Decided to stop by this place across the street from Beverly Center, and it’s easily the best Jamba store I’ve been to. From the location to the customer service and parking, it was all good. They were friendly and made the drinks as perfectly as I’d specified and did not make it seem like a stress at all, as other places I’ve gone have done so. Definitely looking forward to stop by again

A couple employees with bad attitudes & the manager is the unfriendliest one of them all. How is this guy manager?

Phenomenal staff, good location(though the parking does suck) but Kenny, Froylan and the entire crew at this location are great. I come in everyday and they’re the only Jamba that makes my special smoothie the way I prefer. They’re quick and they pay attention to details. Not much more you could ask for from Jamba Juice. A+++

Let’s start off with excellent customer service. The minute you get to register somebody says hello with a smile. It’s located in the Beverly Connection right next to Baja Fresh. They now offer fresh squeezed juices. This places does get busy. Expect a wait for up 10 minutes. No questions one of the best run Jamba Juices in town. They really care about their customers. If you coming here you will find plenty private lot parking or street parking. They have parking entrance from La Cienega or 3rd st.

One of the employees lied and said he put peanut butter in my chunky strawberry bowl but I know he definitely did not. I’ve been eating these for years so you can totally tell the difference. How hard is it to put a little scoop in it. On top of that. It was all watery. You’re employees need to stop being so lazy

This acai bowl I ordered from Postmates was terrible. Postmates had that acai bowl on demand deal with an address but had I known it was coming from Jamba Juice I would’ve never ordered. The acai didn’t taste real. It had no flavor yet full of sugar. I have had real acai bowls from Ubatuba and it never tasted like this. Everything tastes manufactured, not fresh. It feels like they just made an acai-inspired bowl commercial Jamba Juice Style. Never again.

There is nothing better than a Jamba juice in such hot weather))) I recommend it to quench their thirst in Beverly Jumbu Juice

I used to be a Robek’s kind of girl, but now the Robek’s on Sunset changed into something weird and unfamiliar, and my doctor is at Cedar’s so I find myself here often. I usually get the Razzmatazz smoothie, which I feel like a complete idiot saying. I’m pregnant now so I was hoping that these type of smoothies would count as my fruits consumption for the day since all food is grossing me out right now, but until my last trip, I never realized that there is actually slim amounts of fruit in these smoothies. While ordering my regular Razzmatazz, the lady was like«hope you enjoy it, I actually put in real raspberries for you this time.» I was too perplexed to ask her«well, WTF was in it before?» So I did what most socially awkward people do and that’s taking to my phone. While looking closer at the menu I realized its sherbet, so basically I feel like I’ve been indulging in fruit flavored milkshakes, no wonder I feel like a fat ass. Basically, I cannot fool myself into thinking that these are going to substitute for healthy eating, but they are still damn good. They do have juice options and vegetable shakes but who the hell wants that when you can have a fruit milkshake? Overall, I will still be a regular, maybe a little less often, but I now know I cannot kid myself into believing this is a substitute for eating real live fruit… darnit! P. S. Location is great, parking sucks unless you are going into Beverly Connection and park in the adjoining monster garage. Staff is awesome.

There’s nothing like Jamba Juice on a hot day. My personal favorite is the razzmatazz. This is an especially good Jamba Juice because it has easily accessible parking and is located right across the street from Beverly center, so if you have extra time you can always go for a walk inside the mall across the street or do some shopping.

The location is amazing and they have very friendly staff. Seems like this Jamba Juice tastes better than others for some reason. Giving four stars only because it gets so crowded so some times you may have to wait in line for a while.

I will never be returning to this location. The staff here is nice, but the«General Manager» ALEX is rude, unprofessional, and has some weird personal vendetta against customers who just want to come in and get something to drink/eat before work. Incident 1: Went in and ordered with the employee Eric. Ordered two smoothies and an acai bowl. The manager Alex was standing right there when I ordered, and there was one employee making a smoothie for another patron. There were only three people ordering, and three employees. It took them over 15 minutes to make my two smoothies, and they forgot my bowl. The manager instead, thought it was more important to organize the chips in the front of the register. I let her know that I was going to be late for work and asked if I could come by later, and she rudely asked, «WELLWHATTIME?!». umm OKRUDE. I work up the street, but I don’t know exactly what time I’ll be there. I asked my boyfriend if he could pick up the bowl and bring it to me at work and he did and I felt like she did something to it too, so I couldn’t even enjoy it it was super gross and bitter. Incident 2: I went to Jamba Juice again, and from a previous visit I had a coupon for a buy one get one free survey. I took the survey on my way there and my boyfriend and I were going to go get a drink. I literally got the emailed coupon at 9:20AM and went in to redeem it at 9:22AM. The employee Eric takes our orders, I show him my phone to scan the coupon and he says its not working and calls over to the«General Manager» Alex and she takes my phone and scans it again. Then she proceeds to tell me, with a horrible attitude, that she can’t apply the coupon because it’s already been used. I politely explained to her that I literally just got the email coupon 2 minutes prior, and there is NOWAY that I could have used the coupon before. She proceeded to tell me that I could take it up with the customer service department, but it was out of her hands. I have never experience such horrible service at a Jamba Juice. I’m not asking for all my drinks for free or anything, I just expect that if someone comes in with a coupon that should obviously still be valid, that the employees would be nicer about it, even if they are saying that they can’t honor it. I will definitely be calling the customer service and corporate offices to speak with someone and I’m hoping that next time I go to this location, Alex has a better attitude. I would say, until she’s gone, avoid this place unless you want slow, hit or miss service, and lame drinks/food.

I just purchased an acai energy bowl and it was disgusting! First off the bowl wasn’t blended well enough so I had chunks of frozen fruit in my bowl. The chunks of frozen fruit tasted bitter or wrong… Maybe frozen for too long. The fruits on top, mostly the strawberries were brown and mushy! Not good…

Over the years I’ve tried many Jamba Juice locations. With their launching of their new energy bowls(50% discount til end of this month with coupon at ) I tried several different locations for the Acai bowl to be made to my specific request. It was great customer service by Frankee at the Beverly Connection location who was the only one who got it right! BTW, sure would like to see a JJ inside Dodger Stadium!

Ok location since I live nearby. Parking sucks! Aggressive homeless people hangout in front of the stores in this plaza. Can make a few secret menu items.

Oh dear. I found a broken and rusted piece of the blender’s lock in my smoothie. I love Jamba Juice, but are you serious??? I understand that this might have been an accident but how could they have not caught it when filling in the cup? Since the piece sank down to the bottom, I did not notice it until I finished drinking it. I still have the piece and I will be paying them a nice visit to return it since they must’ve been looking for it.

I LOVEJAMBAJUICE. This one was decent, and the service was super super friendly. However, the parking situation kind of sucks. There is a small shared lot off of La Cienega that’s usually full, so you have to pull around to the back, where there is PAID parking. That being said, they have a large smoothie selection, including light and protein options. Looks like they’re rolling out veggie smoothies too, which I guess is a thing now. I’ll stick to my fruit smoothies with bananas.

Parking here is a hassle. Once you honk your horn several times, or are honked at, and you get your car into one of the very few spots available, find your way to Jamba Juice, which is facing La Cienega next to Baja Fresh. I like to order customized smoothies and for some reason Jamba hasn’t made this option easy to ring up on the register. Every time I order the same custom smoothie, but end up paying a different price because they charge me for another drink and make a bunch of substitutions to it. Why not just make a custom smoothie option? Jamba is okay, but I prefer Robeks. Wish there were more Robeks around.
