Domino’s Pizza

Got to be the worst dominos in the area. I’ve a been a customer for a couple of years, so these things are not from a one time thing. I don’t wanna waste time typing up, so I am gonna be brief:
— bad customer service
— don’t care about customer satisfaction
— mess up orders or cheat on toppings
— forget to deliver part of the order (almost consistently)
— drivers don’t follow instructions, i specifically tell them to call and not buzz, and they still buzz
— pizza and food isn’t that great anyway
— manager lied to me, said he will refund me an order they messed up, didn’t happen of course.
— the list goes onnn…
Stay away, there are better pizza places in Malden.

Literally worst experience. Which is pretty bad considering my expectations are none for a pizza place especially for a chain but do expect to get what I pay for. Ordered a gluten free pizza made sure to call so there was no misunderstanding. Took almost an hr to arrive (Monday afternoon at 3pm) when I call to see where it is manager ‘John’ responds with ‘that’s not a long time for pizza… I’m not giving you free pizza.’ Ummm OK? It finally arrives and it’s on regular dough. Dread calling but am pretty aggrevated at this point since I waited an hr+ and paid 20+ dollars for something that can’t even be eaten… to be told from supposed manager ‘John’ that I never told him gluten free (which is asinine I repeated myself twice; also all we’ve ever ordered is gluten free so?) proceeding to tell me I’m shit outta luck. So after all that I wasted time money for nothing but aggregation. Will never spend money there again.

Quick and convenient

So I order from this location about twice a month. Sometimes more. I wanted to talk about tonight’s experience and explain my rating. My previous review was ⁴⁄₅. I wanted to up the rating because of the fantastic customer service I received from the Manager Mark. I ordered a medium pizza, chicken wings, buffalo chicken bites, cheesy bread and a 2 liter diet coke.
With all of this I ordered 6 side sauces which are 50c a piece. Unfortunately I didn’t receive them. This isn’t the first time it has happened however it is the first time I called them back to inform them of this error.
When I spoke to them on the phone a young man answered who was in training. I know this because I could here a man in the background telling him what to say. I was told ‘they would have them right out and sorry.‘
I waited an hour and still nothing. I was a little agitated but called back to just ask them to take them off the bill. The manager answered the phone. He was not happy that he wasn’t informed of my missing items and immediately offered a significant compensation for my troubles. I then got the sauces as well about 30 mins later.
I was so impressed by Marks service and wanted to take the opportunity to applaud him for his skilled interaction with me. He is definitely someone I would want managing my store.
Everything was hot and delicious as always.

This is a great dominos. We order from them 2 – 3 times a month for delivery. Fast, warm, nice drivers, and the pizza is well pizza.
This is our go-​to Friday Night let’s eat Pizza and watch Netflix place.

I’d have to rate this pizza as «Meh» Not impressive; not horrid. Delivery was fairly prompt — about 35 minutes. Pizza seemed a bit overcooked and had an unusual flavor. Even though delivery was prompt, pizza was it especially hot. I simply didn’t really enjoy this pizza although I was able to finish it.
Delivery guy was polite and professional.
This was my first time ordering from Dominos; I don’t think I’ll be back. My local pizza shop has waaaay better pizza.

Crap and the delivery driver didnt have enough change so she scored an extra dollar. On her cell phone through the whole thing will never order again.

It’s unbelievable how disrespectful it is when you order online and the tracker tell you it’s 2minute away and after an hour in a half later after calling several times. The person on the other line tells you they never received you order and there was a glitch in the System. After not wanting the food cause now it’s just to late to eat. You then see the the order has been cancelled online. Hello! Are you a big lier or what? I don’t recommend ordering online or dealing with irresponsible workers.

The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude. We had to call multiple times for them to answer and not hang up on us. When we finally got an answer the guy asked «is there a reason you called this many times?». Hopefully the pizza is better than his attitude.

I have never had a serious problem with them. Although I order my food thru the app. Only one time they messed up my pizza. I order here about 3 times a month because it’s cheap and I love there pizza when it’s made the way I like it.

