I gotta say 3 yrs makes a big difference, new owners, most of the staff couldn’t handle an order never mind 3 or 4 at a time, been in 5 times since I got back in the area, 2 times I was serviced by Emily very nice I was in and out in 5 min, 1 time by a young man again very nice. Other 2 times by 1 of the 2 Asian girls, first time they didn’t have vanilla soft serve, AHHH your an ice cream store how do you not have vanilla soft serve. The next time she was just rude. IDK how they are still in business

WORSTICE Cream PLACEEVER!!! First– I called for delivery and the guy took over an hour to get to me. None the less the place was a 7 minute drive from where I was, so there shouldn’t have been in the first place. Second– when the ice cream finally came it was MELTED!!! Basically soup! Thrid– I went to the store to bring the ice cream back and the guy was completely rude. Worst attitude. But there was one lady who was fairly kind and made the ice cream for me. Lastly I would NOT recommend this place for delivery

So I’m giving this place 2 stars only because when service is good, it is Great. Usually when I go I’m greeted by the younger staff who are very pleasant and seem to enjoy their job. As many times as I’m greeted with the awesome service from the younger staff, I’m verbally attacked by who seems to be the owner. I called in to order food Togo about 30 minutes prior to closing, my mistake. The, clearly, older man yelled at me and said that he had just cleaned the grill. I then asked, «okay, what’s available that’s not from the grill?» He insisted on making my order(which was a chicken Cesar wrap) after complaining that he’s there until 8am and that he had nothing better to do. After I told him it was okay 2 times he insisted that he would do it. I then put in my second order and he lost his mind. Yelling over the phone saying that he again, just cleaned the grill and that he really didn’t want to do and was just incredibly upset about doing this one task. To be honest, after listening to the man taking my order… YELLING about doing the job he was hired to do makes me pretty uncomfortable knowing there’s a small chance my food might be tampered with. Definitely needs new management. Definitely needs lessons on customer service. DEFINITELY only order during the day, steering clear of the angry old man & only ordering ice cream from the younger staff.

Horrible costumer service. Tonight my coworkers and I ordered ice cream to be delivered. We were quoted at 1 hour for delivery. Thought it was a long time to wait for only ice cream but hey maybe they were busy. After 1 ½ hours no ice cream so we called to check in. The girl on the other line said oh no it’s only been 45 minutes the ice cream is leaving now. 2 hrs after placing our order the ice cream arrives. We call to complain and ask to speak to a manager. The person on the other line is unapologetic«well you have to wait when you order food» 2 hrs for ice cream ??? The manager even tries to lie about how long the wait was. Funny how the receipt on the bag is from 2 hrs prior. No discount, nothing. They have lost our business.

They deliver ice cream which instantly sounds like a great idea, however they are often out of items that they offer which to me is not great business. We waited for our order for over 2 hours!!! The food is not that great, we were just sticking with dessert but after the ordeal tonight waiting for this long without a phone call we will not be ordering again.

Just had the most ridiculous interaction with this place. Put in an order online for a sub, chicken fingers, and ice cream; got a call back that they are out of PB ice cream. Okay — can I get the chocolate PB ice cream? No, we’re out of that. Okay, what do you have? We have a lot of flavors. Are you only out of PB and CPB? No, we’re out of a lot of flavors. OKAY, what do you have? We have a lot, the list is online. I know the list is online — I just ordered online — but you’re telling me you’re out of a lot of flavors but won’t tell me which ones you have/don’t have, and I’m on the phone with you so I can’t access the list online on my phone right now. I don’t know ma’am, I can’t tell you which ice cream you want. ??? Just cancel my whole order please. Okay. So two stars for calling me right away to say my order couldn’t be completed, but other than that I am so frustrated with this first experience that I will never try again. I don’t want you to pick my flavor — I just want to know my choices. Tell me what you’re out of, or what you have — whichever is a shorter list — and I will update my order. But I’m not going to play guessing games. Insane.

