I’m very picky about who does my hair. I visited Katy and she gave me exactly what I wanted, great customer service. Amazing dye jobs!!!

Stopped by for a walk-​in. Only three stations active, and all were booked with appts. Told me it would 10 – 15 minutes, 25 minutes later I walked out when I realized this was going nowhere. Looking at another review on another site, seems like I am not the only one to experience this treatment at this location. Why advertise for walk-​ins if you your stylists are all booked with appointments? Not to mention three hairdressers and at least 7 unused chairs. I have been going to Hair Cuttery for 30 years. But today no more. The staff treated you like you did not exist.

I had a really great experience at this particular hair cuttery (across from timonium fairgrounds). I loved the way Kaela fixed what another salon had really screwed up! She fixed my highlights and cut perfectly. I’ve learned just because a salon doesn’t charge crazy prices doesn’t mean they lack quality. I will be going to Kaela from now on.
