Wendy’s

Why does a restaurant close its dining room at 10 pm on a Saturday when every other restaurant around is open? Not going back.

I didn’t want to give any stars but it made me. I have given this location several chances & just gets worse. I just left there & I had to repeat my order 6 times!!! Twice at speaker & 4 more at window. It’s pathetic. Never going back

Sorry for the rant, but you HAVE to read the whole thing! Worst Wendy’s restaurant. I’ve ever been to. Didn’t think I’d have to look up a review for a Wendy’s but i wish i had. Employee at the register never made eye contact once, didn’t say hello or anything, not just quiet, but acted like she had somewhere better to be (don’t we all?) never called my name or number so my food sat up on the counter for 10 minutes without me knowing it was there. Two employees were in the dining area eating being very loud and disruptive. And what REALLY FRIED ME and the reason i will never eat at Wendy’s again because one of the employees that handles food was on her brake, she walked outside and smoked, got something out of her car and came back in, and went back to the kitchen, WITH HER GLOVES ON THE WHOLE TIME. SHE HANDLES OUR FOOD!!! You want your kids to eat food that someone has touched with gloves that have been on a cigarette and her mouth and other things? One star is almost generous for this location. Good bye Wendy’s. Disgusting.

Drive thru employee couldn’t understand the difference between a #1 and a #6. Imagine my disappointment of ending my road trip when opening what is suppose to be a hamburger and getting a spicy chicken sandwich instead. Also didn’t give me a spoon for my chili, those can be helpful when eating on the road.
