I like this place but they should not be playing rock music in the morning. It might be good for the employees but for customers it’s disturbing. Sometimes I walk in and leave immediately and go to Starbucks.

I’m a devout Coffee Bean customer. I like it so much better than Starbucks for multiple reasons. First, the coffee is better. The espresso is the highest quality and the ice blended drinks with seasonal selections are not made with pump syrups. The result is just high quality and reasonably priced coffee drinks that are the best available. This location at Sunset and Hayworth in Los Angeles is great because it has a decent sized parking lot. I highly recommend the Coffee Bean.

I didn’t know I ordered a cup of ice with a splash of green tea… $ 4 not very well spent. This location doesn’t have a very inviting crowd.

They have a parking lot that’s free for one hour with validation. That’s a plus if you have a quick meeting. Not so much if you want to stay here all day. There was a line but it went by at fairly smooth rate. The coffee I ordered was filled to the top and that can be great. However if you are not aware of this, the slightest«tilt» of your cup and you spill boiling hot coffee on your hand. Which is what happened in my case. Wow, that was painful.

This Coffee Bean is by far my favorite coffee place! The patio is real nice and coffee/tea/fraps are awesome! The service is great and staff is nice! It could be crowded at times but nonetheless it is my favorite hangout spot in LA! Love it!!!

I wanted to take a break from my usual breakfast routine, so I decided to try this location of Coffee Bean. The only veggie egg thing I found was an egg-cheese-spinach sandwich and a medium coffee. I sipped on my extremely mediocre coffee while waiting, and after a few minutes, I noticed the cashier had completely forgotten about my sandwich. I asked, and another staff member popped it into a microwave. Yes, you read that right, microwaved. Then, after a few more minutes, I had to remind them about it. They took it out of the microwave and popped it on the counter with less emotion than a rock. The staff was laughing about some inside jokes with themselves, but not so friendly with customers. A stark contrast in food and service quality of other coffee establishments in the area.

hello guys! so I must say that I am in LOVE with the coffee bean ||Green tea blended|| it’s hands down the BESTTHING as far as cold refreshing drinks as it GETS!!! ~ Rate 1 – 10 ~ ||Cleanliness 6|| 6– because it’s sometimes very dirty and unorganized. many bums hang out around this location especially. oh and the restrooms don’t EVENTHINK about it! But if you’ve got the craving and don’t care to wait a few mins, then go get yourself an amazing **|| GREENTEAICEBLENDED ||**

Where does a guy go at 945pm CHristmas night on Sunset Blvd for a great cup of Coffee?(Or Ice Blended Macha Green Tea w/Soy?) TCB&TL, that’s where! A long and emotional night volunteering at the Laugh Factory helping them serve the needy found me craving a cup of Joe and needing a quiet place to gather my thoughts. My friend Jon said there was a Coffee Bean just down the street, so although it was exceptionally cold that evening, we made the short walk. When we got there, we were greeted by a warm smile and«Merry Christmas.» Although you could tell both the barista and cashier had just put in a really long day, they were very polite and attentive. Our orders were quickly completed and we sat down for a bit. There was a nice mix of eccentrics gathered from up and down Sunset Blvd for sure, but it only added to the ambiance. I swear the guy in the blue hoodie listening to music on his headphones that weren’t plugged into anything was thinking about casting me in his next movie staring Tom Cruise. After updating my IG and finishing my Macha Green Tea, we were off both satisfied and with a smile on our faces. Will definitely be back! :)

I love this location! It’s close to everything and a great place to have meetings at. You also get to see celebrities here all the time. Staff is super nice and helpful– they really wanna make love make you feel like you get what you pay for ! Even though I have experienced bad customer services in many coffee shops — in this case it’s really good Recommend this location

This is a conveniently located coffee bean location. It’s right at the beggining of the Sunset strip when I drive from the 101. It also helps that it’s right next to The Counter. Parking is free for the first two hours with validation. Check in with the attendant there, get a ticket, and get it stamped on your way out of the coffee bean or burger place. The customer service is pretty good. They are fairly efficient in their work. The pareons are a mix of hipsters, yuppies, and college students. They have some seating inside, an a lot of outdoor seating. Only one restroom, so don’t wait too long if you need to go ;-) No complaints, standard goodness.

This place is spacious, the coffee is great and the workers are too kind. Here you see people from all walks of life and earlier today, I saw Ed Westwick. Chuck Bass… What a G! Located right across the street from the Directors Guild of America, being here provides a great feeling that you are in Hollywood. People who come here are industry professionals or people who want to get in the industry. It’s a very inspiring, conducive work environment. What else can I say… The people who work here work hard. They are so friendly and do a great job. They make the atmosphere warm and inviting and they all deserve a raise. Lastly, happy hour is from 3 to 5PM and drinks are half off.

Good location and prices, there often spend private meetings. Barista always polite and will advise what’s new you can try. The only problem — a parking. And so, this is a great place to sit with friends and enjoy a good coffee.

Good coffee, good prices, not overly bitter. This location is nice with a large outdoor patio on Sunset BLVD in WeHo. Perfect for people(tourist) watching. Or you can grab a coffee before standing in line at The Griddle Café for 3 hours waiting to pay for a waffle the size of a VW Bug that will send you into early retirement.

Quick and friendly customer service with a smile. While waiting in line, I was pleasantly surprised to find a promo $ 1 off flavored ice coffee. Little glitch is it can only be applied to a large. I wanted a regular but I’ll take the large since it’s le$$ than if I were to order a regular w/o promo code, hehe :-) Nice outdoor patio to kick back, albeit a bit noisy with busy Sunset traffic. Conveniently located across the street from the DGA for a nice coffee break while enjoying French films at COL*COA.

I actually prefer this location over most of the other ones in the area. It has a very nice set up with plenty of outside seating. They also have a fire pit in the front area. Definitely a great place to grab coffee on a cool evening and sit by the fire and relax. It’s fairly busy but the staff seem to have a handle on things. The downside to this location is the lack of parking. Most people exceed the 30 minute limit and you’ll find that cars are parked randomly everywhere. It also has one bath so that could be an issue if it broke down. I’m big on this because I don’t think some places should be open if their restrooms aren’t in order. On this particular day there were also a couple of people inside charging their phones even though they were obviously not paying customers. No drinks or food, just sitting there stealing the electricity. Maybe as them to buy something or leave.

They have a private parking lot in the back and you only get an hour with validation and after that it’s $ 3 for 15 minutes. That’s highway robbery, but then again it’s Hollywood. I love Coffee Bean in general but this place has some sketchy people that comes here, but then again they call it Hollyweird for a reason. I even saw a man dressed like Jesus. He was wearing a long white gown and even had long brown hair and a beard. I’m not religious and all but I just wanted to shout out«Jesus Saves!» HA! He’s a regular there, so you may run into Jesus here.
