Mobile Mechanic = Handy Man? Apparently Matt has branched out into the concrete cleaning business as well because last September he and a buddy came over to power wash my stamped concrete pool area, patio and driveway.
However, upon calling him back to come and review the work on the driveway (which has turned black from the cars tires — this has not been a problem in the 10 years I have had the driveway until Matt did the work), he promised to come back and look in order to discuss next steps but has yet to show up. After five phone calls/​voice mails I can not help but feel I have been brushed off and will never seen him again in order to get this resolved! Sad because he seemed like a nice guy!

About a month ago, I had to drive my mom to a doctor appointment in Orange County. After getting off the freeway, my brakes were making a horrible sound. I was about 50 miles out from home and really worried about my car. So I called Matt!
He told me to drive it back and let him know when I got home and he would come fix it. He also said, if I got stuck on the way up, he would come get me.
I got back fine and he came out, unscheduled, on a very busy Saturday to fix the brakes very affordably.
I can’t say enough good things about Matt. He always takes great care of us and our cars. :D

Not only did Matt come to me (20 minute drive from his shop), he came out on a Sunday night to do my oil change, and also did a full assessment on both of my vehicles. Couldn’t ask for more at such a reasonable price.
Matt is the only person that has worked on my vehicles for the past 18 months for very good reason. I would (and have done so) recommend Matt to anyone!

The trade off for buying junky old trucks for cheap is constantly having to fix them! When my 89 F350 dump truck went down about a year ago with a funky electrical problem, I had no clue what to do. Since it is a work truck I needed to get it going ASAP so I could get back to work. After my father in law and I were at wits end (and my FIL is a retired jet engine mechanic– very skilled with engines and mechanical issues), we knew we needed to call someone good. Enter Matt Limpwright, mechanic extraordinaire. After some time of poking around and testing various electrical components, Matt finally found that a new solenoid was in order (amidst a few other minor things). After replacing the solenoid and tweaking the truck it started right up and back to work I went!
Since then I have used Matt several times to work on my F350 and Ranger for various and sundry mechanical problems. He works on gas and diesel engines and can fix basically everything but broken hearts! And they mend themselves!
I can say firsthand that Matt’s work is outstanding and he is always a pleasure to deal with. He is an honest guy and his prices are fair, which is commendable considering how many shyster mechanics are around. As a fellow business owner, I have tons of respect for his work ethic, quality, and customer service. I highly recommend him without reservation.

This guy left us hanging yesterday on an appointment — no show, no call.
Odd since he seemed so customer service oriented on the phone a couple days before. Just wanted to issue the BEWARE out to anyone considering using him, as this has really inconvenienced us and wasted a lot of our time.

My husband and I are Lexus owners. As anyone who has one knows, they can be very expensive to repair (though repairs have, happily, been infrequent).
We currently have an LS430, but recently my Dad gave me his 2002 SC430. Unfortunately, he had not taken good care of it, so it needed A LOT of work. After getting various estimates on the initial work (rotors and brakes) from our Lexus dealership and several other AAA-​recommended repair shops, we found Matt – and are so glad we did!
His initial evaluation was spot-​on as to what was needed, including things that the repair shops had not discovered. And his prices and workmanship were excellent. Because his pricing was so fair (and less than anyone else), we were able to get more work done on the car.
Now that the mechanical things are done, we are looking forward to having him do some of the cosmetic repairs. Again, we are very happy with the work andn prices and the fact that our SC is now starting to work and look like it was always meant to!

Matt has been fixing my Lexus for over 6 years now and does a great job at a great price. I would only use Matt as a mechanic to fix my car and do my tune ups. I can always count on him to fix what is really wrong and let me know what I should fix soon and why it needs to get done. His prices are great and always makes sure you’re happy with the repairs.

Matt is the shit! He has fixed both of the cars I have ever owned. He made my last Honda go over 300K miles. I don’t think it would’ve done that without him as the mechanic. Now he’s servicing my current car and does things within 24 hours most of the time. He’s very alert, observant and on the money. Matt’s shit don’t stink.
