I have been going to Ever Beauty for acupuncture to treat forearm tendonitis and I am very happy so far. The clinic is nice and the Dr. is very kind and informative. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend going to this place for any work. I should have given a review a long time ago, but just kept on putting it off. Last year, May 2012, I purchased a voucher on Groupon to get my eyebrows done. It was my very first time getting something done on my face and was pretty much clueless as to what the outcome would be. I made my appt and went in to see Michelle. She explained what she was about to do and it seemed pretty reasonable. She did my eyebrows and kept on telling me how she didn’t like them but since I said that’s how I wanted them, she wouldn’t argue with me(whatever). I went home and let my eyebrows heal but noticed that all the color fell out as if I hadn’t done anything to them. I called Michelle and she told me that with the second session everything would look better. Went in for a second session and to my surprise that didn’t work either. The color came right off again. I called her once again and told her what had happened, she told me that she would see me one more time but if that didn’t work then I would have to pay more to get my eyebrows corrected. Really??? Just because I had gone in with a groupon voucher. It’s not my fault that she didn’t do my eyebrows correct. If she would have done the job correctly, then I wouldn’t have to be wasting my time going back and forth. Anyways long story short, I am back at point A with no visible eyebrows just how I started. I never called Michelle back because it’s just so frustrating to have to be going back and forth for something that should have been done correctly from the beginning. I am not about to pay her more for something that is going to be a bad job. Word of advise to Ever Beauty– don’t do any Groupon promotions, since you don’t really care for your customers satisfaction.

Well it’s been two years and it looks like my brows were never tatted. In one sense I’m very grateful that the horrible first job I got in Burbank from an Ursula look a like is now almost completely gone, in another sense I’m feeling meh because I’ll need to get my eyebrows re-done. This time I’ll wait till I go to Korea or Thailand. I paid so much money for the experience. Lol and though my brows are again non-existent, I would recommend Diny to people in LA if they can stand the pushy chatter. I

This rating is rounded UP. This review is based on my experience with the technician Michelle. I did not receive any service from Diny. I had 4 sessions spread out from March 2012 — June 2012, for eyebrow correction. I had my eyebrows tattooed previously. Overall, my eyebrows are an improvement from what they were originally. However, I am unhapppy with the service I received. I am not fully satisfied with the physical details of my new eyebrows. I’m writing my review 3 months after my last session, because I wanted to let my skin fully heal and get used to the new eyebrows. I had 2 sessions of laser tattoo removal, and 2 sessions for permanent makeup for the eyebrows. My new eyebrows are uneven in shape and color, and not symmetrical. Michelle is fluent enough in English. She used hand sanitizer gel before she touched my skin. She wore gloves when performing the laser removal and permanent makeup. Michelle stated a few times to me about what trends are in for eyebrow shapes and colors, even after I stated wanting a natural look for my face. Upon several attempts to draw in the eyebrows, Michelle had so many reasons to keep it her way. I felt like she was not listening or did not understand my concerns. The 2 things that bothered me the most: 1. «Trust me, trust me, trust me.» Instead of saying this, it’s more professional and comforting to explain the procedure step by step. Also let the client know what to expect ahead of time. 2. I penciled my eyebrows for nearly a DECADE before my first eyebrow tattoos by measuring where the brow should start, the arch high point, the brow end point. None of this was done by Michelle. It’s my fault for trusting her, because I let her draw free-handed. When I questioned her about it, she handed me pages of sample eyebrows to choose from. I’m not sure if anything was lost in language. I’m not sure if she just thought I was being difficult. I did have high expectations. I will not go back to Michelle for service again.

hmmmm, so, I think the work done by Dr. Diny was pretty good, BUT, the«bedside manner», is awful! I had permanent makeup done on both eyelids. I wanted it VERY thin. Dr. Dina made the lines with a mark first to show me what it would look like, but we never discussed color… and afterwards I realized the lines are black, and I was originally thinking I wanted dark brown. I feel that this is caused by the«rushed» attitude of Dr. Diny. I was really hoping to sit down with her before we started and look at some photos and ideas and colors before she started the process. Fortunately, the lines are nice, although there are 2 spots on my lower lid that are out of place, which I find upsetting, but they are not visible except very close up. I think what upset me the most of the lack of professionalism. Dr. Diny talked about her previous client(who I had seen leaving the office) in a negative way, and another client in a negative way. It made me wonder what she was going to say about me?! I have NEVER! heard a doctor discuss any other client! It is completely unprofessional. I also took part in a free trial of the acupuncture and acupressure sessions with 2 other Dr’s at her clinic. In both cases I found the language barrier was a real problem. I had a difficult time understanding what the acupressurist was saying.(this is actually funny! at one point I thought he said he was going to give me «big tits»… I almost jumped off the table! then I realized he was saying he was going to give me «big tips» on how to manage some of my issues. LOL!) Additionally, the acupuncture doctor, who seemed to be very good(I’ve had lots of acupuncture before), seemed to be unaware of my «modesty» and had me walking around his office in my bra! I realize I needed to take my shirt off so he could access my back and shoulders, but I should have been given a towel or something to cover myself with… It may be a cultural difference, but I found it a little upsetting and I’ve never experienced that from an acupuncturist before. Even at Eastern Medicine colleges where I’ve gone for acupuncture, the students are very observant of modesty.

I had to change my ratings of this place. At first, I really loved this place, service and everything. I came in for permanent brows and left looking amazing. A little over a year goes by and I look as if I had no eyebrows. There is a faded line to illustrate that once upon a time I did have them done but now I have to draw them in daily. i paid a good amount of money for these permanent brows so that I could go about my business without having to worry if I am drawing on my eyebrows crooked. I am currently looking for someone to touch them up. Actually… redo them since they’re practically nonexistent.

I have been looking for a permanent makeup clinic to get a brow fix job and found this place on Unilocal.I decided to go check it out because of all the good reviews and what a horrible mistake!!! The doctor Diny Park is very unprofessional. I went in for a consultation but I felt rushed and obligated to decide to get my eyebrows done by Diny Park. She seemed very impatient and gave a lot of attitude to her staff. Thankfully the receptionist Sandy has great personality and customer service skills. She spoke fluent English and seemed to be really on top of her work and was really easy to talk to. I hope DIny Park realizes what great of a receptionist and staff she has especially Sandy and the one star is for the staff only. I hope Diny Park knows that its not only doing good work but also having great customer service and making her clients feel at ease which she definitely lacks. She will get no clients if she doesn’t change her attitude.

The eyebrows are a little dark right now, but I am told that they will lighten. Great shape and there was no swelling and little pain.

I should have written this review back in 10⁄2009. However, I did send a thank you card to Diny. She is amazing! Her skills, knowledge and personality is what made me choose her. I had my lips and eyebrows done that looked so natural that people couldn’t tell exactly what was different about my look but they did notice! I did my research and interviewed other permanent make-up artist but Diny made me feel comfortable in her abilities and she has an artistic eye for placement and color of the make-up. To this day I am still completely happy! Thank you Ever Beauty and Diny.
