This place is from far my favorite in the neighborhood. The pizza is absolutely amazing. It feels like heaven every time. Definitely love that place and I highly recommend it!

Second time ordering Pizza from this place through Eat24. First time my pizza showed up freezing cold and they didn’t follow delivery instructions. Second time they didn’t take an hour and the pizza was hot and fresh, however it wasn’t put in the oven that long and the crust was doughey. Will only order again in times of desperation. They have potential.

Honestly, this is probably as good as it gets for this place. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza is good. but dang. Okay, this little pizzeria is located in the most obscure location! Next to an apartment complex and physical therapy/massage place and across the street from EA Games(fangirl for a quick minute, my gamer chick side came out so fast when I saw that! Woohoo!!). You have to access it from Jefferson/Playa Vista, a small traffic circle and then try to find parking in the 12 spaces before you get to the turn to take you out of the driveway. Otherwise you exit back on the Lincoln and with no way to turn around you’re sent back out to the main street. Ugh. What a hassle. I only found the place by accident while picking up my order from Unbaked(see my review on that!). And honestly, that’s the only reason I’d come here again, is if I was hungry while grabbing goodies from Olivia. The employees were nice enough, but it’s really rude to state at your customers(*_*) I mean it’s not like I was exposed, but the middle aged dude kept making creepy eyes at me from the other side of the pizza display. uh no thanks. The shop itself houses 6 chairs and 2 very small bar style tables. There are a few tables outside as well, but it’s very limited. I think it’s mostly to-go orders here. there is a refrigerated display case with salads and then a small counter. Fountain drinks, bottled soda/water and napkins are to your right when entering. The menu is to your left next to the bathroom door. Yes seriously. They have a few lunch specials which seemed like good deals, especially with how large the slices are. They’re NY-style, thin, huge and foldable. Best when eaten hot when the cheese is still all melted and gooey. I had the Hawaiian and the Pepperoni. Neither was better than the other honestly. The slices range from $ 3-$ 4 depending on what toppings you end up with. They also have salads, calzones, wings, pastas etc. typical little Italian pizzeria. The crust was okay, crunchy, and thin. No real overall flavor, just pretty basic. This place is olay, and I would not drive out of my way to grab a slice. I like that they offer by the slice thougj, many places don’t. Again, probably would only stop in if I was getting an order from Unbaked. Their not anything super special.

This place is great! I’ve come here for lunch a few times and love it. They have several different lunch specials to choose from, all of which are reasonably priced. The salad was very fresh and the homemade salad dressing was great. The pizza is NY style, great for a native east coaster who misses the pizza back home.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. I ordered food and it took over an hour for them to deliver to me. The food was burnt and cold. Honestly, the worst food I have ever had delivered to me. Very disappointing.

Best New York pizza in my area! I like how they offer pizza by the slice, hard to come by places who sell by the slice. Definitely recommend this local pizza spot.

I was starving, so I walked here for a «snack.» I bought a slice of NY-style cheese pizza for about $ 3. Overall, the pizza wasn’t disgusting or the best I ever had. However, it was piping hot, fresh, and made my stomach stop growling. I personally prefer thicker crust, but clearly that option wasn’t available based on the type of pizzeria it is. Also, I was able to sit at a little bar stool area to eat; they also had a few places to sit on the patio. It definitely isn’t a place to come and dine-in with a large group of friends. My experience was a pleasant one.

I’d prefer to give this place a 3.5, but don’t see the .5 option. Ordered a large stuffed pizza. Problem is — only one size — large! This large stuffed pizza was enough for my bf and I to eat brkfst, lunch, and dinner for the next 2 days. Note: The pizza we purchased yesterday, was fresh, custom made. Not by the slice out of the warmer. BUT, for those complaining about that, it’s a very«NY thing» to do. Pros — 1 — crust delicious. flavor reminded me of NY pizza crust. 2 — the combination we chose as toppings hit the spot — artichoke, spinach, basil, garlic, & tomato. 3 — fries we ordered were very good, though watch out for the closed container. those things tend to get wet. dunno why so many places do that. they really should know better. Cons — 1 — tomato sauce was weak, but thanks to the toppings combo we chose, it didn’t matter b/c the pizza was so good, we opted not to pour the sauce on ours or dip it. 2 — there is only 1 size w/the stuffed pizzas — large. considering they are so filling, there should be more size options. we were stuck buying the large, and like I noted above, now we have food for the next 3 days. 3 — parking sucked.

The Slice pizza joint is like the 3rd Austin Powers movie starring Mike Myers, Beyonce, and Verne Troyer because: A) It’s 2 ½ stars B) After 3 pieces, there’s no need for more C) It’s not the size mate, it’s how you use it D) All of the Above Of course, the answer is «D» cause The Slice sells near-average 2.5 star pizza from a tiny storefront hidden in the Fountain Park Apartments complex off Jefferson just east of Lincoln. The overall rating is rounded up to 3-stars because the thin, foldable NY-style pizza slices hit the spot when eaten piping hot. It’s between $ 3 — $ 4 per slice depending on the toppings. I tried 3 slices: Mushrooms, Sausage, and Cheese. None was really better or worse than the others. In addition to pre-made pizza slices, The Slice also sells whole pizza pies, salads, calzones, and sandwiches. I also noticed they accepted LMU OneCards, too. Parking was free on the small street in front, but there are just a few spots. If you live in the apartment complex or nearby, then The Slice may be a viable option for fast pizza or delivery.

If you live in the adjacent apartment complex there is no better place to grab a fresh hot pizza and take it back to devour in the privacy of your cave over a good movie(or Wrestle Mania!). Many a cheat meal Saturday night has involved this place and so will many more to come. Thin crust pizza and they’ll do half and half with your toppings request. They WON’T do thirds for toppings however which seems odd because, well, WHYNOT, really? They could charge us more and still use just about the same total amount of toppings across the entire pizza. Oh well. Go to order: ½ sausage, onion, bell pepper & ½ pepperoni + extra cheese. The BBQ chicken slice I once tried was just okay tasting, nothing special. Since Mister Muscle Machine can power through an entire Medium sized pizza on his own, at my first trip we upped it to a Large and I ordered an additional slice on the side. Mistake! The pizzas are pretty big. The single slices are ALSO pretty big. Typically I scarf down 1 slice and still feel slightly ravenous but once I get started on the 2nd slice my motor slows down reeeeeeeal fast. I once attempted to tackle 3 slices on my own after really killing it hard at the gym earlier that day but I barely made it to 2.5 slices before I threw in the towel. 2 slices from a Large is really the perfect size portion for me and I’m generally a big eater(keep in mind, each pizza is cut into 6 pieces, regardless of the size you order). Call in your order and if it’s slow they’ll have your pizza pipping hot and ready for you in 15min. During busier times it may take 30min.
