I work down the street and stop in for lunch quite often. They’re super fast getting me in and out which makes it easy to this. The sushi is always fresh and the miso soup is delicious. I love how they greet you when you come in and that kind of service is given through the rest of the meal.

The Mr and I were nicely surprised about how good this place was. Their rolls are awesome, the fish pretty fresh and clean tasting, no funky odors. We’ve had their sashimi, riceless rolls(wrapped in cucumber), crazy themed sushi rolls, nigirl and they’re all good. A few cons so far are the«Specials» board, we’ve ordered two things on separate occasions, and been let down. The first one was pork belly, it was lackluster, very small portion and not worth the price tag. Just recently the hubby decided to give the specials board another chance. It was scallop wrapped with salmon., honestly when it came out it looked like an amuse-bouche. One tiny bay scallop with lightly seared salmon wrapped around it hardly is worth the price we paid. We were quite disappointed in the miso soup, it was served lukewarm. We were were looking forward to something hot as it was pretty chilly out. Service can be a hit or miss at times, especially when the place is busy. But overall decent sushi joint in Lynnwood.

Mine and my girlfriends favorite local sushi spot without going to seattles big hitters. Good vegetarian options for my old lady. Be sure to hit the happy hour.

I thought this place was pretty good! Definitely not my first choice for sushi, but certainly not a bad one. Food is pretty good, aesthetic is nice enough, service is alright. My biggest complaint is probably the wait time. I came with a relatively large group so there was an understandable amount of wait time, but it seemed absurdly long for a relatively empty restaurant as well. I was pretty happy with my seared salmon and california rolls, though the salmon was quite expensive for what you get(I wouldn’t recommend, I don’t think it was worth it!) All in all, it’s an A-Ok place that I would come by again if I couldn’t figure out another place to go, but I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way when there are many other sushi places around.

This is definitely one of my favorite sushi restaurants, hands down. The ambiance, the fresh rolls, the hot tea, and even the service are all amazing. I can’t rave about this place enough more than I can! I can’t think of anything that they can improve on, honestly. I always leave happy and full! :D

We were in a rush to catch a ferry. Stopped in and ordered some food to-go. They offered us some hot tea while we waited. Even though some of the food was cold-ish by the time we arrived to our destination it was delicious. You can tell care and quality ingredients went into the preparation. The restaurant(and bathroom) was clean and nice. I look forward to eating in the restaurant next time. They had some exciting looking items that we didn’t think would work well in to-go. Also the staff were friendly and attentive.

Everything was mediocre — the fish was just ok, the kitchen appetizers were pretty small portioned, and the service was just ok too — not terrible but not that helpful either.

The chefs have changed and we are coming back here to eat again, the staff there are friendly and service is great. I still get my favorite dish«Hwe dup bap» And I still never tire of it. I will keep posting pics of my favorite salad!

I’m sorry but not sure why and how this place is rated this high. Food — subpar sushi/sashimi.

I liked this place a lot… While not the feeling of a traditional sushi place, Wild Wasabi has a more modern«hip» feel to it, without sacrificing the art of creating delicious and attractive sushi. With a cool and clean modern vibe, along with friends and attentive staff, I would highly recommend trying this place out the next time you feel like sushi. Furthermore, a very extensive drink menu is offered for those of you who like to enjoy a good wine or beer while dinning.

Great sushi spot in Lynnwood. Food is always fresh and tasty. My husband especially likes the fried rows. They are warm and full of flavor, suitable for winter. My favorite is their dragon row. So good! The only thing that irritates me a bit is, they always have the same silly 80s Japanese TV show on.

Fantastic! Our server was a sweet gal with pink hair and was a delight! The chef was brilliant! Very creative with making us a custom order roll & all the others we ordered were perfect as well! This is our second time here. The first time was great but this was even more amazing!

I love coming here! First thing is the atmosphere, when you walk in everyone greets you and it is very welcoming! The lights and color layout is also very cute! I’ve eaten here about four times and everything that I had gotten or tried was simply delicious. One of my favorites is the Adegashi tofu appetizer! Just the right amount of a little sweet and salty for the tofu sauce :). One thing I can say for certain is that the sashimi here is FRESH. You can tell by just looking at the fish, and by the taste. A bonus that comes with the cute restaurant are the sushi chefs! They’re all Knowledgable and make eating here so much more fun! Especially chef moon! This place with definitely become a regular place for me to eat at! :)

Extremely unassuming… Stuck in the midst of a strip mall near taco time on 44th in Lynnwood… But GOODGOD what an amazing experience. I had called a few days in advance to make reservations for my boyfriend’s bday. I thought it was really nice that the person on the phone asked me if I preferred a booth or regular table. I opted for a booth. We got there a little early but we were seated promptly. Our booth was awesome, nice and spacious. I like a lot of room when I’m eating :) It was situated in the back of the restaurant so pretty private as well. Our server was Ryan who is also manager of the restaurant. He was extremely friendly, warm and knowledgable. We started of with some appetizers: Calamari: Extremely flavorful and full of great textures. The sauce that the calamari was dressed with was killer. This was on the house :) compliments from the manager. Chicken Karaage and Vegetable Tempura: Crispy strips of tender chicken in a batter light as air. The Veggie Tempura was good, nothing special but solid and a nice variety of vegetables. Salmon Kama: Okay seriously, best Salmon Kama I’ve ever had. Everything you would want texture wise… Crispy, fatty, fresh, and luscious… Perfectly cooked. The sauce it came with was just a perfect compliment to the salmon. Definitely will be ordering this next time we return. Seven Spice Seared Tuna: This was pretty decent. Almost too many flavors going on and I felt like the fish gets lost in it. I could’ve done without the wasabi cream. It was perfectly seared though. Okay now for our mains, we opted for a couple of rolls, single pieces and sashimi. Unagi, Seared Salmon, and Spicy Scallop Gunkan: My love said the Unagi and Seared Salmon was good but he’s had better. I didn’t try them. I was too busy eating my Gunkan. I’m not gonna lie the Spicy Scallops were little fishy. The slices of scallops were huge and a little awkward to eat. This was the only downside to the entire meal. Omakase Sashimi Small: The sashimi here was good. 6 pieces, 2 each of Tuna, Salmon and Hamachi. This came with a bowl of rice. The salmon was my favorite, very fresh and melted in my mouth like butter. The sashimi pieces were gigantic… A little awkward to eat but good nonetheless. The portions for sashimi and nigiri are huge here. Dragon, Kiss of Fire and Volcano Rolls: The rolls here were fantastic! I think the rolls are probably one of the strong points here. The Dragon Roll was full of flavor and delicious. The Volcano Roll was my favorite, I couldn’t get over how crunchy the tempura roll was! Most of the time when you order a tempura roll its a little crunchy but generally gets a little soggy This roll was super crunchy like chips! The Kiss of Fire really lived up to its name. That roll is freaking spicy!!! The roll was delicious though… It was topped with Super White Tuna which was excellent and helped to cool the palate a little. The customer service here is what really did it for me. Ryan was super attentive and personable. He was very knowledgable about all the fish and items they offered. He was super warm and just happy you couldn’t help but be happy too. :) He even brought us out some complimentary mochi and Yuzu sake shots for my loves’s bday! I was just blown away by how amazing the whole experience was. The manager informed me that the menu changes from time to time. I seriously cannot wait to come back! Definitely a gem in Lynnwood!
