Was in the area for work and my washers broke. I washed all my clothes in about 1hour and folded in about twenty. Everything was stoked soap wise and even laundry bags. All folding tables we’re big I had all my clothes laid out on one table. Next door is a few good options but I brought my own lunch. The laundrymatt itself was very big with multiple sized washers the majority all working and those the two that didn’t work had a sign. I wish I would have brought my blankets the prices weren’t bad at all. I will be coming back to the laundrymatt it’s by work and a quiet place. There is a nice mural on the wall that looks like running water which is actually relaxing it’s had soothing colors nothing too dramatic. The parking lot was fine when I came to the place. Bathroom is 25 cents it was clean and stocked so I felt my money was put to good use.

Just your typical laundromat. It’s pretty well kept. I’ve came here twice and one time there was an active attendant there cleaning the place, and the other it was just customers. They have a plethora of different types of machines for all different size loads. Of course, the bigger the machine, the more value you get. The place even has a snack machine and soda machine plus some arcade style video games from yesteryear to keep you entertained and satiated while you do your laundry. Lots of wacky people come here, it’s like a mini visit to a Walmart. One crazy lady came in this very clad one-piece swimsuit and started doing aerobic exercises randomly. My friend thinks she might have some mental problems, but then again, we are in Los Angeles(might be the norm here). Limited parking, and folding tables. But it gets the job done.

In my opinion, it was dirty, grimy, dim-lit and depressing — everything I don’t want in a laundromat. Many machines were not working as well, including change machines. It seemed overpriced as well. This is our closest ‘mat and we don’t intend to return.

Machines are generally well maintained. Place is kept clean. They actually have AC on at times. Best part is location, next to Hoagies and Wings. You can get a meal with a few soda refills. There is no wi-fi, but you can occasionally pick up neighboring open Wi-Fi.

It’s a laundromat. Not brunch at the five seasons. The place is clean, cheap, and there are tons of washers and dryers. I have never felt so attractive in sweats, my glasses, and an unwashed ponytail. Thank you, ethnic men of coin laundry. Ugh. 1.25 to wash– regular machines .25/ten minutes for dryers.

Not a bad laundromat. Clean and with plenty of vending machines.

First off let me preface my review of my local laundromat by asking why every one of these places has an arcade game of Mavel VS Street Fighter. I’m not complaining(except most the time one of the joysticks does not work). I have lived and or worked from pasadena to santa monica to woodland hills and always This arcade will be in the laundromat. It’s like Capcom, the makers of this game have some super awesome deal for every laundromat in LA to have this game even if it is broken. I actually was at a laundromat in highland park doing laundry where the game broke and before I left a new one was coming in! I shit you not. Anyway my conspiracy theory about laundry places in LA is far more interesting than this laundromat I use right across the street from me. It’s a pretty low income joint and most of the folks who go there don’t seem to care about losing a few quarters on a broken machine and want much more just to do their business and leave. This place really sucks, but it is very close to me and right next to a pizza place and 2 chicken places. I never stay once I start my washings since I live nearby and I have never had a problem(which is a +). But one time I wanted cold water but the machine only had hot water even though I choose cold. There was no sign or warning that the cold water was not working. I tried to get some help but they told me it would be ok, and avoided giving me my quarters back. I half expected the«No speaka english» response, but they didn’t go there. A star for that! I didn’t care anyway. I said fuck it, helped an old lady with her too big load of laundry, and went home and read Captain America comics for the 23 minutes it takes to wash. I miss the days when my apartment had a washing machine. What I need to do it get in some bomb shape so I can go to a better laundromat in my junkie sweats and not be self conscious. :)
