Brother’s Roast Beef

There are so many sun shops in the area that it says something when brothers has survived as long as it has! All the food is decent, I am a loyal grilled chicken kabob salad type of gal. My husband loves the roast beef 3 way. Quick delivery which is great.

I ordered a steak bomb the other day & it was BOMB ! I recommend! Great place great steak ! It’s not that fake steak.

Don’t even want to get deep into it but greasy fries no condiments steak tips was gooey not even tender

Food is decent but I don’t recommend using the online ordering. Placed my order at 6:30 and was told they had just received it when I walked in at 6:50.

Nice little spot in Malden, I’ve been going to this place for 7 years now, they have an incredible Gyro and a really good Steak Tips dinner plate

I like brothers Roast beef in Malden MA and they have good food but they need to speed up the process because it takes too long for the food to be cooking

Fries are incredible and some of the best grilled chicken salads I’ve ever had. However, their pizza and onion rings are probably the worst I’ve ever had. The pizza is Greek style so if you like that it may be a better fit for you. The onion rings are just a pile of grease and easily fall apart. Worth it if you’re looking for something lighter like a sandwich or salad.

The only reason Brithers is getting two stars is cuz they do have great steak and cheese calzones. But unfortunately they lost a customer today. i paid 8.45 for a turkey sub that literally had two slices of turkey. 2 slices. very disappointing to pay so much and get so little in return.

I have gone here since they opened. And tonight i order a plain steak sub with pickles. I recived a steak and cheese with no pickles. Now mind you it was for my daughter who is lactose intolerant. I call and the woman that answers the phone is rude and pissy. Don’t seem to happy to have a job. I then go back for the right sandwich and ask for the owners name. I get oh he isnt on tonight. I say ok whats his name and can you ask him to call me. The two woman and i use that term loosely both turn and say he isnt on tonight. At that point i said i will just come see him tomorrow. Oh and my kid is now throwing up due to the fact that she took a nice big bite of the sub with the cheese. Granted i thought she would notice the cheese but she didn’t till she seen it. She has never eattin cheese since she was like 2 when we found out she was allergic. I most likely will not be going back and recommend anyone who wants decent customer service when they are spending there money not to as well

They have hands down the best buffalo chicken calzone! My mouth just watered a little just thinking about it haha.

I have been going to Brothers for years. The food is actually good, but the customer service is so bad that I had to give them one star. I ordered a calzone, 2 salads with 2 different dressings, a Pepsi and spaghetti. They called me back two times to confirm the two different dressings. Mind you, the girl who was taking orders tonight was totally rude and unfriendly. They show up at my house with spaghetti and 1 salad. I couldn’t believe it. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and another girl got on the phone and I asked if she was the manager and her response was «pretty close to it». I’m astounded at the level of bitchiness!!! Never ordering from there again, Brothers… your customer service staff is costing you customers!!!

I’ve had their roast beef sandwich and Italian sub before and they were both pretty good — decent size, flavorful and the orders came out right. Greek salad and steak n cheese sub were good too. These were all pick-​up orders from my brother so I can’t really rate their service or wait time in the store.
Pretty disappointed with their delivery service though. I placed an order at 10:21pm last Saturday, 4÷25÷15 and was pretty excited to see a live tracker like the one available for Domino’s Pizza when ordering online. I got the cheeseburger dinner w/​fries and Greek salad, and my husband got the steak tip over rice. The order tracker said it was «delivered» at 10:50pm but I didn’t get the order, so I called the store and the girl said the driver was on his way. Received food at 11:07pm, and my cheeseburger dinner plate was HORRIBLE: there was no dressing for the salad, the fries were cold, hard, and definitely not fresh. Burger was the worst part — soggy buns, and the meat patty was loosely packed/​falling apart. Everything on the burger was dripping with oil. I asked for medium well and the meat was extremely rare and red to the point that it looked raw. All 3 items — burger, fries, and salad came in the same container which is unusual because then the salad contents mixed with the fries. Did not receive napkins, salad dressing, or side mayo. The utensils were wrapped inside my pita bread, and I don’t eat the pita bread so if I didn’t unroll it, I would never see the knife and fork… The steak tip dinner was MEH and food came lukewarm… no utensils or napkins either. I ended my review for the restaurant with «This is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund!» No one has bothered to call me back or respond to my review to apologize or offer a refund. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from them again…

I have to say that I love the food, but the service is getting worst every day, agreed with the costumer, the food always come mixed or wrong, too bad, because the sandwiches are pretty good.

The food was standard sub shop stuff. Might’ve been good if it didn’t take 1.5 hours to get the food. But by the time we got it, it was cold. The fries were cold and soggy, the Caesar wrap was drenched in dressing, and they didn’t give me my dressing for my salad. Baklava tasted old, not flaky at all, just chewy. It definitely wasn’t fresh.

I’ve ate here a bunch of times and they by far have the best steak tip and grilled chicken salad around! They load it to the top and the steak tips are massive and are marinated perfectly A+

I’ve ordered from Brothers a million times and it has always been mixed. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes my boyfriend and I end up sick all night. I went to pick up an order for my boyfriend tonight after he was told 10 minutes by one of the girls at the counter and was told no such order existed (when I walked in they were sitting on their phones gossiping.) They were so rude and young and just obviously didn’t care. I get that it’s just a job to you but really? I went back outside called him and when he insisted he called I went back inside and explained the order etc to them. They kept saying it didn’t exist and FINALLY they must have had an epiphany and realized the order existed. Still rude, she told me she forgot to put it in. Charged me $ 11 and 10 – 15 min later and lots of obvious gossiping I left. A repeat customer will not be back.

Excellent place !!! Fast delivery great food fast service and good prices. Longtime customer … Always happy with the food great steak tip dinner or steak tip salad, yummy … A great delivery place but even nice eat in place… they do a great job to make the customer happy !!!

Just got some delivery with my friends and got a steak and cheese roll which was undercooked and the steak was dry also got a tiramisu which was frozen and harder to eat than hard served icecream. I just wasn’t feeling it

Whilst I still won’t go here for my previous post, They have stopped leaving food outside.

I used my Unilocal app to search a nearby eatery and Bother’s had the best reviews. The little restaurant is located in a strip mall, so upon first sight, my husband was a little reluctant to eat here, just because it looks like it has potential to be a 2-​star greasy spoon.
I talked him into it anyway and we were very happy with our meal. I got the steak bomb because it was recommended on Unilocal and it was awesome. My hubby got the meat lovers small pizza and held it in high regard. We split a medium onion ring which was big enough for 4 people to eat, but it was our favorite. The batter is fresh and not salty. You can tell these were never frozen.
It you find yourself in the area stop in and grab and sandwich, You won’t be sorry you did.
