:I brought a jacket in to be cleaned. I met Fred, the owner and he took care of my garment and promised me it would come out great. I was very satisfied with Fred’s work and will be back again for more dry cleaning.

Wonderful service, they can fix your shoes, make keys and dry-cleaning can be picked up and delivered, what more can you ask for? I am always satisfied with my dry cleaned clothes. They pay attention to detail. They are also very friendly and the prices are better than the people I went to on W. Olympic. I.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. I had a rip in a pair of pants I was pretty sure couldn’t be fixed, but one of my favorites so I tried. They fixed the rip and it looks amazing. They quoted $ 9 when I dropped it off, and charged me $ 8 when I picked them up, AND they pressed them for me. Oh, and did I mention they went out of their way to do it same day because I needed them for a trip tomorrow? Yeah, I’ve found my cleaners now. Hopefully you have too.

The prices here a little higher then competitor on the other side of the intersection, but the service is much better. I’ve never been overcharged, had items lost, or had to deal with bad attitude.

Sure, it looks sort of sketch from the outside but inside, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile from the guy that works there. I think there’s actually 2 dudes but the one who helped me was awesome. He even gave me a free pen/keychain since I was a first time customer. Got my clothes back in good time, no complaints. Relatively cheap(forgot how much my total was) but the best part has to be the customer service. Who knew going to the dry cleaner’s could be such a pleasant trip?

Few years ago when I moved to a new neighborhood, I needed to find a local dry cleaner. I tried several nearby places but they were all either way too expensive, or I got the pressed and supposedly cleaned clothes back with the same spots and stains still on them. My search ended once I gave LA Cleaners a try. I make sure to point out if there’s a food or wine stain that needs extra attention, or if a rip needs to be mended, and they do a perfect job every time!!! Hubby’s new jeans needed to be shortened, and since it was only 1 pair(and not mine :-P), I figured that the dry cleaners can probably take care of it and no reason to go to my favorite Alterations by Mrs. Irene on Robertson. Sure enough, the jeans too were shortened faultlessly, in a way that kept the original stitching. Here’s what prompted me to write a review after all this time: shaving the fuzzies from my favorite angora/silk sweater resulted in a small hole right in front, and our dog’s teeth had made a rip in hubby’s new cardigan’s sleeve. I hadn’t saved the extra piece of yarn that usually comes with knits, and was pretty sure these items couldn’t be fixed without looking like they’ve been patched up. Before throwing those out I decided to see what LA Cleaners could do. I picked up a bunch of clean clothes(everything looked crisp and brand new, as always) and also the 2 repaired knits yesterday. Believe it or not — it took me several minutes of intense looking to find where the mending had been done. If I didn’t know there had been a tear, I wouldn’t have never, ever noticed! Once again, hubby and I were both very impressed by the quality of their work. Besides doing an excellent cleaning and alterations/repair job, they are fast — and their prices are very inexpensive compared to all the other dry cleaners I’ve ever used. It’s been about 4 years now and LA Cleaners has never once disappointed me. Definitely recommend them!
