I highly recommend The Forum to anyone looking to achieve fitness and lifestyle goals. Kamal personalizes a program that balances diet, cardio, and weight training so that you can achieve fitness. You train with Kamal one-on-one and, therefore, receive lots of guidelines about how to eat and exercise to maximize your potential. He is incredibly knowledgeable about food combining so, take advantage of all of his tips on eating. I have seen people of all ages and body types work out at this gym. On a more personal note, I’ve never had a gym membership or felt the need to diet. I’ve made a positive change in my lifestyle that’s been a catalyst for even more positive changes. I didn’t think I was ready to start working out but the last five months have flown by. I have been asked multiple times by friends & family if I’ve been losing weight. IMuscles I’ve never seen are slowly gaining definition. I am proud of this experience and look forward to continuing my workouts with Kamal. He is a man of great character and knows how to truly inspire others.
