This is my third and last experience with Marco’s Pizza. I ordered wings and cheese bread at 8:00pm tonight. With it being a Friday, I expected a little longer of a delivery time than usual. I ordered via the website and was given a «promised» delivery time of 9:15. It was delivered at 9:50 and it was cold. The food was sub par. They didn’t even bother to cut the cheese bread. The previous two times I’ve ordered from them, I ordered pizza. Their pizza is the greasiest and grossest pizza I’ve ever eaten. I’m glad we have other choices for pizza and wings in this town.

I’m giving this a 1 star review just so people can see it. This Marco’s, on Zebulon Road, has to be by far the WORST at customer service. I’ve been to the other Marco’s in Warner Robins and had a way better experience. First off, we showed up 2 hours before closing and they were already sweeping and super cleaning up the dining room. When we went to the front to be seated, she purposefully sat us in the very back since she already swept that area. We sat down, and were greeted with«what do you want to drink». No «hey how are you» nothing. So we ordered our drinks and appetizer and waited for the next 15 minutes for her to stop sweeping and turn around to even look at us so we could order. We ordered our pizza and waited which the pizza actually came out on time and was great. As soon as our server, Trell, put the pizzas down, she didn’t even offer plates and immediately put our receipt down and said we can go pay up front when we’re done and just walked away. Never checked on us again. Never refilled our drinks. Nothing. So already pissed off with service, we went to go ask for a box and decided to leave. We couldn’t even leave our table because the server decided to block us in by picking up the trash first before we could get out of the booth. We also asked for to go cups so we could put our drinks in. She said, and I quote, «Well you can just go get them yourself over there and fill it up or I guess I can get it». So we got them ourselves and went up to the front to pay. I was a server for 4+ years. I have never in my life tipped below 25%. Tonight, I’m sad to say that I didn’t tip squat. That server did absolutely nothing besides take an order and sit down just waiting and staring at us basically wanting us to hurry up and leave. I’m here visiting my family and they go here 3 – 4 times a month, and warned me to begin with that the service was bad. Bad is an understatement. They will not return and neither will I. Thanks for the worst customer experience ever.

We have ordered from here several times. We love the food. I am giving this place 2 stars because we have given them multiple times to redeem themselves for mistakes that have been made with our orders. We have gotten a completely wrong pizza and they have forgotten things. I ordered a salad with no onions and it comes loaded with onions. We even spoke with the manager and he took our order one night when it was incorrect and it was still brought to us incorrect. Their food is great. Just need to hire a better staff.

Great new spot, it was a slow night for them but the pizza was awesome. We got a med meat lovers/Hawaiian. It was a very fresh and good size toppings. Service was good and fast for the quality of pizza that came out.

On my way home, called to place an order for pickup, 10 minutes later, still no order placed. The poor individual I was speaking with seemed to have trouble understanding everything I said, even when spelling the words out. Frustrated, I stopped in the restaurant to talk with someone in person. The manager just shook his head and said«sorry» when I told him about my issue with his sales associate on the phone. So now, in the restaurant placing my order, the girl I was speaking with was having trouble with the computer, calls someone from the kitchen to come check it out. After she came and made a few taps on the computer screen, went back to making pizzas without washing her hands and no gloves on. Great. I went ahead with the order against my better judgement…

I’m sure the pizza will taste fine whenever it arrives at our table, but the service is terrible. It apparently takes 45 mins to cook a pizza and they aren’t even busy. The servers are slow and you have to ask for there attention. They don’t keep up supplies in the bathroom like they should, if you know what I mean… wink wink. I was going to give them two stars, but the longer it took, that second star went away. This is my second time trying this place. Ps The pizza is good, so they get the second star back.

