I’ll start off by saying I love Gucci. But at this store the workers are very rude and assume I’m window shopping every time I go in there. And there has never been a time except this time that I haven’t walked out with at least one item. While I’m trying to buy a wallet he rudely tells me they don’t have any«rubber wallets» so then I pointed out about 5 of them and showed him on the website. And then he explains how the rubber isn’t rubber. Idk. Then he goes on to tell me they don’t have blue wallets. And again I proceeded to show him his blue wallets. All I ask is that you train your workers.

Came here to purchase my boyfriend’s birthday present and my experience here is great. Desiree(not sure if I spelled her name right) was very nice and helpful. This place is very clean, classy and well, Gucci. expensive lol. Definitely coming back here in the future.

Never in a million years would I imagine myself coming to Gucci. I wanted to purchase a gift for someone and I decided to walk in. I have to admit I was a little hesitant to walk in ehhh just that stereotype of having to dress a certain way well anyhow I didn’t really care and just walked in. Right away the friendly associate Alicia came right up to me and showed me where the Mens items were. I advised that I was looking for a very special gift for someone and asked her to show me the watches. She was kind enough to show me the different watches, I looked at different shoes, belts, wallets. The whole time Alicia gave me my space she didn’t push me, she gave me time to look around and see what else was there and I finally made my decision to purchase the watch, she was even kind enough to show me a few other watches she had in the back. She did explain the return/exchange policy which is 10 days for full refund or 30 days for exchange with tags attached. All in all what a great 1st experience this was for me. I’m super happy with the purchase and hope the recipient of this gift will be too. The showroom was beautiful, I was so tempted to even buy me a purse but we will save that for next time. Alicia was also kind to gift wrap the purchase for me, super excited. Love the brown gucci bag! :) I definitely will be back and definitely will make sure to go to Alicia. The other sales people working there didn’t even say hello to me or anything, they were too busy talking amongst themselves. Doesn’t hurt to say hello. Just saying!

I would like to start my review by saying that if I could give this place a zero star, I would have done so with pleasure… Last weekend, I had bought a gift from Gucci outlet store in Cabazon. Since they did not have any boxes, I thought I should go to the Gucci store and show them what I bought and they for sure will give me a box… Right??! WRONG! As I walked in the store I was greeted by this Persian girl…(I am persian myself so I have a good understanding of my own people). Anyhow, she asked me how she can help me… I showed her what I had bought and if they have a box that I can get so I can give it as a gift… She looked at me and the Gucci bag that the item was in, and said, «no, we are sold out of our boxes and we don’t even carry that bag that you have got from the outlets»… She said this in the most unprofessional way meaning that the outlet store is cheap and is not worth her time to help me with this… And to make it worse, as I was walking away, she started chatting about this request to her co-worker… So I walked out thinking how rude she was… I hope the manager of the store reads this review!!!

This isn’t even like me to come to a store like this but I must let you guys know about my experience. First off, the store is nice and it just looks crazy expensive lol. Also don’t be intimidated by the security in black suits because they are really helpful and nice. Both times I had to go in, I needed a different size on a gift I received on Christmas and the staff was extremely helpful and provided top notch customer service. The first time they offered to take my gift, order a new one and have it shipped to my house or they could take my number down and call me when it was available. I chose the second option and waited for their call. Unfortunately I never received a call so I called again(a week later) and they happened to have my item on hold in the back and asked if I was EJ(so they did remember and held it but they never called). They verified my number and said they would hold it until I was ready to come pick it up. I went in to pick it up and everything transitioned smoothly. Now most people, such as myself, would think that places like this don’t really care about customer service and only want your money but that’s definitely not the case. I honestly felt like they genuinely cared about me being a satisfied customer. I guess that’s what I get for assuming. We already know Gucci is ridiculously expensive and I probably won’t ever need to go back. However, I must say, they did treat ya boy pretty good and I appreciate them for that. OOOO 4 out of 5 Afros
