Another day at my daughters favorite place Giggles N Hugs … She loves the face painting and the games played with the staff … We always love walking in and seeing Manger «Wes «grinding along and always moving … My Sofia will chase him till he stops and says hi to her … Makes me laugh every time … She tell me «I can’t wait to see my best friends (her best friends being the staff «malyka «and «Sandra ») …
She always leaves giggles and hugs with a smile on her face and ready to take a nap cause of all the energy she burns there …

Kenia checked us in and was super sweet and informative! I love that there is a person working the floor to do activities with kids, help them play, and resolve conflicts of any arise. They do group activities every 30 mins, so far a hula hoop game and face painting! Have not tried the food yet but it’s one of the reasons we are here; good organic & healthy food options! Very clean facility, lots of slides and climbing options!

Love this place! Not only do they do a magnificent job of entertaining your kids for you, but their menu is full of top notch selections for adults (including beer & wine) along with healthy options for kids. Their pizza is off the chain too!

This is a great place to bring the kids. My kids are 18months and 3.5 yrs old. Both have a great time here. The menu is really decent, with healthy options. They have easy snack type foods and big plate meals… And did I mention beer, lol.
It’s an easy place to come and sit and eat while the kids play.
Staff had always been friendly. The place is clean. The prices are fair.
I haven’t booked this place yet for a birthday party, but I have seen plenty going on over time and they always seem like a lot of fun for the kids. Booking this place is on the top of my list for my daughters 4^th bday.

This place is amazing for toddlers and up to maybe 8 years old. It’s very kid friendly. I don’t feel worried my daughter will be escaping or worse. I can relax and at the same time know she is fine having fun. Food is great, they also serve alcohol which is pretty cool when you really need to relax. They always have events and a characters to help build up more fun. The staff always has an activity and makes play time even more exciting for them.

I always bring my son to GNH. I love this place, they serve delicious food, atmosphere is great and staffs are friendly, specifically my son’s favorite staff Melika is a great person. She is very helpful and patient person, therefore I never get nervous when my son is around Melika.

I love Giggles n Hugs! I bring my kids in to burn off some energy. Every time I come in the facilities are so clean and witch is important as it is a dining and play area. Wes the GM is great he is working every time I come in and greets us with a warm welcome my kids love him! Laura is the event coordinator she is helpful and informative. We are having are party here next month and can’t wait! The food is great the entertainment is off the charts! Always an activity going on that all the kids can participate in. Total experience is that they know what they are doing and execute to a tee! Love the team Marlon Kenia Sandra Melika Val Jose! We will always be a Giggles N Hugs family! 1000 stars!

The first time I’ve heard of this place was when my godson has his 2^nd birthday at this location. We were a party of about 20ish. I thought this was a cute place for little toddlers to play. Plus the food is really good for a children’s place. It’s not just french fries and pizza. They have a pretty good menu that should accommodate most people’s palate. I stuffed myself with delicious chicken, salad, and sweet potato fries. True it may not be gourmet but it was very satisfying. I thought the customer service was pretty good and there seemed to be adequate adult supervision (besides the parents of course). Best part was that the kids seem to be really enjoying themselves. My nephews, godson, and other kids looked like they were having a blast.
Make sure to bring socks! If you forget, they have pairs of socks there for a couple of bucks. Also don’t forget to check-​in on Unilocal as they have a free cookie offer with a check-​in.
Only reason why I can’t give this place a five star is that the place can be kind of tight, they pack a lot of tables into the area but it is a smallish space. I think the food prices are reasonable but the party packages seem a bit pricey to me. But then again, I’ve never hosted a child’s birthday party in this kind of venue so I really don’t know what’s average.
Overall, I liked it and certainly can see myself bringing my family here again.

My child had a birthday party at giggles today. I am exhausted, I can barely see straight but I feel the need to get this review in A.S.A.P.
I checked out many places before choosing giggles n hugs. I compared activities, food variety and price.
I could not be more pleased with my decision. The service was amazing. The management is beyond wonderful. The children had so much fun. The food I can’t say enough about it. The salads are SO delicious.
I highly recommend giggles n hugs for birthdays as well as a great place to dine with your children.

A great place to have a birthday party for young kids.
This place is clean and located inside the Topanga Mall so there is plenty of free parking.
There is a playground area for young kids to play.
Wear socks as you have to remove shoes if you enter the play area with your kids.
The pizza is good as well as the service.
Super cute for a birthday spot!
They have a photo booth inside and video games for the older kids. (1 or 2 screens only)
Wes, one if the managers who helped us, was very nice, helpful, attentive, & had amazing energy.

