I was extremely impressed with how management took ownership of the issues that were happening that day. They didn’t minimize my concerns, which is greatly appreciated. They have also been extremely generous, I will return. Thanks again!

A* holes. Every time you get delivery it is 2+ hours. I live less than 1 mile away. This location is never show up within any estimated delivery time they provide. The worst part is that I called to follow up on the order and ended up cancelling it, due to the 2 hour wait and they still charged me for the pizza!

When this place opened, the food was always delicious. Excellent customer service, well made pies, and quick delivery. The last few times I’ve ordered, I’ve seen a drastic change. Longer delivery times than stated and the pizza quality seems to have gone downhill. The worst part: the last time I ordered online, I received the completely wrong order! Was told it would take more than an hour to correct the mistake…

I come here every single week and I enjoy what I get but by far today I had the worst pizza in my life. The cheese wasn’t cooked and the sauce was dripping out of the pizza. The fact that it wasn’t even evenly cut was more disturbing. Never coming back again even though I’ve been coming ever since this location opened.

Decent place for pizza. Great crust with average toppings. Which is a bummer as those pizzas could be a hit if they cared just a little more about the quality of the ingredients they use. Great Arnold Palmer, if you’re into sweet drinks.

Jessica H.‘s review is spot on. I ordered for delivery with an estimated delivery time of 75 minutes. It’s now 2 hours since I ordered. I called the store inquiring where my delivery was and as soon as the guy on the line heard part of my question I was immediately put on hold. I love Fresh Brothers and I know the wait time for delivery can be long but it’s usually so worth it… This time, not so much… Really not happy. UPDATE: I wrote Fresh Brothers Pizza and Becca, the customer experience manager, was really nice. She apologized and rectified the problem. Thanks for taking care of this, Becca!

What a great place for pizza, wings, and salads! And yes I’ve had it all! Well almost. The pizza is so perfectly cooked and fresh ingredients. The wings are baked and NOT fried. They were so tasty. And the salads are enough for 2 people. Lots of veggies! What a great place with a cool well trained staff. Thank you Fresh Brothers for being in Brentwood.

This place was fine. We got a medium deep dish pizza and we had leftovers. It is definitely made fresh. They quoted us 20 minutes for pick up at 8:30 on a Wednesday but it took a little longer. The restaurant itself is pretty jenky and i would think whatever fast pizza would be less than $ 25. But the crust was quite satisfying and it does the trick!

Great Pizza Fresh Ingredients Great Service They definitely put out a high end product. Food: Pizza done right lots of great specialties and build your own toppings. The meatballs are a must. Boneless wings are killer.(dipping sauces are all good too) Farmers Market Salad is crazy good. prepare to be a regular.

Go big or go home! That’s the lesson of the day. Who was I kidding when I thought I’d be semi-«healthy» by choosing the megagrain crust… on my DEEPDISH pizza with DAWORKS. Lol. Next time, good olé fashioned pizza dough for me… at least on the deep dish. Now I know. I also love the Farmer’s Market salad. It’s a fresh collection of: lettuce, broccoli, peas, cucumber, mushrooms, green peppers, carrots, celery, corn, onions. Unilocal check-in included 3 sweet knots, which are delicious. Cinnamon-y and buttery goodness. Again, why did I try to bother with that megagrain crust? :-) Free parking in the structure on Sundays.

My previous experience with other branches of Fresh Brothers were amazing. THISBRANCHDIDNOTMAKETHECUT. I have been raving to my friend about this chain for awhile and decided to go for it for football Sunday. So we went ahead and decided to order some wings(half sweet and sour, half roasted garlic) and sliders to go, they quoted me a 20 mins pick up time. I was at the place 10 mins after I made my call but waited for at least 30 mins. I got up and asked, only to find out my order SITTING by the window, ready a LONG time ago. REALLY? My friend and I were so hungry and eager to watch the football game! Got home. The wings were NOT crispy. It’s like BOILED wings with some sauce thrown on. Really now? And there was NORANCH sauce. What a way to RUIN football Sunday for me. NEVER getting Fresh Brothers ever again.