I waited over NINETYMINUTES for a sandwich, french fries and two scoops of ice cream to be delivered on a TUESDAY night. The kicker? A very basic sandwich(grilled cheese), an order of fries and a small ice cream with delivery and tip cost me TWENTYDOLLARS. Given that this is a convenience to me after a crappy day at work, I was willing to pay that amount to have hot food brought to me. But to wait an hour and a half on a Tuesday night for a sandwich and french fries being delivered from less than 2 miles away? Ridiculous. Abd even more aggravating? Horrible customer service. When I called after 70 minutes? I was told it’s on its way. No apology– attitude. And over 20 minutes later… and my food was still nowhere to be found. So I called again. This time the man who answered the phone was even more rude and unhelpful. He told me that the delivery time is «an estimate». When I pointed out that an estimate of 55 minutes has turned into 95 minutes he offered no apologies. I could hear his snarky shrug through the phone. My food arrived just a few moments later– both the sandwich and fries were ICECOLD. If you’re going to have a delivery service, you need to deliver a sandwich before an hour and a half on a Tuesday night. And when you cannot, need to be apologetic to your paying customers. The other reviews corroborate that this is a huge issue with this business. Don’t waste your money!

I ordered two hours ago, two subs and an ice cream. My place is only a quarter mile from the restaurant — I called to see what was up, the employee on the phone copped an attitude and argued with me. No solutions offered, just arguing and a snotty tone, «Would you like to cancel your order?» Food came after 2 hours and the order is incorrect. Will be hitting up Foodler for a refund. Too bad — I used to be a frequent customer but I’ll definitely never be back here again!

Order through foodler, it has taken over an hour for my delivery of chix parm and a Italian sub. I live 10minutes away! There was barley any sauce on the cold chix parm and it was made with spaghetti not linguine which is what was listed as a choice. The Italian I requested dressings on the side and got nothing delivered! I also asked for a two litter bottle of ginger ale and they deliver 20oz bottles instead. This will be the last time I order from this place.

Just ate here. The buffalo chicken wrap I got was a pretty tasty. The chicken was crispy. Onion rings weren’t bad although a little over cooked. 2 guys were eating in the food prep area. One of which was eating a banana and putting the tip of a chocolate syrup bottle directly to the spot he had just bit. I would avoid the ice cream here.

I ordered a steak tip wrap and that was a mistake, it tasted like it was from a vendor in the street and on top of that it wasn’t even in a wrap form. The steak was atrocious. Luckily enough I got french fries, they were good.

This place used to be awesome!, key words USEDTO, they must have new owners because if you want to wait in line for 15 minutes for your ice cream or whatever your ordering that by the time you get to the front most likely you’ll figure out that they don’t have what you want. Not very sanitary either considering the lady working rubbed all her face and just continued making the food & the guy making the ice cream was picking at his ear, no longer would I give this place any business. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore, it went down hill from when it first opened.

The pizza has awesome crust, too much sauce for my liking but then again I don’t like sauce. I get frappes here a lot. They never seem to blend them enough. I understand that a frappé is supposed to be thick, but when I HAVE to eat it with a spoon because the coconut, or the peanut butter cups are still completely Intact and won’t fit through a straw, I think it’s too thick.

I wish I could review the food, but considering that it took 2 hours for our food to arrive(with not so much as a «Sorry» from the delivery person!) I can’t say much. I bet the sweet potato fries had flavor at one point, but by the time we got them they were cold and mushy. Plus, we ordered a large, and the amount we got was far from it. My sub(steak and cheese) was mediocre at best, but that may have been because I had to microwave it to be edible. My fiancé’s chicken salad was full of enough mayo to drown a man. Two hours to deliver our two sandwiches and a bag of fries on a Monday night? absolutely disgraceful. We DEFINITELY will not be ordering from them again.

I’ve only ordered from there online, and their delivery drivers have always been very polite, and seem efficient on what they are doing. Their calzones are pretty solid, and I love that they deliver ice cream, which definitely enables my bad eating habits.

This place is ok. Ice cream is good. Their food is average. I have heard some bad things about the place, but I personally havent had a bad experience.
