Pretty great beer, well crafted and unique. I enjoyed drinking this local beer in the brewery, but make no mistake this is a brewery, not a restaurant. The food is overpriced and not that good. Come for the beer and enjoy a great time but get your food somewhere else.

Got a flight of their seasonal brews and a pitcher of their Wild Sierra Saison(good light lager). My ALL-time favorites were their Forest Nymph(sour) and Barrel Aged Eisbock(dark sweet brew reminiscent of a honey whiskey) Great service, friendly staff, food was just alright. I would definitely come back.

Food was fine and prices were good. Servers were nice, but one bartender was rude. He acted like he didn’t want to be bothered to serve us. Cool souvenirs. Beer garden is fun with lots of games. View was great!

One star to the bartender that was full of bad attitude. We went there to grab a bite and have drinks. Blonde young girl gave us the worst attitude ever. She wasn’t satisfied with working there or she really hates her job. Very very bad .beer I couldn’t taste because we already were pissed. Never gonna go back to that place bad memories.

Great burger and salad. The kids really enjoyed the hot dog. The Yosemite is second to none in my opinion. Brings back lots of great memories. The root beer is delicious and distinctive. If I lived here, coming for dinner would become a tradition

I loved the atmosphere here — a nice casual brewery with a friendly crowd. I only had one beer here, which is plenty because of the effects of the high altitude, and the beer(a summer IPA) was crisp, flavorful, and strong but not heavy. I ordered the Irish Caesar salad entrée as well, and it was huge! Perfect for a post-half marathon meal :) The only thing I wish was that they had at least one solid vegetarian menu option. I had to ask for them to not put bacon in the salad, and it still had an anchovy sauce — I eat fish so that’s okay for me, but other vegetarians would only be able to order french fries. But other than that, I really loved the place! Definitely coming back next time I’m in Mammoth! edit: I forgot they had a peach and goat cheese flatbread. My body couldn’t tolerate dairy that day so that’s why I didn’t order it, but there is an actual veg option :) my bad!

Went to mammoth lakes for camping & stopes by the brewery after a day of hiking. The have tasting options for their regular taps as well as their seasonals. Amazing patio to sit outside and enjoy the cool weather & it’s dog friendly. They also have food but we didn’t try anything while we were there. Be sure to get some of the swag. They have a great selection of hats & shirts.

Loved the vibe here upon walking in. There’s a nice large patio, very spacious on the inside as well… Not to mention the views! The beers were great, and so was the food. The plates are HUGE though. We got the Irish Ceasar Salad and it’s the biggest salad I’ve ever seen, but very good. The Peach and Goat Cheese Flatbread was amazing. A great spot to spend an evening!

Stopped in during my Eastern Sierra Brewery Tour today. Beer selections were good, but there were just to many families around. Nothing against kids, I’m sure I’ll want them around me when I have my own, but for now I prefer not to drink around them. Lol Beers were good, great location, food looked amazing though I didn’t try any and they have some games you can play outside. Check them out when your in the area.

Fun staff. interesting how there is not much traditional pub fare or kid friendly food tho I chose house made tater tots and they were the best ever. A bit strange on the ordering and wait staff. But all in all it was a great stop. A bit more of pub food friendly to vegetarians and young 8 year old son would have been a great touch

This is one of my favorite places in Mammoth to kick back with some great beers and grub after a day of skiing. I’ve only been here during the day and it’s always been nice and peaceful; not sure what it’s like at night. If the weather’s nice sitting outside at one of the picnic tables is always a treat. I usually get a flight so I can sample all their different beers and their latest seasonals were pretty dang good. The food here is good, but sometimes I think they try too hard to be fancy and it ends up being a little too much with all the different/unusual ingredients. That said, I still love coming here; the servers I’ve encountered were all unfailingly helpful and pleasant and I think it’s a great reasonably-priced establishment. STEPHJUDGEMENT: Great brewery and eatery in the center of town.

Yea OK, BEER!!! YES! Thats how you feel when you walk into this place. The smell alone will make you feel welcome. MMMMMMMM, hops and wet grain. Gotta love that smell to appreciate what Im talking about here. This is a funky brewery for sure. Very Mammoth Mountain tho. The people are nice and their beer is actually pretty damn good. They have a couple weird ones pop up on the menu through the week. Its usually something crazy that the brewer came up with, or a one run and done flavor of the month thing. Always worth trying.

*Bar review only* Spacious, clean, good beer. Downstairs darts and sports, food on the main level. Dog friendly outdoor patio. Gorgeous view. «$ 1 per 2 oz pour, or try them all for $ 7» is not actually a better deal to get the tasting, since there are 7 of them. The cheeky signs about ski boots(don’t wear them inside) and alcohol at altitude definitely gave me a chuckle.

I missed you Mammoth Brew Co! You know I gotta try the seasonal brews! Blood Orange IPA?! What? Amazing. Boyz II Sour Stout… Get out of here! Refuge Collab? I’m in love. Will you please move your entire location to Corona? Buying an IPA395 Growler to go! If your in Mammoth and love, local craft beer, stop in and give this place a swirl!

It’s not the kind of place I originally thought of when originally told about how I had to stop here and check it out. It has more the feel of a store than a place to hangout, but they do offer some food and the beer samples are priced right to try them all. First time we went it was midday and there was nothing going on. Seemed very boring and lacked any ambience. We got our Rootbeer(This stuff is great) Growlers and went on our way. Second time, it was Saturday evening and there was more of an ambience, but still not a place that I’d hang out at more than an hour or so. Overall, the product they serve is high quality and that will keep me coming back for refills.

