Einstein Bros Bagels

5 stars for amount vis-​à-​vis price & flavor. The breakfast bagel and lox was excellent, high quality lox, and more quantity than I expected on two slices of 1 bagel. For the price, it was well worth it, and I would happily come back again. Additionally, the asiago bagel & shmear was very flavorful. Overall, I would love to come back to try other breakfast menu items that look great and, I am happy to add that are priced very reasonably: comparable to McDonalds egg-​Mc-​Puke, but at a much much much more superior flavor and with better ingredients. Love it!

This specific location is AWFUL. I started working down the street so I was excited to have a place for breakfast. So far, I have been here 3 times and had the most terrible service all three times. Don’t come here if you’re on a schedule because you will WAIT– even if there’s only two people in front of you. There are so many people behind the counter and they have NO efficiency and NO sense of urgency. They are slow and obviously don’t want to be there and couldn’t care less about being helpful.
I ordered a muffin to go and when I got to work I realized it was completely hard and stale! So GROSS! Let’s just say I will not be back.
Save yourself and pass this one up– unless you have all the time in the world and love stale muffins.
Their management needs to whip that team in shape so they at least act like they care.

Ordered three bagels to go with the same cream cheese on them and they completely forgot to add cream cheese to one. Put the vegetable one, but what’s a bagel with no shmear? You had one job…

All bad! Was the only customer in hter that orders 2 bagels. Both bagels were toasted BLACK not able to eat. The best thing is she dropped my first bagel on the ground and was going to think I didn’t see her. I had to call her out. 15minutes later she wS finished. Missing my chips. Don’t go here

Terrible service for my first time being here. I came in this morning thinking this place would have some awesome bagels, and as I walk in I stand in the «order here» line waiting for my turn. There was this nice lady in front of me, she had said «I’ve been waiting here for a long time»! The cashier named Richard totally skipped us and help another customer out. Then another customer came in skipped the line and help him out before us again! He looked at us both and then proceeded to say, «I will be with you in a moment ma’am» and looked at the current customer and then looked at me, «don’t worry about that guy» as if I wasn’t important. Could have been the fedex uniform I was wearing, or Richard was just being a plain douche. I was gonna walk out after that but being it was my first time in here I thought I’d still give it a shot. The bagel was ok, might have been better if I didn’t receive such crappy service. I have my work route in that area, I hope they can change their customer service or employees so I can give them a second chance.

Total chaos and terrible service. Took over twenty minutes for my order which they then told me they didn’t have. They had run out of onion, plain, cinnamon raisin, sourdough and everything bagels. They kept having to call people up And say they ran out and finally a guy said:“why didn’t you tell
me this 30 mins ago since I’ve just been waiting here.” WTF? More than 5 people were at the counter asking where their order was and the staff just looked back at the crowd with blank stares. Also the place was a huge mess and no one was wiping tables down. Gross gross gross. Can’t come again.

The only thing that would make the service here worse is if the cashier stabbed me in the eye

I vins here after my workout and get the thintastic chicken pesto on an everything bagel. I keep the sandwich cold and only toast the bagel. It’s delicious. My favorite place to come to for a bagel sandwich.

everything Bagel w cream cheese fresh out of the oven was warm and tasted OK, not great. Too many caraway seeds and not enough of everything else to qualify as an «everything» bagel. It was served squashed nearly flat. The texture was dense and gummy, hallmarks of a totally undercooked bagel.

Tucked away from the shopping portion of this strip mall, but outside by a small parking lot, lies this awesome bagel chain. Simple as can be, I love their everything thin bagel equipped with fennel seeds, sea salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds — nom nom nom, toasted with light strawberry cream cheese. Their coffee is self-​serve, and they always have 4 – 5 choices including a Vanilla Hazelnut that is to die for, delicious. Their service is very friendly, but make you sure listen for your order — they tend to get a little disorganized.

I’ve only been here once but the food I ordered and the food my friend ordered both tasted very dull. The french fries were obviously reheated frozen fries (and burned, at that). The salad didn’t specifically taste old, but it wasn’t at all fresh seeming either. Hmm :/​At least the server was nice.

Einstein bagels, is right across the street from my job and the bagels are very good but it gets so busy sometimes in there, that they give the wrong order to people or they take so long on the order and they give you your bagel really cold, I came in today to give them a second chance but I don’t think I will be coming in, anymore

I come here probably 5 – 6 days a week. I usually only get a couple different kind of bagels and some coffee but it’s always tasty and the coffee is fresh. Now, food aside, I have to talk about the staff. I come in at 6am or so most days, and even at that ungodly hour, they are super nice and professional. One time, I got my coffee but left without grabbing my bagel by mistake and they comped the one I got the next day! It’s shame the company won’t let you tip them, they definitely deserve it. Hi hum bagel joint. Kinda hard to park. Be nicer if they actually put a normal amount of cream cheese on the 3 buck bagel. Nice service tho.

Love this chain. This particular location is a little tough to park in being across from the Beverly Center, but I’ve been a fan of this chain since I discovered it more than a decade ago. Especially happy that they have «bagel thins» which allow me to indulge my everything bagel habit without feeling too guilty.
Their lunch options are good too. You could do a lot worse for chain «fast food». Go ahead, pull in here and if you can find parking, grab a bagel and some coffee. You won’t regret it.

I cannot express my love for Einstein Bros.
I love Bagels. I love Iced Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee even more. I literally could eat here everyday.
PLEASE OPEN A LOCATION IN SHERMAN OAKS! I now have to make a special trip just to buy the coffee!
I may choose my next apartment based on it’s proximity to an Einstein Bros.

I love bagels so I was really excited to see this open by my work. Came in the afternoon just a little after lunch. Ordered the spinach florentine bagel with cream cheese toasted. Since I got it toasted the spinach florentine part started melting of my bagel but it’s ok, I just stuffed it in the middle. It was delicious. They didn’t skimp on the cream cheese and having it toasted really made a big difference. Will be back again.

I was really excited to try this place, esp bcus ITS FRIGGIN BAGELS.
First, not all the bagels were in stock… on a sunday –_​– whatever. okay so I look at the menu and I asked if I could make my own bagel-​wich. They agreed… but skimp much on toppings? REALLY? One piece of tiny tomato… 2 strands of 1 inch onion pieces. 1 slice of avocado (which i paid extra 90 cents). so pathetic. what a waste of money. the ingredients didnt taste fresh at all. the onion tasted like it came out of a bag. the avocado was a weird texture i didnt know avocados had BCUS I LOVE AVOCADOS. they ruined it big time for me.
also, they forgot my sister’s potato salad which came with her pizza bagel… which evidenetly only had liike 3 pieces of tiny mini peps on it. WASTE. we walk back telling them we didnt get our potato salad. lol so we decided to just eat there sick of walking… and wow potato salad was so gross. they used liike a GALLON of pickle juice or something because that was NOT EDIBLE. And i Love pickle juice. what a way to ruin my love for bagels.

I had their breakfast bagel for lunch. Either I was super hungry or the sandwich was that good, I finished eating in minutes!
The good: The bagels are fresh! Toasted sandwiches are soooooo yummy!
The bad: You might get fat. I think bagel with cream cheese is a bit heavy for breakfast.
