak but thankfully, I insisted they at least run all the zones to make sure. That test revealed a leak which continued even after they said it was repaired. Every time they came out afterwards and failed to fix the problem, they charged us $ 95 just to poke around in the ground and watch the meter. Finally I took matters into my own hands and when I told them we had resolved the problem with another company the lady continued with her insistent attitude. I suggested that they should refund our money for all the times they billed us without repairing the problem but she refused. However, they did waive the charge for the final bill so we were at least thankful for that, albeit in light of having gone through months of agony. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

They installed a sprinkler system covering areas of both our front and back yard in a large yard. It’s been a number of years and I’m happy to say that the we’re still pleased with the work, at the time of installation and now years later. I believe they came out once or twice to tweak things initially but lately there has only been the regular maintenance things you’d expect like replacing a sprinkler head every so often. One of the few contractors who really seem to know what they are doing and provide quality work with no problems.

(There was an existing system in the front when I purchased the house.) Bill & company are fair, reliable and very responsive to any service issues that arise. It took a long time to find a service company I could truly trust, and I recommend Pentecost without reservation.
