Live next door and come all the time. Shitty service lately, going downhill. Cheese was left out of the bag after paying for it, only 9 boneless in a 10 pack. Seemed like all the oil from the fryer was in each container. It was a lake of oil, it dripped everywhere and washed the flavor off the wings. Needs better management over the apathetic kids working there.

I love wingstop but holy crap worst place I’ve ever been to! I ordered garlic parmesan and they didn’t give it to me, they gave me normal wings with a puddle of oil!

Worst wings ever. Had Louisiana rub and Cajun. Both were horribly over seasoned. The Louisiana run should be tossed in the seasoning not buried. You know it’s bad when you have to eat a French fry to cut the saltiness of the wing. Didn’t have time to have them remade because I was on my lunch break. Just left the half eaten order and bounced.

Yeah, this place lacks a sense of urgency. Takes forever to get wings. The people that work here look like they hate their lives too. Waited over 30 mins… ridiculous.

If Unilocal allowed no stars then that’s would I would rate this wingstop location. My boyfriend and I called over the phone and placed a order for our meal. When we got there he went inside, walked to the front desk and no one was there to service him or greet him. There was a female who worked there sitting down fiddling with her cell phone. After standing there for a few minutes the lousy worker got up and helped him. He paid and sat down as well as she did. Moments later she realized how bad she is as a employee, so she got up went behind the desk once again to ask if he wanted our drinks. Bad service don’t go here. Ps took an hour to get our food.

Saw numerous consumers unhappy with their food. My wings took over twenty minutes. That is a wait time I would expect from a non-chain restaurant MAYBE. The service was unpleasant and made no effort. I have advice — don’t change your oil on a Friday night when business should be busy. Rick Ross would be ashamed

Ordered online. Email said order would be ready in 20 mins. Showed up right on time. Had to wait another 20 mins upon arrival. Horrible.

I was expecting much more after all I head about it. It made me feel sick after. Not like food poisoning but more so of eating bad quality greasy food. The fries were cold. The boneless wings had bits of fat throughout. I wouldn’t come back.

Why are these lemon pepper wings so delicious?! And why, oh why, are they held hostage by the terrible staff?! Like I said, I keep coming back because their lemon pepper seasoning is like crack sprinkled on delicious crispy wings. Well, sometimes they’re crispy… Other times not so much; ergo the 3 stars. My point is, this is the closest wing stop to me, which forces the forgiveness for the horrid service. I called several times and was immediately put on hold. Thinking I was smarter than the average bear, I hung up and called again with no success. So I stayed on hold until I drove all the way to the actual store. At which point, I ordered and after receiving my receipt, elected to hang up. So, the moral of the story is; don’t underestimate my love of lemon pepper. The end.

They jacked my first order up, so I called and explained what happened. The made me a complete new order free of charge and I kept the first order. Solid!

Picked up takeout wings for dinner recently and was pretty disappointed. I haven’t had chicken wings in a while and was really looking forward it! The wings were TINY. The sauce soaked the wings, which made it unappetizing after the first few wings. The wait is always really long here. All of the sides come at extra costs. Definitely not worth any of the cost here. If you have any other options, I’d definitely chose that.

0 stars all around! Lazy employees and poor management! We waited for our to go almost an half hour while it was sitting there ready while being told it wasn’t. Then they noticed and lied saying it just came out. Now I have cold food! Horrible never eat at shifty places like this!

Good wings and fries. TERRIBLE service. The cashier up front was the worst cashier I have ever encountered(she removed her name tag after we walked in so I do not know her name).(Visiting from out of town) walked in 50min prior to close and she looked upset and asked the back staff if «she should allow us to order and continue to let people in» she rolled her eyes at everything we said huffed the entire time we placed our order. The bathroom was disgusting, the door did not lock, urine in the urinal and toilet, and no way to dry your hands. do not recommend this place. To anyone. They need a new staff who at least pretends to enjoy their job.

