New hotel, nice rooms — very clean and a super friendly staff. It’s right near a lot of big box stuff and the highway. There’s nothing near here to walk to, but the wifi is fast and the rooms are clean. Will be back over the next few months and plan to make this my regular place to stay.

Just a quick update. I’ve now stayed at this hotel 6 – 7 times in the past year. Each time it’s been exceptional. Customer service is always great and the rooms are always nice and clean. Definitely recommend staying in this hotel if you’re in the Lynchburg area.

Excellent customer service. I enjoyed a few laughs with the African American attendant at the front desk. The White woman was helpful as well. Friendly people and the great breakfast made my stay unforgettable!

I stay here every time I come to Lynchburg for business. 4 weeks total this past 6 months. It is a great place to stay. Great people, love the breakfast, Tuesday night Manager meet and greets with free food, and fully cleaned beds!

So, I admit to being hopping mad about the whole check-​in thing. Maybe I had a valid point or two, but the service is great now that we are past that issue. Breakfast is yummy with superb service attending to guests’ needs and anticipating how else to help. The staff have gone out of their way to serve and we are enjoying the stay with Lynchburg’s Hampton Inn & Suites.
