I went to Subway with a group of people and we were deciding what to get and when we started ordering we did not appreciate how slow the service was. However, when another young woman came to help the worker assisting us,(no name tag) she started almost yelling, talking fast, and rushing us. Her attitude was rude and so we would much rather have slow, polite service to rude service.

Wonderful service, always quick, efficient, and very accurate with orders even during rush hour. I come here regularly and experienced both the night and day time shifts and their always on point with my order no matter the hour. The staff were all friendly and simply did what they had to do, no attitude no nothing. I also order regularly through their subway app and in usually less than 5 – 8 minutes my order is already done and ready for pick up. Haven’t had any bad experiences so far and I doubt I will. Only bad experiences I got so far were caused by customers.

Bad service made worse by a bad attitude from the server. Not my first time here but it was so bad I had to warn others. I asked for a steak and cheese, so she asked if I wanted it toasted. I said yes… But she didn’t toast it. She acted like I was annoying her, and I didn’t even have a complicated order. She avoided communication and couldn’t be bothered. I will go the extra quarter of a mile to the Subway on Hollywood Blvd next time because of this experience.

I had this crazy craving for Suway’s Cold Cut Combo on Jalapeño Bread after a yoga practice at Siesta Yoga. I know… That is the only thing I eat from their menu. I walked over and you know what I got. The service was okay… I mean I walked into a Subway and not a Mendocino Farms. The price of cheapness. The sandwich was okay… It curved my cravings. It satisfied my cheap thrill. Nearest Subway Station: Red Line at Hollywood/Western Station

Food’s great. Customer service, not so much. I was ordering MY sandwich and Shani wouldn’t look at me at all when she’d ask me what I wanted… She looked over my head at my husband every time she asked me what I wanted. Insanely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Poor assistance. I’m still in line waiting for the lady to give me my food. My sandwich is just sitting there getting cold. Why is there only 2 people working here.

Good subway location. Fast service, friendly staff. Is usually kept pretty clean. This location is open 24 hours which is great but the area can get s a little shady late at night. Only reason I’m taking off one star is they sometimes run out of things.

The employees there are really impolite rude as if they hated working there. I came early morning today bought a breakfast sandwich ask for whole grain bread and changed my mind for flat bread instead it seemed as if the employee disliked that by her facial expressions also I was polite enough to say thank you after being charged she did not reply or say one word as if she shined me completely off.

This place is really something that you must experience once in your life. The level of incompetence here is of supernatural levels. 1:30. Lunchtime. Monday afternoon. I walk into this bustling restaurant on my 30 minute lunch break and find a line nearly out the door. Now, I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking, hey dude, why didn’t you just go to Panda Express next door. Well, I hate that place and I would never eat there. So I decided to stick it out. As I stood there, seventh in line, my blood pressure rising, the line getting longer and longer and moving slower and slower, I kept thinking to myself, why is that girl that is sweeping the floor behind the counter sweeping the floor behind the counter? I know she sees the ever-growing line in front of her. Then I thought, why are the other two girls that are working at a snail’s pace not demanding that the girl help them out? Why is it taking that person no less than four minutes to make a sandwich? The girl that was sweeping??? Now she’s mopping. Believe me, I have no problem starving to death on my very short lunch break so long as when I do get my food, I can eat it off the floor behind the counter. And then it was as if the heavens opened up and I realized the truth: these people do not give two sh#ts about the service they are providing. The concept of efficiency and fast, decent service is something that is completely lost on them. It’s as if being as horrible as you can possibly be at something that’s as base and simple as working at a Subway is their goal. And they are the big winners today. Congratulations for achieving your goal of being terrible human beings. Maybe I should have gone to the Panda Express next door.

Lorena works there mornings and she’s the best. She always knows my order(I get the egg whites turkey breakfast sandwich) and she makes it hot and and fast! I’m not sure who was working here with these bad reviews, but trust me. This place is awesome. Trust.

Horrible! The service was mediocre. If it evens amounts to mediocre. There footlongs were cut horribly. The chicken didn’t taste fresh. The clam chowder was disgusting. I’d rather buy a generic brand can of clam chowder. Even that tastes better. Unfortunately, this location brings the Subway name to shame. If its a franchise location, Subway should should reevaluate whom it allows to carry its name.

I’m seeing gripes about service. I don’t care about service — put meat and veggies on bread: serve. I don’t care if you do it with a smile or a smirk. Never even noticed service here, good or bad. I do have a problem when the best thing about the place is fresh bread and I get a sub at 11:30 am on wheat and the bread is decidedly UNFRESH. Not stale, but at least a day old. Like it was from early yesterday and sat out, exposed, not wrapped up or anything — which doesn’t matter anyway because if your tagline is «eat fresh» then you need to throw out the f***in’ bread at the end of the day and *start* fresh in the morning — which I assume is Subway’s general policy. First time this happened at any Subway and it turns me off to Subway, in general. There’s one right around the corner from my new apartment now and I hesitate to eat at that one — or any one. 1 star because the sub is about the bread and there’s only one meaning of *fresh*. FRESH!

Bad employees reflects bad food. They get upset when I request mayo and mustard on the bread first not last on the lettuce and tomatos. Who does that. And I have to say only a little mayo or they will put about 1⁄3 of a cup of mayo on it. I thought this was eat fresh? Not a heart attack! Once again they role their eyes. When they ask what toppings? «Everything no cucumbers means I dont like cucumbers on my sandwiches. But they always put them on. I have to correct them and say no cucumbers! weird? I dont get it. And they dont like english speaking customers? The one by my house in Chatsworth uses the same ingredients and the sandwichs and are sooo much better!??

Horrible service. The staff here has an attitude. I cant believe the management can hire such miserable people. They are rude and they just start yapping in Spanish to each other instead of paying attention to your order. Plus the parking in this plaza sucks.