I’m gonna have to say no to a return visit. We were in Macon due to some car trouble on the way to Florida and saw Marco’s. We have a Marco’s down the road from our house that I’d been wanting to try so I was excited to finally check out a location. There was no one at the hostess stand when we came in but it only took a couple of minutes to retrieve someone. I didn’t get her name but she was very friendly, she was our server as well. I ordered a sweet tea with lemon and was told they didn’t have lemons. Ok, so I ordered a Coke and they only have Pepsi. The server offered lemonade, I asked her if it was«real» lemonade or out of the fountain. She said it was homemade and then walked over to the Pepsi fountain and poured me a glass of Pepsi Co’s lemonade brand. Ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad as an appetizer and it was so very bad. The chicken was processed and rubbery. The lettuce was cheap and the dressing was stingy. Ordered the Garden Pizza that was supposed to have several things on it including olives. There were no olives on our pizza. It also had large tomato slices on it(I detest tomatoes) which were not listed on the menu. The mushrooms were those slimy canned mushrooms that don’t even remotely resemble a real mushroom in taste or appearance. Our pizza was delivered to us 11 minutes after we ordered(I started the timer after reading Unilocal reviews of hour-long waits). 11 minutes. Say it took 2 minutes for the server to walk away from our table and place our order to the cook. 2 more minutes for cutting and brining back to our table. That leaves 7 minutes to make and cook our pizza which makes it crystal clear to me that all Marco’s is doing is heating up pre-made, frozen pizzas. It was obvious in the taste, it was exactly like the frozen pizzas you get at the grocery store that claim they don’t taste frozen. They do and so does Marco’s. For the price you can go across the street and buy several frozen pizzas to heat up yourself. The taste is just not there. Its a shame really, this place was clean, attractive and had good service.

My niece and her six kids love Marcos and they convinced me to give them a secon try. Crust is very good on the hand toss, nice big air pockets. good flavor. Sauce is almost not existent. Dry, dry, dry dry… choking dry. Topping are good. but very scarce. Double the toppings would still be light. Value… With coupon an medium was $ 19 delivered. Would not feed two adults. Delivery was promised in 75 minutes so I ordered ahead of our dinner time to allow for the time required. The pizza arrived in less than 40 minutes. Which would be good if I had not allowed for the extra time. Pizza was cold when we were ready to eat it.

There had to be 20+ people working, not short on staff. Yet the kitchen was backed up. Food came out at various times. It took so long, at least something was better than nothing. Staff was nice but it didn’t really help the situation. Food was very good but not worth the price. Wouldn’t return:(

This has to be, hands down, the worst pizza in Macon. Ordered a thin crust pepperoni with olives for $ 20+. It tasted like cardboard and took over an hour to deliver. For that price I could have bought 8 tombstone pizza’s from any Kroger or Publix, had them cooked, and already eaten. To top it off they would have tasted much better. Stay away from this place. It wont’ last long. If you want pizza and don’t want to try another local pizza joint in town, save yourself some money and buy the frozen pizza at Kroger/Publix. You’ll save some money & time, and it will taste a lot better.

Called in order for pick up. Son picked it up, wrong pizzas!!! Called the restaurant and informed them they gave us two out of three wrong pizzas. After ten minutes on the phone the said they would deliver the correct pizzas in 45 minutes! Two hours have passed and they still haven’t showed!!!

We were excited to check out a new local pizza place for dinner. Unfortunately it was a total bust. This was by far the worst pizza experience I have ever had. It took for ever to get seated even though there were at least four clean tables. Our waitress was very friendly but clueless. She couldn’t remember drink orders or what toppings were on our pizza. The pizza took forever. About an hour after we placed our order she came out to ask if we would like to go plates? She came out about 10 min later to ask if we wanted the pizza boxed up to go or if we wanted to eat it there ?! Then the manager came over to apologize for the wait and offered to take 30% off our bill. The pizza finally came and it was not great. Very greasy and the mushrooms were these gross massive canned things. We ate what we could and then asked for the bill. The 30% was not taken off so I asked her to adjust it. When she came back they had taken 10% off?! I didn’t have it in me to go back and try and explain that this was not 30%. By this time we just needed to get out of this place and never come back! Overall pizza was not great Atmosphere was not great. Recommend this place NO The owner of this location and of the chain need to give it some serious TLC hire qualified staff and train them.
