Bride’s Best Friend

Cassie was the first and only Coordinator we met with and not to sound corny or anything but as soon as we met her we knew she was the one.
Let my just start by stating that Cassie is just AMAZING. She is not just a coordinator, but also a rock star, a mind reader, and truly Brides Best Friend. Cassie offers you advice and answers all and any questions that you might have, she is extremely organized, she knows what she is doing, she is adorable and super sweet but is also FIERCE and someone not to mess with in a very professional way (she is the BEST with the bride and groom of course). She was on top of everything and she knew things that I didn’t even remember telling her or know how she knew which was amazing because for a control freak like me it was weird not being in control and knowing everything but at the same time I, for once in my life, felt RELAXED. Once it came to the ceremony I was a nervous wreck, she calmed me down, brought me water, and told me to eat some strawberries for the sugar since I was feeling a little too nervous, she also was on top of my well being and my fiancé’s. As we were taking photos after the ceremony she was carrying a water and made sure that not just us, but the whole bridal party was feeling good for photos. She even brought me a plate of food to eat while the photographer took pictures of the groomsmen. She did all that she said she was going to do and so much MORE! Cassie is definitely who you need as a coordinator if you want a completely stress free wedding. I cant describe how much of an amazing human being she is. :)

Thank God for Cassie. Let me start off by explaining that I am a super-​organized person, and was a super-​organized bride. As in, personalized folders with schedules, pictures of all of my family members, contract copies, etc. for each vendor, organized. And hiring Cassie was about the best money I spent on the wedding.
Here’s a short list of things Cassie did (and this is nowhere near everything — this is just some of the things I noticed, which, of course, means she did a lot more that I didn’t notice and other things I just don’t remember):
–Helped end my wedding-​morning crying fit (which involved something about the flowers)
–Cleaned up the reception hall bathroom after all the girls got ready in it
–Kept me warm during the photo shoot
–Kept us on schedule for the reception so I never had to think about what was coming next or what time it was (I can’t stress how valuable this is.)
–Got my drinks all night
–Cut and served the cakes
–Organized our exit a little earlier than planned because we were exhausted
–Made sure everything went home with the person it was supposed to
My groom, my family, even my older brother all remarked at how impressed they were with her. She was amazing to work with. I highly recommend her if you’re on the fence about needing a day-​of coordinator. Or even if you’re sure you don’t need one. You do.

When I say Cassie and «Bride’s Best Friend» is the reason our wedding was everything my heart could of imagined it would be, I mean it. But what’s even crazier is that without Cassie, it would have been a hot mess. Of all of the people and services enlisted to pull off our wedding, (which included the near impossible feat of corralling my GINORMOUS family and wedding party) the singular person I give the most credit to is Cassie. «Bride’s Best Friend» is no joke! She will be yours, I promise! Cassie used her mad skills to organize every detail – down to the minute. Before the wedding, whenever I felt completely freaked out, I would call Cassie and I knew everything would be A-​OK! She guided me in helpful directions, made suggestions to make things perfect, communicated with every vendor and VIP – helped me find great vendors, kindly directed people for toasts, dances (she even made my photographers life A LOT easier!) and seemingly never stopped – so that I could truly enjoy my day. Which is something I can never thank her enough for. Also, know that this is much more than a job for Cassie, she puts her whole heart and soul into what she does. An added bonus is that she’s a super fun, amazing person and, trust me, you want to get along with your wedding coordinator! I can’t recommend her enough. Basically, if you’ve got Cassie, you’ve got a smooth and beautiful wedding to look forward to!

We hired Cassie for a day-​of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding, but she was MUCH more than a day-​of coordinator. She was so very helpful in assisting us in the months prior to the wedding by giving advice, information, helping us to be sure we were remembering all the details of a wedding, and getting all of our information that she would need for the wedding. That was all so helpful and comforting, but then we she came and completely took over on the rehearsal day — THAT was when I felt the complete relief that comes with hiring Cassie. She told me and my daughter to «Turn Off» and let her take over, and we did, and it was WONDERFUL. The rehearsal was perfect, the wedding was perfect, the reception was perfect, and Cassie was perfect. She was sweet and kind, completely in control, completely professional, everywhere all the time, so lovely to my entire family and all my guests, kept everything running completely smoothly, and is absolutely the reason that all the planning that led up to the event went off without a hitch. And here is my one piece of wedding advice to everyone who asks what I learned — Hire a wedding coordinator (Cassie Crudo if you can get her!!), and hire her to plan the entire wedding and for the day-​of. The only thing I would do differently is I would have had her by mine and my daughter’s side for every bit of the planning. She makes everything easier, more fun, and even more perfect than you can imagine.
