Pizza Hut

Most terrible people that work here. They dont ever take pride in their work. They work for a paycheck.
Tried to place an order tonite at 730pm… not even late and the lady first off says… itll be a 2hr wait, in which we say cool no problem… her response: «Really, seriously, well fine ok then, whats your phone number.»
In response, we say really??! And you work in customer service!!! Way to go pizza hut, this one is def going to corporate and hopefully the whole team gets fired or this location gets shut down.
But unfortunately this shitty little christian town has nothing else going for it so itll stay and the complajnts will keep coming.
From someone from out of town, I do NOT recommend any of the pizza huts in the area.
Lynchburg is not for the friendly, just spoiled little rich kids who have to get a job in order to get mommy and daddies trust fund.
This wouldve gotten a triple negative stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.

If I could give this place negative stars then I would. The service here is unacceptable, the staff including managers are rude and unprofessional especially when it comes to problem resolution. I have no idea how anyone in management made it through the ranks to hold a supervisory position to lead others by their poor actions. Needless to say my order is wrong more times than not and although I enjoy the pizza WHEN ITS NOT BURNT. I’m sure tonight was my last straw.
For anyone else that would like to voice your opinion the Area Managers number is 540 524 0247 and his name is Brett Farlet maybe this will some how change the staff since they don’t have any good reviews anywhere.

We’ve ordered from this pizza hut many times; This is not the 1^st unsatisfactory experience, but i felt this experience warranted a formal complaint. My wife called in an order for 2 large pizzas with a coupon for $ 3 off each large pizza; When I went to pick it up I was not warmly greeted by the manager Rene. She was extremely rude and unfriendly; not sure how she can be in the hospitality business, but she has been at this store for 10+ years. The order was under the wrong name; when I was given the total I told Rene that it was supposed to be $ 3 off each pizza; she would only give the discount on one pizza. I read her the coupon and there was no restriction or limit. she would not look at me. she walked away from me halfway into our discussion. when she came back she looked at me with a surprised look that I was still there. I felt very small and disappointed. I wanted to get a refund, but the pizzas were for my daughter’s birthday party. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again and I will be sure to tell others of my experience;
on another note, this location is in a rough part of town; one day several years ago my wife was meeting her mother there for lunch; a drunk/​high man stuck his arm and upper torso into the car and tried to rob her. she was able to roll the window up and get away unharmed.
moral of the story, after you dodge bullets to get to this restaurant you have to endure poor customer service and barely edible food;
