Wish I could give this apartment complex 0 stars because that was the service I received from there.
I was at this apartment complex for 2 years. The first year was bad, the second year was a nightmare. constant doubling of charges, thefts in the community, holding of personal packages without notice, 40% rent increase at renewal, unwillingness to repair apartment or put in new carpet when I moved in, then charging me for new carpet when I moved out. the negative memories I can list are never ending, but the real bitterness I have is the poor service.
They will not work with you on anything. They charge you for cable you don’t want, and the move out fees just never end. Even with proof of bills I already paid, they send me notices that I haven’t. I was a perfect tenant, with a perfect ledger, but they wouldn’t know it; the bookkeeping is a complete cluster. Since I’ve move out of the state, and cannot fight these nickel and dime charges other than by phone (which they’ll agree with me on the mischarges, then pretend there’s nothing they can do) I’m just paying it out and trying to leave it behind.
I don’t recommend this complex for anyone. All of my coworkers have moved out for their own reasons. I don’t wish these ugly experiences on anyone else.
