My apartment always smells like cigarettes from the neighbors, I’ve had 4 water leaks in 4 months and it’s an extremely noisy apartment. I have made plans to move to a new apartment next year, but this lease cannot be up fast enough. The only reason I am giving any stars at all is because the maintenance staff have been sympathetic and helpful. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

Shorty after my issue with the front office I was approached by them and apologized very nicely to. They did everything possible to correct the dilemma and did make me feel comfortable living at this residence once again. Thank you for the initiative to make things better Grove at Lyndon!

I just moved out of that apartment after living there for a year. It was expensive comparing to the condition of the apartment. They didnt replace new nor clean the carpet (I guess they vacuumed it only). You won’t be able to acknowledge the pet’s residue and smell from the pees and poops unless you move in. I got bitten all over my body by fleas during my first week there. I came to the office to show them how horrible it was yet no anti-​itch cream or med was offer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many cheaper apartments nearby with better condition.