This is the ultimate fun zone and birthday place for kids! My friends and I come here for mommy play dates and my one friend had her sons first birthday party here! The manager Wes is amazing everytime we come he’s attentive and takes good care of us

My brother loves coming here! They actually have a lot for a kid to do here like the ball pit, the slides, they have this cool projector game that kids can play with there feet… etc. the staff is friendly and attentive! Definitely a fun place to bring a kid here after doing some shopping!

Had a birthday party and it was wonderful!!! The staff was amazing!!! We had everything from constant activities (karaōke, zip line, face painting) to great food to them even setting up my decorations and taking them down for me!

My extremely picky eater really enjoyed the cheese pizza. The second time we came there it was extremely crowded and loud. There was an Olaf appearance, but the costume wasn’t well made, and my son kept asking why there was a person’s face inside the character.

Had my first experience of giggles and hugs today with my one-​year-​old and his older cousin. It was a lot of fun and the food was really good also. Their staff seems great especially Heather Who took my son in the ball pit and was very accommodating. Everything was clean. I will definitely be back

Best place to bring your kids. The food is good the environment is great and the staff is supper friendly! They have all sorts of activities like face painting and hide n seek, limbo… i wish they had a place like this when i was a kid. Definitely coming back!!!

My granddaughter had a wonderful time here recently for her birthday. GM Wes, Sales Manager Laura, Miguel, and Marlon was so amazing that I felt like I was at a wedding instead of a 3-year-old’s birthday party. They took care of every detail before we even had to ask. The salads, pastas, and pizzas were all delicious, and they even have GF pizzas for the gluten intolerant. (Oh and wine for the adults — Cupcake!) The kids loved the indoor playground and even though my granddaughter kept snorkeling through the ball bin, she didn’t get sick days later, which tells me they keep the place germ-​free. I want to have MY birthday party here.

Our daughter’s birthday is 26 December she turned two. We had about 55 people total and it was absolutely amazing. The way it was set up it looked like a small wedding. This place is a must go and I’m a see if you have children between the ages of two and 12. They are an award-​winning, family-​friendly restaurant where you can relax and enjoy outstanding food while your kids play to their hearts’ content. They have endless activities, premium children’s entertainers, and popular birthday party packages.

Listed best family & kid-​friendly restaurants by CitySearch & GoCityKids. Now this is not something 24 to bring you win I don’t know what would be. As soon as we walked in, the place was decorated better than any other party place I have seen, music was playing, also videos on the TV screens were playing as well for all requests. Balloons were everywhere decorations were everywhere. I’m going to upload some pictures of the party and you will see how what a great job they did also if you live in the valley which I’m sure you do don’t forget to stop by belladonna’s catering in Canoga Park they made all of our doc McStuffins cookies which we called them doc Mc Molly. Again that is belladonna special events they do weddings, parties, wedding cakes anything to do with the party or an event there are there for you and there were there for us absolutely amazing.

A huge huge thank you to Wes for making my children’s birthday tonight a huge success. Planning started off rocky until he stepped in and made it magical for my kids! Thank you so much Wes for everything you did this week and especially at the birthday. You and our server were amazing and tended to every need, before we even had a chance to ask for anything you both were there already asking and making it happen. Our guests had an amazing time. And as a mother, that’s extremely important. Again, I can’t say thank you enough. Looking forward to our 5^th celebration there next year!

Allow me to try and describe my first experience here: slightly organized chaos. Pay for entrance and the adults are basically liable to supervise the kids they bring in. The staff try and monitor the playground somewhat, but they are mostly occupied by working the entrance/​register, serving food and drink refills, or trying to accommodate pissed off parents who want a table right away (yes, there can be a waiting list!!)
(+) Kids love it, of course. and the free re-​entry throughout the day is nice
(+) Plenty of staff (as there should be), went on a weekend
(+) Actually offer a pretty large food menu, my sandwich was okay. not bad
(-) Sound system is terrible. Can barely make out what they are saying. Too much distortion. Irks me a bit, why bother having it if no one can understand.
(-) Some of the toys were filthy, especially in the tiny baby section… hand sanitizer is a must. Germ city no doubt.
(-) You can book private parties, I think they had karaōke setup too for them… but it plays overhead throughout the ENTIRE place. Imagine hearing Everything Is Awesome and Let It Go over & over… sung by children.