Dominos is a cheap, decent, convenient way to get pizza with as little effort on your part as possible. The staff here are about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. Some are nice and helpful and the other half are incompetent 18 year olds with no customer service skills. The pudgy girl who works the register was on the phone and sat there while I waited 10 minutes to get my pizza which was sitting out.
Yesterday I ordered online and they said it would take 50 minutes (I live right down the street) it took almost 2 hours and they forgot my garlic sauce.
I appreciate what Dominos has done to rebuild their brand but this location is not really coordinated and the kids working there aren’t all great. See the picture I posted if you want to see what a disgusting bathroom looks like.

They make the best thin crust pizza ever and they deliver within minutes. It’s very close to my place and I ordered from them at least a dozen times. I will keep ordering more. Keep up the good job!

Absolutely great pizza! I can’t complain. Though their service is something else. These people are ALWAYS forgetting something with my order. If I order pizza and chicken, they’ll forget my chicken. If I order pizza with bread bites and garlic sauce, they’ll forget my garlic sauce. Last time I ordered Buffalo Chicken Pizza, they forgot to put the Buffalo sauce on my pizza!! I mean Gee Whiz, don’t they have a check list for every order? When they DO have your order right, the food is delicious.

Nice new location. This is the 2^nd time they screwed my order. Luckily I always verify my order before pick up and they fix it quick. Overall always takes more time than estimated & not satisfaction with service either.

NOTE: The five stars were relative to other Domino’s locations I’ve patronized. The people were nice, it came fast and hot, I’d never tried the hand-​tossed pan pizza before, but it was surprisingly good. The mango habanero wings weren’t hot but the flavor was nice, though salty, but that’s to be expected from chain wings. Not a bad experience, FWIW.

Worst service EVER!!! This is the third time I’ve ordered and the third time they’ve screwed up.
#1 40 chicken wings, delivery. After 2 hours called and they said they were closed and would deliver them the next day.
#2 pizza and chicken, delivery. 1 ¹⁄₃ hours later food came BURNT and the pizza was completely incorrect and squished. Called and they said they’d resend a correct order. 2 hour later no food, called and was told it would be here in 2 minutes. Never came, called and asked for a refund which they didn’t really want to give me at first. The ‘store manager’ the gave me his name and said next time I order ask for him and he’d make sure everything was perfect.
#3 called in for pickup. They put me on hold for forever, the the kid who took my order kept saying ‘hold on, hold on’ THEN, told me I couldn’t use the credit I had from the crap service I got last time with a coupon. Apparently the ‘manager’ was not really the ‘manager’, so I was lied to as well.
I can’t understand how a place can care so little about their customers. You messed up my order, all I wanted was for it to be fixed and they couldn’t even handle that. They didn’t even want to try and make things better. AWFUL

Domino’s Pizza has the best pizza deals and the best pizza in town

isn’t this place new? it sucks. Here is why: the people that work there are beyond the allowable range of odd, the pizza was bad, what was worse was the cheesy bread (how does one fuck up cheesy bread? I’ve been asking myself that ever since) but with the quality of the pizza I guess I can’t be too surprised. Needless to say I will not be back. P. s they charge .50 for a thing of marinara that should come with cheesy bread in the first place! P.p.s someone higher up in the company should come check on the shit show going on over there.

My comment is not about the food its about the ppl work there. The guy who i guess was like the manager was the rudest ever … I believe they dont care about customers

Terrible Service! I placed an order for delivery and the girl on the phone told me it would take about 25 – 35 mins to get my food. I called them 45 minutes later and she told me the delivery guy was just getting in his car. Like that was not enough I called 15 more minutes later and the girl said the delivery guy would be at my location in another 15 minutes. A total of 75 minutes to get a cheese pizza and an 8-​pieces buffalo boneless wing which take 10 minutes to cook and 15 minutes to deliver them since i was only a couple of blocks further down their location. This happened to me for second time in the row. I left this same review on Domino’s Facebook page and guess what?! They deleted my review.
Never ordering from them again. They should be closing this Domino’s!
