Starbucks

Not up to the quality that you would usually expect with a Starbucks. Although the coffee was very good, the store was very cold especially for December. It was 65° outside and about 50° inside the store. All of the patrons were wearing coats. Additionally, the furniture is uncomfortable, consisting mostly of hard wooden chairs and several wobbly tables that need to be replaced. The convenience stand was disorganized and the only pitcher of cream was basically empty. I have frequented many Starbucks but none of them have been as ill equipped as this one. Again, the coffee is good!

I am not a huge coffee drinker, but I had an important meeting coming up and wanted to be energized for it. I was happy to see that this location has a drive thru. What made me even happier was that they had cold-​brew!

Busy day on a wet, rainy Sunday. Driving home from Savannah and paused for coffee. The line was backed up inside & the drive-​thru. All four of us ordered & received our drinks in a timely manner with a smile. The cashier even stepped from behind the outer to settle a pastry dispute. Apparently the new pastry, the New England Cherry Hope Bar, is not a cookie & should not be confused as a ToffeeDoodle. Clean bathrooms to boot! We’ll be back.

Strong coffee. WiFi. Plenty of seating. This location is somewhat loud & is off a busy street so not the best view. But the coffee is good & that’s what counts.

Great location off Interstate 75 in Macon, Georgia!!! Always friendly… At certain times, they can be somewhat busy, but it’s worth the wait!!! Especially in the drive-​through. I would definitely recommend this location.

I found this to be a great Starbucks! It’s clean and quiet with several little areas to sit and read or chat with friends while you enjoy your delicious beverage. I’ve been there a few times and my favorite drink is the Java Chip Frap Light.
This location, like all Starbucks, comes readily equipped with just the right amount of snootiness and pretension that we’ve all come to expect! There you will undoubtedly find a random assortment of hipsters, people wearing sunglasses indoors, and soon-​to-​be-​famous authors typing away on their laptops.

Drive thru has a message taped to it stating «how to order and not to yell ?? Because they have no way to know if your there? They could not change a 50 dollar bill at 7:40 in the morning Lose business because you don’t have $ 33 dollars in change? Not very Starbucks-​like

I am not sure what is going on with this particular Starbucks location. It definitely needs immediate attention. This place was once my go to spot on my drive to work. Being a Starbucks/​coffee lover, I am well aware of how my drinks should taste! For the past few times, they have gotten my order wrong! Considering the cost of the items, I don’t need you to go above and beyond (as that would be asking entirely too much) I just want you to get my order correct.
It had been a while since I’d visited this location. My co-​worker and I decided to make a coffee run, not only did we wait in the drive-​thru for 15 mins (before we reached the window, 2 cars ahead of us) once we got to the window, we waited an additional 7 mins. When she finally handed us our drinks, they were WRONG! The sizes were mixed up & two of the drinks appeared to have been sitting out for a while. The cool whip was melted and there was liquid running down on the side of the cups! An incredibly messy disaster. Needless to say, the cashier was less than thrilled when I refused to accept the drinks. She slammed the window and we waited an additional 8 mins.
When we finally received our order, it definitely was not worth the wait. They were correct in size, but not in taste. You would think Starbucks would deliver the same recipe to all of their locations!
On a positive note, one of our co-​workers ordered just a plain black coffee… she enjoyed hers!
Immediate attention needs to be brought to this particular location. The focus need to be on customer service, attention to detail, and presentation.
It will be a while before I visit this location again! Thank God for options, because I simply can’t go without my Starbuck Coffee!

This your standard Starbucks, with free WiFi provided by AT&T. The staff is generally friendly and courteous, and the room is filled with Mercer University graduate students. The staff keeps the lines moving, so there is rarely a long line.
This is the best Starbucks in Macon for doing work; there are a lot more tables and electrical plugs.
