Amazing wine selection! Not sure if the neighborhood is aware of how lucky they are to have such a gem in their neighborhood. Wish I lived closer!

First time here today. Went to grab a six pack of shock top oddly enough it was only a 5 pack because one bottle was missing. I asked the cashier to see if he had any other six packs in the back and told him that one pack was missing a beer. He mentioned they allow the selling of singles. So weird. He found another in the back luckily. There are hardly any prices in here at all. They wanted to charge $ 50 for grand marnier on top of all that annoyingness we felt watched the whole time which tells me there’s probably a lot of theft here and we definitely do not look like people who need to be «watched» in a store… K bye!

So I want in and puchased a red white and blue bandana that has beads in it to keep you cool… yea right, the thing didn’t work, didn’t keep you cool and the colors were running and white was turning pink. it wasn’t the money, it was the fact it didn’t work and why should I pay for something that doesn’t work!!! He said it’s used and that’s not nice you return it, duh how else would I know it didn’t work unless we used it and hubby wasn’t to hip on the white turning pink and colors running bad… he said over and over that’s not nice when he gets credit for it and send it back to manufacturers letting them know that people are not satisfied… shocked how he treated me and I was just gonna get credit and buy something but he didn’t even understand that!!! We need more Americans owning liguor stores and can understand your customers and their complaints… I left feeling bad and that’s crap!!!

I stopped here with my girlfriend last week while we were driving through Malibu. She noticed that they sold Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream and was very excited, it’s her favorite!

I stopped by to buy a bag of chips. It was a small selection and there was more booze here than food. An old guy was talking to who seemed to be the owner, the owner never stopped talking to the old man while processing my transaction. After my purchase, he never said thanks, or bye, or nothing.

Wow! This place is a neighborhood gem! The service is top-notch, and the owners, Tony and George, are really warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their vast wine selection. Their wine selection is the best in Malibu! They occasionally do tastings as well. This is certainly THE place to go in Malibu for high-end wine, they also have a great selection for the more budget-conscious. I really doubt you can get this type of service and selection at Ralph’s lol! Beyond wine, they have everything you can possibly need from all types of alcohol, deli foods, snacks, and convenience items. It’s really great that they also have a clothing shop inside the store. They sell Malibu t-shirts, sweaters, and caps. I’m not talking about the«buy 4 shirts for $ 10» quality shirts. These are the premium types of t-shirts and sweaters that make a fashion statement. And to the people complaining about the prices– This place is in Malibu… Real estate is expensive, so yes, prices are higher there!

Alright: I’m just going on scotch and beer here, but this place is almost absurdly overpriced. For example, Lagavulin(a staple of any self-respecting liquor store) was marked up $ 25 – we’re talking about a $ 25 hike on a $ 75 bottle. Ridiculous. The moral of this review: Buy your alcohol before you come out to Malibu. Also, buy anything else you need before coming out to Malibu.
