Standing at the front counter with no help for minutes. Didn’t bother waiting since personal conversation was more important.

I was debating on writing this review as it’s for a place that I’ll likely never visit again due to it’s location and the circumstances of why I’d come in in the first place… but oh well!
I stopped by on my way to El Monte, with my mom, to grab a quick iced coffee and small breakfast burrito on our way to set up my sisters baby shower. We thought it’d be faster than the seemingly endless line across the street at the Starbucks, but we were probably wrong haha.
We decided to come in since I had to use the bathroom… The wait took way too long.
The employees didn’t do a good job of having the customer not stand at the counter after they were done ordering. Literally, hanging out at the counter taking up space. Do you guys know you’re NOT supposed to do that?
It was a warm day as well, and this place didn’t have the AC on… I felt bad for the workers in the back. Management should address that right away, it’s not safe.
When we finally got up to order (realistically, after waiting maybe 8 – 9 minutes) there seemed to be about 4 – 5 employees behind the counter, but only two on the register. Efficient? Me thinks not!
Food took a little longer than at a regular McDonalds, but they were also kind of full so I’ll cut them some slack on that.
Management needs to step in and organize things just a little (in regards to efficiency), and I’m sure it would go a long way.
Two stars for cleanliness though! Very clean inside for being in the middle of smog city haha

Where do I start… I hardly ever eat at McDonald’s but this one is the worst one ever service was terrible n to top it off it was a manager. Seemed to that she was miserable to be there n the place was dirty n of course place is pretty full. I guess people are willing to deal with poor service n cleanness for the price of food. Thanks but no thanks!

I’ve been here several times and each time the food taste old and dry. Wtf is up with that shit

Not good this morning with the drive thru ,
I order coffee with 5 creams and one splenda
I get 6 creams 8 regular sugars
I order an oatmeal it’s upside down in the bag leaking and missing spoon, I’m heading to work and I’m 30 miles away… Seriously. .terrible drive this morning. .I don’t think the person in the drive thru window was happy today.

Came here with my son for a happy meal. Walked in and no one even acknowledged we were there even though we were the only ones behind the counter. There were two guys behind the counter talking and the manager was walking around oblivious to me and my son. someone finally took our order. I came to ask for water and the manager was just talking with one of the ladies behind the desk. I finally asked out loud if I could just have some water which they have pre-​made waters ready under the counter. Horrible service. Don’t come here

Came here for some sodas got some added unwelcome protein… COCKROACHES!!! one whole and some pieces. If you dare go in get a light colored drink and be sure to check inside for creatures that may have stowed away.

I was expecting for something to go wrong but no incidents at all at least not with me service is good my food came fast and I finished my work in peace

Worst place ever! Manager is a bitch and rude and cant use two cupons at a time is dumb I always use them anywhere I go even to the mcdonalds in Marengo but here they are rude the food takes 20min & they limit on ketchup?! I came to eat fast food or else I wouldve been at a restauraunt the worst place to come would rather go any other than here!

Awesome. Everything is great. Come try all kinds of foods for breakfast lunch or dinner. $$dollar drinks, frapps, smoothies, shakes they are all so good but of course maybe one each week not one each day of the week. I got a caramel frappé with a shot of expresso. Wow what a pick me up. Love it!!!

Came here with the kids for dinner. I have to say that this is the WORST McDonald’s EVER!!! We waited over 10 minutes for our food. When I went to the counter to complain, the food was on the counter. The manager rudely said that she had called our that the order and she didn’t. Very rude staff!!! It was cold and some of our burgers had be redone. I don’t expect that much from this fast food chain, but this McDonald’s is HORRIBLE!!! I really doubt I will ever come back here. Needless to say, I will calling corporate office to complain first thing in the morning.

I’m not one to give a one star at places I visit but this was an exception and here’s my reason why. I was here the other day with my bf and his brother. We wanted to grab a quick bite here and we ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, but turned out to be the McChicken sandwich instead, a cheeseburger, and bacon cheeseburger. You would think your food would come in a reasonable time, but it took 15 minutes to get our food. There was only one person at the register and she was taking her sweet time as well. It seems likes she didn’t care whether the line was getting long and it clearly shows she doesn’t like working there along with the other employees. I work in a fast food place and if it starts to get busy, I would be on it so I wouldn’t see a line forming out the door. They really need to improve on their customer service.

These guys always let me stay for hours just to use the WiFi… they alright. One bad thing is that the mchickens are more than 1 dollar and that is a deal breaker for me.

In manycases when one reviews on Unilocal it’ has to be about the food; in this case we all know the food so i feel it is more important to review the staff and facility. I like most people have been to a lot of Micky D’s! From city to city, different counties states and countries the food is always the same with maybe different menus in certain countries. So it is safe to say that McDonalds facilities should have a standard as well. Unfortunately they don’t.
This MD is on 3^rd St across from Starbucks and has great freeway access. Although, you can not turn right into MD’s if your coming Westbound on Third because of the Metro line you can make a u-​turn (once the train has passed probably several times). Turning into the driveway is difficult at times because it is on a down slope and because you were most likely waiting at the light almost five minutes people rush down the street so with the sharp turn and heavy footed drivers behind you it becomes a bit of a task for some drivers.
The drive-​thru is always so slow. Quick to take an order but often you have to wait more than usual. Not bad on getting correct, in fact they have never messed up one of my orders. But on the downside I often drive away mad because they are out of something or other.
I can say inside the facility it is clean not bad so I am happy to eat there if needed to. So I turn my focus to the outdoor Play Place. This is old and like I said outdoor so it often is to hot to let the kids play. because of the location of this playplace it gets very dusty here. On one side the 60 freeway and the other Metro rail and Third st so don’t expect your children to go home with clean clothing. At best if you come here you will get your order correct if they are not out of it.

This Mc Donald’s is always very busy! Beware! They always get the orders wrong!

I would give it 2.5 stars if I could. I agree with one reviewer that they had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I got into a fight with one ridiculously stupid employee because she tried to give me someone else’s food. I calmly and politely told her that it was someone else’s order, and then she proceeded to tell me that I ordered what I told her but didn’t I remember immediately changing it? Are you fucking kidding me right now?
This place is the closest fast food to my job, so I do some here despite the service. However, I have to say that I am pleased that I haven’t been seeing any of the dummies that were there before lately. The employees that I have encountered in the last few weeks are actually very pleasant and professional.
I hope it stays that way!

Kame here kinda drunk w/​my friends… we wanted to play monopoly… the place is clean and associates friendly… but all we ordered were fries and a drink… yea u got drive thru customers but the place is empty inside and we still waited a long ass time before gettin our order

Clean, typical McDonalds. only reviewing it cuz they have the Mexican radio playing, haha.
