Tonir Restaurant

I was about to write a full star review for this restaurant but the mal management and lack of professional experience changed my mind totally.
It’s very unprofessional in a restaurant that brings one food after half an hour of order and the other one half an hour later than the first one and the food was completely cold too!
They bring you bread and water without asking and then charge you for them which were not in the menu at all and not mentioned either and when I told that it was not like this before and in no other Mediterranean restaurant as well, they said that’s a new rule! Come on, you cannot act your new rules and charge people without mentioning in the menu or telling them in advance!
The 2 star I gave them was just for the delicious salad and not for the food quality and management. I recommend them to study more on managing a restaurant to encourage their frequent customers to be loyal and come back again instead of not willing to try them even one more time!

Best Mediterranean food on this side of the valley. Great service, tasty food, and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. They really do make you feel welcome. Keep up the good work guys
