Extremely helpful group of guys that work here — even though they have a steady flow of customers, they do a great job of getting to everyone and seeing that all needs are met. They’re very knowledgable and truly go above & beyond — I don’t see myself going to another mobile store anytime soon.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had while purchasing a cell phone and choosing a plan. The whole staff is so helpful and it is obvious that they are there to primarily serve the customers. I was particularly impressed by the honesty of the staff, namely David. He worked with me to ensure my choices were in fact the best for my needs, as well as the most value for my money! David also contacted me shortly after I left the store to inform me that he accidentally over-​charged my card by about $ 100, and asked that I come back to make sure we corrected the error. The integrity shown to me by this staff was awesome and so refreshing! From now on, this will be the place I go to when I have any issues with my mobile device!

This has been my family phone store since I was a kid. They are the best, my mom won’t go to anyone else. Basically family run and extremely helpful with any needs you my have. Such a better experience than the usual sales teams at big Verizon stores. Highly recommend for any of your phone needs!