Sure their food is good but a pizza delivery place that is consistently late is a massive fail. They quoted 1 hour and were more than 25% past that time. It wouldn’t merit a negative review usually but the fact I called again and was told I’d have it in 4 minutes yet 15 minutes later it is still not here snows the extremely poor customer service.

New item: sweet cinnamon twist It was freaking DELICIOUS! It was so unexpected! As I was walking out, the nice girl who took care of me, brought me the sweet treat on the house! What a nice surprise! Everything else was great!

It’s another pizzeria! They are all over the place and they’re all pretty much the same these days. I tried this one the other day and it was good. The pizza sizes are pretty large, too. I tried both the Fresh Momma’s Favorite and the Buffalo Chicken. I definitely preferred the buffalo chicken because of the blue cheese and the hot sauce used. It was different and it delicious. I’d probably go back again once I start to crave that one…

If you’re allergic to gluten, are vegan or are craving a lighter pizza, this is the place to visit. I come here when I’m craving pizza but don’t want to go overboard. My go to order is a skinny crust pizza with light cheese, spinach and mushrooms. It’s delicious and filling! I’ve tried the boneless bites, meat sliders and fries in the past … they’re ok. P. S. The wait can get long during lunch time.

How do people eat this pizza? I gave this place a go, because my regular pizza joint was closed. After reading reviews and looking at the website, I figured that a pricier, healthier pizza place would be good, but boy was I wrong. I ordered a deep dish Da Works for delivery, and it arrived promptly. As soon as I took a bite, I knew I couldn’t eat more. This shit is inedible, people. Too much dough, flavorless sauce, barely cooked veggies, too-stretchy mozzarella. I don’t use the word«disgusting» loosely, and I seriously couldn’t eat a slice. I’m not a picky eater, and I tossed out $ 30. I have no clue whether the blame is on the pizza makers at this location or if this is how Fresh Brothers’ pizzas are supposed to taste. I don’t get how this chain is popular. Never again.

Fresh indeed!!! Tried this place for the first time. Had a farmers market salad and ‘da works’ pizza delivered. We were pleased that delivery was less than the quoted time and you can certainly taste the quality in the ingredients of the salad and pizza. They didn’t skimp on the pizza toppings either. Only downer is that pizza is on the pricier side — a medium ‘da works’ is $ 19…guess it depends if you want your typical pizza chain for roughly $ 9 less for a similar pie or be willing to pay more for quality. Nonetheless, you can’t go wrong with Fresh Brothers! Thanks for the great meal!

This place is YUMMY! I actually decided to come here because i saw the channel 5 newscast munching on these pizzas because of a jewish holiday on friday. AND because these pizzas are vegan and part healthy! Hahah i got the spinach mushroom, which i think is called mama’s favorite and my friend got hawaiian pizza. They were both delicious! We got the original size, but i wanna try the thinner crust next time! I heard the deep dish was good too! Im totally just gonna get both sizes next time! Hahah the personal pizza is perfect for one person. Their mozzarella cheese sticks are sooo BOMB! The cheeese is sooo oozey and their breaded exterior is sooo perfect with it! I would most likely order their mozzarella cheese sticks again! AMAZING! And let me tell you about them meatball sliders. We didnt order them originally, but they came with our check in when purhasing a certain amount. Boy, am i glad i checked in! BESTMEATBALLSLIDERS! Totally ordering them if i dont them for free next time!

We got the thin crust skinny pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. The other one was the margarita pizza. Baked mozzarella sticks and amazing Garlic twists! The thin crust multi grain pizza needed less cheese and less sauce. That’s why the 4 stars. Everything else was great. Their prices are very high too! I wouldn’t mind the Dominos thin crust instead to be honest. Better cheese and sauce ratio! They have a Newport Beach location too.