I won’t deny the fact that they have good beer, their imperial stout and the double ipa are absolutely delicious. Totally worth 3 – 4 stars on that alone. The connected resaurant The EATery, however, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of layout and functionality. Separate review of that shared restaurant, because I beleive MBC should be reviewed soley on their beers. which again, are absolutely delicious. My group got a pitcher of their imperial stout and their double IPA, which came to be 55% and 92% ABV respectively. The stout was dark in color, had hints of chocolate, oak, vanilla and a resin finish that was absolutely delcious and warmed the belly on a cold mammoth night. It was really a perfect beer to have while in Mammoth. The double IPA was also suburb, with a sweet and smooth finish, hops staying in line, not too much bite, but controlled throughout. Definitely 2 styles I would definitely get again when I head back up to Mammoth.

Mammoth Brewing Company is situated on the corner of Main St and Minaret Rd, just outside of The Village. Great location with its own private parking lot; however, the parking was limited when I stopped by on a Friday evening. This midsize brewery is a great place to grab a drink or a bite from the shared restaurant, The EATery. Since I’m not a regular craft beer drinker, I can’t really review any of their drinks. I did, however, enjoy the vibes here. The employees are nice and were helpful while I purchased some(okay, maybe a few! Lol) souvenirs and a 6-pack to bring back to our condo. Overall, a nice spot to kick back after traveling from sunny SoCal!

We came here for dinner and a drink. We had a salad, tater tots, and a burger with Golden Trout pilsner and Sierra Nevada saison. A bartender who served us was very friendly(I assume he is a Kings fan!) and nice. Both of the beers were crisp and delicious. We also love their tots and burger. My friend is usually not a big fan of a burger, but even she thought that was good. Buns are soft and flavorful, veggies were very fresh, bacon was crispy, and patty was grilled to perfection. My friend was impressed that they use Gouda cheese in their burger.(Yes we love Gouda!) I like the warm ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant. One and only flaw was that they have only 2 bathrooms for ladies but one of them was out of order. Otherwise I like this place!

Man was I excited when I checked to see if Mammoth had a brewery, an lo and behold, Mammoth Brewing popped up! We went there twice over our 5 day stay over Christmas, and they did not disappoint. First of all, lots of beers. I think they had 7 house brews and 5 seasonals. I’ll come out and say that pretty much all their seasonals blew their house brews out of the water. Memorable beers from the seasonal include a quad, an imperial stout, and a sour. From their regular lineup, the Pale and the regular IPA were quite good(yes even I really enjoyed the IPA!). I wasn’t a fan of the pilsner, the Golden Trout, it had a slight taste of corn to it which was kind of odd. The double nut brown, which was a GABF winner if I recall correctly, was OK, but I wasn’t wowed by it. Pro tip they do have wine, much to my mother’s delight. The brewery itself is very cool. We didn’t get food or venture into the up or downstairs. It’s a decent size, the bar is large with plenty of standing space around it(think tables you can just lean up against if you don’t want to sit). Up here is also their merch area, with beer to go, shirts, pint glasses, etc. A couple steps down to the lower level and there’s plenty of tables. I wanted to get a growler but couldn’t justify it since I have no idea when we’ll be back, so I settled for a gift pack that had two of their seasonals and a pint glass, along with a zip hoodie and a yoga shirt(yes the bear is doing yoga on the shirt). I also bought a $ 5 bottle of their triple from the summer which I really enjoyed with my dinner later that night! Overall a very solid brewery! Bonus that their beer is on tap up on the mountain, I probably had half a dozen pints at least during our 3 days of skiing. Hopefully we’ll be back to Mammoth soon so that we can come back!

Some 20 years ago, ANY place that made their own beer was a great brewery. But today, with the abundance of good craft suds around, the bar is higher. Twenty years ago, this would have been considered a damn good brewery. But today, their offerings fall a little short. Who doesn’t want a great refreshing craft beer after a day on the slopes? Who wouldn’t want a brewery you can take your snowboard to? Who doesn’t love supporting local breweries? I certainly do. But based on their standard offerings, I think they can do better. True, their Epic IPA is very good, and you have to love $ 1 tasters! But the rest just didn’t have much pop, or they were over malted(they reminded me of what breweries put out BEFORE the craft revolution). To be fair, I didn’t get to try their premium seasonal offerings, which had higher ABVs than I was in the mood for. I generally like the space(although they could have done better with the placement of the bar), and the food looked pretty good. But for now, I prefer some other local bars with a better beer list.

Loved this brewery. I opted for the flight which was an awesome variety of their seasonal blends. I loved the pilsner really. They have most of their seating upstairs which was picnic bench style and lots of TVs playing different NFL games on each one. Perfect for a football Sunday morning. I ordered a Bahn mi which was good… The bread was very toasty. The tots were unlike any that I’ve ever had. They tasted like hash brown balls which were fried to a crisp and drained with a dash of sea salt. Served with sriracha ketchup and and another mayo based sauce. I also ordered the Caesar salad which was lightly dressed and tossed with slices of brussell sprouts and parmesan cheese. Mostly spring mix and arugula, the salad was incredible. Not here often enough, but I’d def recommend this place

Einfach toll! Was will man mehr?