If you’re craving wings, this will satisfy… but Buffalo Wild Wings is definitely superior(leaner and crispy in the right spots). I just realized that this place is owned by Pizza Hut and Rick Ross(eep!) Some of their wings have aittle piece of fatty skin that you doesn’t look so appetizing but for the most pArt it ain’t too bad. Flavors are good but again Buffalo Wild Wings has bolder flavors and Kyochon in Koreatown is also where it’s happenin

I don’t even believe I am writing this kind of review. About a month ago, I went to this Wingstop to pick up take-out. I went into the restroom. The light was off. I turned on the light to find that I was standing in filthy water. The toilet had overflowed. I was shocked. There was no «out of order» sign. I reported the problem to the cashier who claimed that the restroom had been blocked off. I pointed to the restroom and showed him that there was nothing blocking the restroom door. He asked his colleague why she hadn’t blocked off the restroom. And she explained that she had put an orange cone NEARBY. Well that cone was in front of the«employees only» back door, NOT in front of the restroom. He told her that she needed to mark off the RESTROOM, not just the general area. The cashier was sorry, but he took no action to try to mitigate the problem for me, not even offering a paper towel or cleanser. I wrote into the . I got an automated response stating that the franchise owner would contact me directly. Nothing. I wrote back — nothing.

I came here between appointments because I was super hungry and this was the only place around with available parking and a public restroom. The atmosphere was a little depressing, some tinny television in the corner playing Sports Center, and the air-conditioning on blast even though it’s freezing outside. My fingers are still stiff from hanging out in there. I’m usually not a fan of Wingstop but it’s one of those things where I stay away from it for a while and forget why I don’t like it. Their wings and fries are ALWAYS sweet and somehow incredibly salty at the same time, almost like there’s a giant dose of sugar in their spice blends. Overall a «meh» experience. $ 8 for mediocre food feels like $ 8 wasted, hopefully I’ll remember this experience next time I drive by.

The wings here are so so. They are definitely cheaper than most places and when you order it takes them 16 minutes to complete your wing order. I thought that the boneless wings were better than the classic wings. However, the boneless wings are baby size. $ 26.04 for 30 wings with tax.

Oh lord, absolute mess for the Super Bowl! Understandably, it was a day when everyone was ordering ahead of time and picking up. Understandably, there was a large volume of calls. Understandably, you should realize when to stop accepting calls or to tell people the appropriate times to come pick up. We placed our order at 12:00 and they told us to come pick up at 3:30 when kick off was, okay, not the best time but we’ll take it. Then when we got there at 3:30, the place was a complete mess. There were people everywhere, workers who were hiding from angry customers, and lots of orders that had never been picked up. We did not end up getting our wings until 4:45– an hour and fifth teen minutes after the time we were supposed to pick them up. Halftime show was about to start at this point– like are you kidding me?!? People were trying to get refunds and the employees were not helping them. It’s Superbowl Sunday, your busiest day of the year, and you didn’t realize that you should handle this day in a special manner verse any other Sunday? I have not had this problem at other Wingstops where I have also picked up on fairly crowded days(think the NBA Finals, World Series, etc.). They realized that they cannot deliver your wings at a certain time and would tell you the ACTUAL time they would be ready. This location at Santa Monica really needs to rethink the service it gives its customers. The wings themselves were okay that day, sauce wasn’t thoroughly coated on the chicken pieces. But that was the least of my complaints. Needless to say, I probably won’t be visiting this particular Wingstop location anytime soon and would recommend one of the other locations to West LA residents.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 147⁄365 3.5 stars. Felt generous so I rounded up to 4. Ordered takeout from this Wingstop online tonight with my roommates. The ordering process was pretty easy and the website said our order would be ready in 20 minutes. We got to Wingstop probably 30 minutes after we had ordered. They have a very small parking lot in the plaza, and fortunately there was a spot right in front of the restaurant. I stayed in the car while my roommates went to get the food, so I have no clue what it looks like inside. We ordered 15 wings, ½ garlic parmesan and ½ lemon pepper. We also got an order of fries. The wings were very consistent with most Wingstop locations I’ve ever been to, so that was definitely a good sign! However, our fries were very disappointing. I was looking forward to their special sugar-coated fries, but ours weren’t sugar coated OR salted. In addition, they were super droopy and soggy. Definitely a letdown. I’m hoping that this was just a miss with the fries tonight. I am willing to give this Wingstop another chance. If the fries are disappointing again, I’ll have to lower my rating.
